Digicember 2018

Apparently, I missed Inktober 2018. I don't really want to wait for another year to try it, so I was searching for any other substitutes for inktober I could find, then I thought of Digicember, which was perfect in my mind! That is until I found out that it is used as a hashtag for something on twitter. I don't know what it is, but I'll just leave it at that. It has 31 days, just like October, it's 2 months after October, perfect for those late comers to catch up, and it can be used for a great pun! December. Digital. Digi-tal and De-cember. Digi-cember. It's digital, hence, DIGI-cember. It's December, which means holidays, for my place at least, so there is plenty of time! (Assuming that there is no procrastination). These are the rules that I have come up with. 1) It needs to be a digital drawing. That's it. Actually, I want it all to use a monochromatic colour scheme so one piece would be using only different shades of red, or green, or blue. So eh, these are the more refined rules I'll be following I guess. 1)It needs to be done digitally. 2)It needs to have a monochromatic colour scheme.

We'll see how much perseverance I have. You can do this too if you like to. 

I’ve submitted this journal on DeviantArt as well, I’m MezzoCreates on DeviantArt and worked on the journal there first, and I must say, I really like the experience of typing a journal here on tumblr instead of Deviantart. Things load so much better here and there is no lag at all, as compared to DeviantArt, which started lagging when I was at about 13 on my list. I might upload on my Instagram too, if only I can figure out how to upload from Desktop.

It's the start of Digicember for this year! With Super Smash Bros Ultimate coming out in less than a week, I decided to make this year's theme be SSB! Whenever The Nays have a tournament in the game, they always use certain characters. So I'll be drawing 1 M Nay and 1 S Nay that use those characters and theme these drawings around them. For the first day, it's Gair and Veetoff as Marth! (The rest of the days might not be this detailed, I just had more time to draw today)
