Long Live (Taylor's Version) gives me chills. It's really like... Saying goodbye to that part of my life. Of all the pain and terrible shit that happened. Taylor doesn't know I exist, she doesn't know all the shitty grueling surgeries, doctors appointments, and shitty little life moments she got me through. But God if this song doesn't FEEL like someone who sees you and is so proud of where you've gotten.

The Frontier pre-sale for Taylor tickets is tomorrow and I’m TERRIFIED. Because as a disabled person that needs accessible seating, I’m limited more than an able bodied person when trying to access seating suited to my needs. There aren’t many seats I can choose from compared to everyone else, and even though I’ve filled out an accessible booking form for Ticketek, they still told me I’m in an enormous queue. The whole process is excruciating because I don’t know what else I can do to ensure I get the right tickets, let alone any at all. There aren’t many options to begin with so I’m extremely anxious and I’m trying to be as positive as possible but I teared up over it today. Even the most accessible stadium still isn’t accessible enough and it hurts.

I'm so fucking sick and tired of all these selfish jackasses pretending COVID is over/never existed/won't kill you fucking dead. If you all wanna die so God damn bad then BE MY FUCKING GUEST but DO NOT fucking pretend like you are ANY semblance of a decent fucking person when YOU make US your martyr for your seventeenth spreader event this MONTH.

Hey there, Dolls! A minute of your time please. If ya haven’t heard, I’ve now got a subscription service through Bandcamp!
It’s got a few tiers, each with its own fun perks, but for just 5$ a month, you get my whole back catalog as well as early access to new music like my most recent album, “Hanging…” which is ONLY available through the subscription and will remain so for a while. At high levels, you get access to input on what I’m working on, credit as a Producer (I’ll even swear on a Bible that you’re an honest to goodness music producer if you want to put it on a resumé), and if you’re CRAZY and give 30$ a month I might send you something weird!
I know we’re all struggling out here, so truly no pressure if you can’t afford it. My music will continue to be available on streaming platforms and Bandcamp, and the albums that are released early through this subscription will eventually make their way to the public.
But! My goal right now is just to make 200$ a month through this. That’s only 40 people who would need to sign up at the lowest tier. I’m old and sick, with myriad issues that make touring (an already failing model for independent artists) basically impossible, so I’m hoping this can serve as a way to get a bit of financial relief and allow me to keep making my sad songs for you all.
That’s it! Thanks so much for your time, please spread the word, share this post, and, if you can, consider donating. I love you all, stay tuned Dolls!
Oh! P.S. I’ll also take this time to announce that the next album being released on this service will be called “Like You Own The Place”! It’s an album entirely of waltzes of various genres. Some purely instrumental, some with lyrics, and I’m very excited for you all to hear it. Long time fans know I love slipping in a waltz or two, but this time I went fully overboard and made like 17 of them because it was cold and I needed a distraction.

Maybe this will anger some people, but
The Eras Tour is not worth it as a disabled person
*unless you luckily get a limited mobility seat or whatever the fuck it's called
I had to stand 45 minutes to get the public transport AND arrive to the stadium. Then, walking in the queue like another hour or so. I don't even have to enter the stadium with my wheelchair, just having somewhere near to park it would be enough. Oh, but that's not all. After what seemed to me like a hell of an entry, my tickets were seated. IN SEATS. But, for some mysterious reason, I guess it's common at these types of concerts to stay on foot almost every minute of it.
The result: I was dehydrated, nauseous, exhausted and couldn't see shit. Yes, the music was nice, but when you can't see even the giant fucking screens it turns out to be a pretty mediocre experience. Hell, I think I even had more fun with Paramore because the people were on their fucking seats. If you want to dance, do it on the floor or at your house. It should be standard concert etiquette.
Disabled swifties, don't bother wasting your spoons and money in a normal seat. It's not worth it.

Forget stage dives—try stage faints! This 2.5” sticker captures Taylor and Travis in their iconic moment, reimagined with a twist for all of us who know standing isn’t always a sure thing. Made with outdoor-grade vinyl and a weather-resistant coating, it’s as tough as those battling POTS, EDS, orthostatic hypotension, and all the fainting fun that comes with it. Because who wouldn’t want a Travis on standby for those “oops, I’m down” moments? Stick it on your water bottle, cane, or anywhere that needs a little fainting humor and a lot of swoon-worthy style!

And I’ll never be the same 🍁

It’s been three years since Red TV and it’s also the first week of the Toronto Eras Tour shows. I’m still holding out for the last minute ticket drops and contests, but in the meantime, I dug up some pics I took during the Red Tour ten years ago.
I was fourteen and taking these on my little point and shoot camera. Obviously they’re not the most aesthetically pleasing, but there’s something about the blurry stage and crunchy jumbo screen shots that make me feel so nostalgic even after losing most of my sight at sixteen. Yes, I’m struggling to look at these photos now, but the eye strain is worth it.
One of the visual memories I’ve still retained well is Taylor’s performance of The Lucky One. The gown and gloves she wore are seared into my head. They’re burning red if you will. If I could’ve made an outfit to wear to this current tour, it would’ve been this one.
And of course, memories don’t have to be limited to visuals.
Every time I hear State of Grace, my heart skips a beat as I remember returning from the bathroom right as the show was starting. I was half way through the tunnel that led to our section when the drum beat kicked in. I started screaming with everyone else and bolted back to my seat while my mom yelled at me to be careful. Luckily, we made it right on time. Although, lesson learned, don’t drink a giant cup of coke right before a show. Even if you need it to down the expensive, but bland, burrito you bought in the stadium.
Whenever I put on my very worn concert tee, I also remember all the effort my mom put in to get us to the Roger’s Centre that night. She’d surprised me with the tickets for my grade eight graduation, and though she didn’t know every song, she didn’t stop me from talking about the whole album in the month leading up or on the train ride to downtown. And when our train back was too full, despite being tired from work that week, she just listened to me rave about the concert and looked through blurry photos with me the entire bus ride home. When the Eras Tour started last year, she immediately wanted to talk about things like the crazy stage dive and when Taylor would announce Canadian dates.
It’s been over a decade since Red came out and it’s still one of my favourite albums for many reasons, this concert included. I know the Eras Tour has set some pretty high expectations for a lot of people, but I hope that everyone who’s seeing Taylor for the first time gets to experience the same sort of long lasting memories I did that night.
It was rare, I was there ❤️

This probably makes me sound like a brat, but I really wish I had the opportunity to go to the Eras Tour again. Of course I’m so grateful that I even got to go once, but when I went in 2023 I was really struggling with my chronic illness and had to spend the concert in a wheelchair. I had just gotten out of the hospital a week before, so I was still learning how to navigate life with a disability. It was an overall very stressful experience for me. I’m now walking again and can’t help but want to see the show again.

I used to believe that the reason people have been more unhinged (in a bad way) since 2020 was because of how the pandemic changed the way we saw the world, but now i think while there's truth in that, the biggest reason why is because covid just exposed people for who they actually are. how selfish, hypocritical, just straight up assholes. followed by blm which exposed all the racism and just everything that's happened since. this truly is the late stage capitalism we've been joking about and certain people's reaction to it has allowed us to finally see them for who they actually are
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to just do a second one instead of adding the tag to the first one I posted.
Here’s some from The One Where They’re Both Disabled featuring: Arthur feels on this fine Sunday morning
(Don’t count these sentences, it’s seven if I say it is.)
“Did I ever tell you about the moment I realized everything was going to be okay after your accident Henry?”
He lifts his head up from where it had been resting on Arthur’s shoulder and gives him a curious look.
“I don’t think so.”
“It was the day you got your wheelchair. The one with the colors you picked out; the green and blue with the butterflies. Phillip teased you about it being inspired by Taylor Swift, and then he clapped his hands over his mouth like he’d said it without even thinking.
There was the tiniest moment of silence where you could hear a pin drop, then Bea just threw her head back and started laughing. Soon all three of you were laughing, Bea tossed in one more jab about Taylor Swift and it only made you all laugh harder.
Everything had felt so tense with Bea and Pip, it felt like neither of them knew how to treat you, and I could tell it was bothering you. When Pip teased you just like he would have before the accident, suddenly everything felt normal again.
There was still a long road ahead of you, ahead of all of us really, but it was the first time I thought ‘yeah, he’s going to be alright’”
Tagging: anyone who wants to participate, if you see this, please consider this an invitation and tag me so I can read your wonderful writing! 🥰

hello adoring fans i am currently on the train home after my double appointment and i did this back when i had my first mri back in may and it happened again so im doing it again!
these were the songs they played during my mri today:
we started off the mri with blank space but it started in the middle of chorus ??
you belong with me! unfortunately was the stolen version but i pretended it was taylors
shake it off! they played this at my last mri and it was just as funny this time as it was last time. i actually was having really bad anxiety so i had them stop in the middle of the song so i could calm down so as soon as i put the headphones back on the first thing i heard was “MY EX MAN BROUGHT HIS NEW GIRLFRIEND SHES LIKE OH MY GOD”
bad blood! this was also REALLY funny and felt super directed at me after i had them pause the mri 😭 it was unfortunately not the remix 💔
anti-hero! it wasnt the music video this time either which honestly i was kinda sad about ngl
back to december! also the stolen version and it paused like not even halfway through for like five minutes before they turn it back on again i didnt even get to listen to the full song bc the mri was over
and this is the post with the list of songs they played for my last mri
