My father once said to me, "excess of anything is bad," that included love. Anything means everything.

So yes, yes, it's true that when you love excessively, you love to harm, harm yourself, them, in ways you may not be able to fathom.

This one is a poetry filled with guilt, guilt that exceeds the limits and make you think that, oh, if the only way to recover what I've broken is by breaking myself so I shall, so i must. And then you realise that the basis of all your guilt is love.
