The villagers’ outrage and scorn scald your very flesh. They demand your death. The cliffside is barren of any gallows or burning stakes. You tremble in the sheer, misty cold of All Hallows’ Eve, stealing a glance downwards at the churning indigo waves and the black-blue sky brewing with a seastorm. White crests chop upon the sandy shore and crash against the rocks directly below the cliff’s edge the preacher and constable set you upon. In the distance, thunder rumbles.

A/N: It still counts as MerMay if it's in June, right? Oh well, I always carry the spirit of the month in my heart, and I will inflict all my AUs with it. This is a threat <3 I wanted to do a little twist on my Halloween fic, so while we're getting more familiars/demons, there are a few differences between this and DT&T. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

“You cannot speak to him,” Moon says as he sets his hand over your mouth, silencing you. You don’t have the strength to resist, much less stay conscious, but your heart begins pounding.

“You cannot look at him,” Sun says gently but with a great deal of warning in his voice as he covers your eyes with his dark digits. You’re in the dark. The speed of your breath through your nose picks up as you become hyper-alert through the fog of tiredness.

“You cannot listen to him,” they say together, voices overlaid and sending your pulse spiking as arms reach across your chest as your familiars cover the ear opposite of them. Together, their combined efforts hold you in a cage of their palms.

You’re made deaf. You’re in the dark. You’re held silent.

Perhaps you have tempted an evil into this world you were not ready for.

He looks up and meets the eyes of someone he's still not sure how to feel about.

Renegade freezes up, staring at him like a deer caught in headlights. He didn’t think he’d see him here. They seem to have figured out how to appear more normal since last they met, despite many fan requests to make him worse, almost mistakable for a human wearing contacts.

Of course, there are still the scars running like tributaries down every inch of her body, gleaming odd colors in the light. One of his hands is shoved in his pocket, and Blitz can see their wrists has a violent purple hue it didn’t before.

Perhaps this is the first he’s speaking today, content to sit in your quiet while his brother prods the thickness in the air with questions and appeasements. You straighten where you sit, eyes widening. The pulse in your throat quickens.

Rolling around in a sand pit of ‘Weal and Woe’ and ‘Double Toil and Trouble’ (by @pure-plum and @naffeclipse respectively) and screaming. Something about these two AUs drives me absolutely insane and I want to squish warlock!y/n and witch!y/n together like two marshmallows.

Honestly, I'm not normal at all about any of these!!! Oh my gosh, these are gorgeous! I love your use of bright/neon colors and how beautiful they contrast with the darker hues, especially with the bioluminescence vibes with the Song Fish cover!! I adore how you showcase how giant Eclipse is with the fishing boat and Y/N as a comparison! The title being contained within the fishnet is *mwah*!

CRUSH DEPTH! CRUSH DEPTH HAS 2 COVERS AHHHHHHHH!!! BITING AND ROLLING ON THE GROUND OVER BOTH OF THEM!!! I love the chunky space/sci-fy look to the first book cover with the beautiful shine of colors! The shapes scratch my brain so well!!! Also!!! The moon! The blood ocean moon! I love seeing it in full!

I also adore the close-up on the submarine window and the darker hue like it's descending. Is that a spooky blood ocean mer reflection I see there??? I think it is, and I think I'm feral about it :)

AHHHH Our Hallowed Grounds!!! Oh, I love the simplicity in the color and the symbols really carry the witchy vibes, and the texture of the title is delicious! I'm devouring each and every one!

I'm honestly stunned that you created so many beautiful pieces. I'm smooching your brain and shaking your hand because this is all beautiful! I hope you take breaks and treat yourself and make sure to not push yourself too hard! I seriously appreciate these so much and I'm so touched that you made these!

Master post for all @naffeclipse book cover designs (except song fish amid the stars) since I decided after finishing the third one I was just going to do one for all of them n didn’t wanna spam post back to back.

My brain just keeps gridlocking whenever I try to think of one for song fish. Something with Circus I just know it, but what without it being cluttered idk. Will put a lil vid below the collapse of me trying n failing to come up with one, just so it’s not left out

I love all these stories! It was fun to honor all of them with this project since I know I’ve been a little artistically biased towards certain ones, but now I scurry on to other projects. Maybe take a break, drink some hot cocoa maybe. The smell of fall is in the air so who knows where I’ll wander off to.
