the reason Hoodie had to put all his clues and info in cryptid ass youtube videos is that if Brian and Jay were allowed to team up like normal people they'd have either taken the Operator out in 4 days and gotten smoothies after or would have burnt then the entirety of Rosswood down on accident and had to have fled the state, leading to an entirely different story of the two trying to outrun the law while Tim gets to stay home and wonder what tf happened and Alex got to feel bummed that he didn't think of burning the forest down first

"You look soooo excited to see me, how nice~" Ramuda smiles without affection, pushing himself off of the wall he's been leaning against. One hand is in his jacket pocket, while the other toys with a simple lollipop.

It's good luck that he stumbled across Doppo in this particular street, but it's more fun if he acted as if he's been here waiting all along. Would do wonders for Doppo's clearly frayed nerves, he's sure.

Step, step, step. Ramuda drinks in and savors Doppo's shaken appearance like it's a particularly beloved treat. As he walks closer, his gaze lands on the briefcase clutched in Doppo's arms. He stares at it for perhaps a second too long before he looks back to Doppo, a knowing look in his eyes.

(Not that he actually knows what's in there. But faking knowledge can pry loose lips open quite easily in certain cases, and Ramuda's willing to bluff for this little curiosity.)

"Oh geez, you look like you're in looots of trouble. Poor, poor Doppochi~!" His smile brightens despite his words, like a light that's beckoning the moth that is Doppo's desperation closer. "If you need some help, all you've gotta do is ask~!"

Did you know gaming: the venn diagram between Jay merrick and Jon archivist is almost a complete circle
