Dndplayers get very upset when people suggest to them they try to use the rules of the game a little and every argument against this i have ever seen made boils essentially down to 'no its fine. The dm will just fix it. The dm will reach their divine hand in and fix the rules on the fly for us' which as a ttrpghead interested in gming is precisely why i will need to be plyed with treats and prayer if i am to ever run dnd again lmao
