THIS IS NOT A COMPREHENSIVE LIST. I just wanted to highlight some beloved and underrated nostalgic classics.

I am NOT counting: Studio Ghibli, DC, Marvel, Scooby-Doo, sequels/prequels, and most other franchises. I also chose to cut Dreamworks, because I wanted to give as much love as possible to other nostalgic films. There's a LOT to cover in the 80s-90s, hence why I split the two polls.

With the end of TOH not only capping off Disney's "loose Trilogy" with Gravity Falls, & Amphibia, it pretty much marks the end of this Golden Age of Original Children's Cartoons with Heavy syndicated storylines that started back with Adventure Time. While I don't discredit show that aren't syndicated stories or even the "brand cartoons" Like Star Wars, Transformers, or TMNT there was something magical about seeing people come up with original tales from stuff they were big fans & grew up on to create a whole era that made it cool for adults to have these theories, Excellent fanart, & to be something more then what we were used to in our youths.

I can only hope I'm wrong & one day we'll see another TOH or Steven Universe or Kipo, or Centaurworld, or Adventure Time, or Regular Show, or etc. But with recent events it leaves me less enthused. But I'll still cherish that the 2010's to the early 2020's was this marvelous & revolutionary age for TV animation.

First completed art since the thumb brace came off: Chaglu and Princess Shredder! Just a goblin who knows her dinosaur is the Best Boy.

(Male dinosaurs have fancier plumage than females. Princesses are the fanciest people around! Ergo, Princess Shredder. Chaglu knows. She's seen a picture book once).

I did this sketch before I had to stop most art. It would've looked very different if I'd been able to finish it in April! Since then I've transformed my palette, gotten more confident with watercolor, and discovered the magic that is a rose red + phthalo green. I used three* paints for this, and none of them were blue).

*Okay, also white acrylic gouache, because I really shoulda figured out what I wanted to do with Princess's eye before I started painting it. Instead I re-did it. Twice.

I’m Sad to hear that one of my favorite Voice Actors Rachael Lillis lost her battle against Cancer.

She was one of the many voices of many cartoon characters in the field of Anime , Animation and Videogames.

Also, making our childhoods Magical , Beautiful and Sweet.

She Voiced Misty , Jessie and Maylene The Veilstone City Gymleader in the 4kids Dub in “Pokémon”, Utena Tenjou in “Revolutionary Girl Utena”, Headmistress Faragonda in the 4kids Version of “Winx Club”, Ursula from “Dinosaur King”, Martina from “Slayers” franchise, and Princess Charlotte from “Berserk”!
