We love it. Thank you! 🐰🦊

Was super fun working on this big utility box project for the Summerset Bridlewood community in Calgary. When I was younger I used to go to use the train station here almost every day to go to school so years later getting to come back and create piece to go in this space is truly an honour! 💕

Happy Friday,
I am currently under the weather this week. I thought I would take a minute to share another free pattern that was found. This one is by Dasha crochet with love.
I hope you enjoy the pattern.

There was an unexpected snowfall today and our punny plows are out. We have the best names for our snowplows. Do other cities do this? This just tickles me so much.

Cul-De-Sac
The cul-de-sac that led nowhere Still, to this day, unpaved In a still unbroken field
Thrives in its loneliness Under the silent night sky Unjudged by the suburbia That forgot it amidst the grasses.
Yet sometimes a car Quietly nestled beside The thick, single wire drilled through Those slanted wooden posts (Hardly worth calling a fence)
Will dim itself awkwardly In view of the homes perched overtop And hope that no one is looking -
That no one remembers this cul-de-sac At the precipice of forest and fawn Teetering on the brink of Uncontrolled freedom forever.
Profound memories from eroding places - July 2014 (Riverbend, Calgary, Age 18) to Vancouver, BC age 28.
