Kether's the kind of guy who chose his job based on how easy it'd be to piss off local lords, but still finds time in his week to play in his grandma's bridge games.

At the beginning of the year, I decided to make a living album that would contain all of the music I wrote during 2024- my goal was to write and release one song a month and so far, I've done that.

Some of the time I was making good progress, some of the time I was grappling with burnout, but overall, it's worked out and I'm happy with the work I've done.

I think it will be worthwhile to keep about the same schedule for writing and releasing new songs next year. Working on albums for forever in solitude and dropping them all at once is ok for some things, but personally, I don't like holding onto music that long- I want to get it out into the world.

Also, there's a lot less pressure just writing one song at a time. I like the process of concepting an album, but it's a lot!

So anyway, one more song coming out next month and then this project/album will be finished. :)

Decided to try experimenting with pentatonic scaling and audio compression, in general trying to make something that sounded different from my usual stuff, and wound up with a sudden new song!

also the cover on its own, was fun trying out a bunch of stuff on this too! most images on it are sampled from a bunch of public domain books by 1800s author/architect Eugène Viollet-le-Duc

Just had the CRAZIEST missed connections moment?
