The Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and paprika in this Stacked Side of Salmon recipe make a tasty marinade that makes the salmon dish tender and juicy. Adding lemon slices brings out the bright citrus flavors that go well with the rich salmon. Great for a fancy dinner or having people over.
Ingredients: 1 side of salmon, skin on. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, thinly sliced. Fresh herbs such as dill, parsley, or chives for garnish.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Put the salmon on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, skin side down. Make sure the salmon is evenly covered with the marinade by brushing it on. Put lemon slices on top of the salmon. After 15 to 20 minutes, the salmon should be easy to flake with a fork. Add fresh herbs as a garnish before serving.

Ingredients: 4 sirloin steaks. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl using a whisk. This will make the marinade. Put sirloin steaks in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Then, pour half of the marinade over the steaks. Put the bag in the fridge for at least an hour, turning it every now and then. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the steaks out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. To keep the steaks from sticking to the grill, brush olive oil on both sides of them. For medium-rare steaks, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes per side. You can change the cooking time depending on how done you want them. In the last minute of grilling, brush the steaks with the rest of the marinade to make them taste even better. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes after taking them off the grill before cutting them. If you want, you can add fresh parsley on top and serve hot.

There is something delicious about Chef Beau Mac's Ham and Jam Sliders. They are made with savory ham and beef patties and a sweet and sour raspberry jam and Dijon mustard sauce. You can have these sliders at any party or just eat them as a tasty snack.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground ham. 1/4 cup raspberry jam. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 12 slider buns. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves optional. Tomato slices optional. Pickles optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form the mixture into 12 small patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing the raspberry jam, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Set aside. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster oven. To assemble the sliders, spread the jam-mustard-mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked patty on top of the sauce, and add optional lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles if desired. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve Chef Beau Mac's Ham and Jam Sliders hot, and enjoy!

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned. In a bowl, whisk together apple butter, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Pour the apple butter mixture over the seared pork chops, ensuring they are well-coated. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145F 63C and is cooked through. While baking, baste the pork chops with the apple butter glaze for added flavor. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
