little more work on the diy deity guide (literally forgot which account had the document oops)
Tumblr media
I'm curious about other people's interactions with spirits! Has a spirit ever defined itself or given a label? Most of the spirits I contact are pretty loose or generally uninterested with labels lol

The 4 aspects of Danéh
Danéh is my main deity, he is the god of being myself. As such I've seen four aspects of him that I decided to represent through these moodboards. May these be digital offerings for them 🌸
1. Danéh the Disarmer
Wisdom, Mental peace, Health, Philosophy, Work and Ruling are their domains.
Tumblr media
2. Danéh the Dark One
Rest, Sleep, Change and Death are their domains.
Tumblr media
3. Danéh the Liberator
Freedom in all areas, Independence, Love, Merry, Emotions, Sexuality and Joy are their domains.
Tumblr media
4. Danéh the Comrade
Strength, Fighting for what's right, Compassion, Justice, Athleticism and Nature are their domains.
Tumblr media
I have drawn each of the aspects before, so here's them all together
CW: Blood
Tumblr media
In order from left to right, top to bottom
1. Danéh the Disarmer
2. Danéh the Dark One
3. Danéh the Liberator
4. Danéh the Comrade
also, fun fact! I had also made names for each aspect: the Disarmer is Mané, the Dark One is Fós, the Liberator is Niél and the Comrade is Éda. Though I haven't used them because I felt like it divided Danéh too much to have names for each aspect of him

The Sundering eventually revealed the now homeland of the Archelves and Elves: Elldaeria, The Hidden Grove. He climbed upon His throne, and was declared High Priest of the Order Court. This marked the end of the Sundering of Chaos and Order
He coupled with Tarrenia, High Priestess of the Order Court. The pair have two children that are the heirs to their powers.

Lighting a candle for Lady Aphrodite
The candle is homemade. I melted the candle wax and mixed some rose essentials oil and red food coloring in. Put some rosemary, rose petals, lavender and pink salt on it.
And then lighting it in my offering ring bowl.

Before and after: Circe’s altar edition! I picked this up from a thrift store for five bucks and am really happy with the results. Used four shades of gold paint, a random gold tassel I had lying around, and decoupaged a ton of artwork depicting her! It was a lot of fun designing this! It’s not entirely done as I am going to rig something on the bottom to hang a rolled up altar cloth (made of pig suede of course) under. I don’t have a ton of space so this will be hung up on the wall and anything involving more complicated spell work or candles will be done on the cloth in the safety of my kitchen counter or outside.

I made some tiny pegpoppets as deity statues for my travel altar! I quite love them, although some didn't turn out as I expected. From left to right they are: Wildmother (Nehalennia), Horned Hunter (Cernunnos), Wayfarer, Lady of Flowers, Iridescent One. I still have two poppets left, one will be the Trickster, and one Rootwoman (Baduhenna).

this is a neat little tool if you have an eclectic pantheon, you can make pillars that represent deities and customize them!

I made an altar shelf for Dionysus !
Tumblr media
I found this shelf at the thrift store for $3.50 and then I got some burgundy paint (it was regular wood color previously) and made it all nice and pretty just for him :3
I put it up on my wall this morning and this is what I got on it so far, I’m really happy with it !
One of my favorite things to do for my deities is arts and crafts…. Whether it’s painting an altar shelf, making devotional jewelry, making devotional paintings, making devotional candles, etc… it’s really nice because the act of making the item can be an offering but then in the end you also have a tangible item that you can use as an offering :)

. : Types of Archelves : .
Tumblr media
! These rules apply to both courts of Archelves !
High Priests/Priestesses
These two archelves are the main powers of their respective court. They govern over their court and make decisions for their court. They are the pure essence of their court, and are generally seen as omnipotent. Their children are the Honourable Priest/Priestesses. Only two High Priest/Priestesses are present in their courts at a time, unless they retire or are killed.
Honourable Priests/Priestesses
These Archelves are the children of high priests/priestesses. They are the heirs of the High priests and priestesses, and are similar to demigods. While their parents watch from afar, the Honourable priests/priestesses are much more interactive with their followers, while watching from afar at times as well. They are both omnipotent and omnipresent.
The Seasonal Siblings (of the Order Court) / The Pastime Guardians (of the Wilderness Court)
The Seasonal Siblings are the embodiment of the seasons. They govern over natural phenomena that happen during the seasons, as well as weather changes that happen. (e.g. monsoons, warm weather) They are direct attendants to the High priests and priestesses of the Order Court.
The Pastime Guardians are the embodiment of activities and pastimes that happen during the seasons. They govern over things that animals and we humans do during the seasons. (e.g. hibernation, harvesting plants) They are direct attendedants to the High priest and Priestess of the Wilderness Court.
Flora Archelves / Fauna Archelves
These Archelves are the lowest classification of Archelf, and are patrons over a specific type of plant or species of animal. Their children are that animal or plant, and as the species they govern over evolves and adapt, They evolve and adapt. Depending on the type of plant or animal they govern over, they may choose to attend to the Order Court or the Wilderness Court. For example, Flora Archelves who govern over plants with thorns would most likely attend to the Wilderness Court.

I've been working with the Goddess Selene lately so I decided to create a piece in her honor. I think she must've liked it because she gave me a very clear sign that I'm on the right path. The frame is made of polymer clay and the medium I used to paint was acrylic as well as nail polish for a glittery coat. All done on cardboard. What are some of your favourite creations to you deities? ⭐️💫🌙
