as disappointing as the news was, it was nowhere near enough to topple the feeling of hope and happiness that now radiates within steve in knowing that bucky was out there and alive. bucky is alive. he does his best not to notice the sorrow lacing that smile as he places a hand on sam’s shoulder and gives it a light squeeze. ❛ 𝐢 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐭, 𝐬𝐚𝐦. 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐢 𝐝𝐨. ❜ he should be the one out there doing the work. finding bucky is all he can really think about these days. it’s all he wants. would it really be so selfish to give up saving the world for one second? it wasn’t like he was the only one looking after it, after all. instead, it falls to sam.

La primera vez que tuve la oportunidad de ver a Fabulosos Cadillacs fué hace 9 años en Vive Latino, justamente acaban de regresar despues de una pausa desde 2002, presentaban para esa ocasión “La luz del ritmo” material que un año antes habían lanzado. Hoy justo vengo a hablar de éste álbum el cuál sin duda fué un excelente regreso. Si no creen vamos por el principio; “La luz del ritmo” donde todo anuncia una gran fiesta con tambores, silbatos, riffs de guitarra y la cereza del pastel, esa voz inconfundible de Vicentico, “Malbicho” una versión lenta con scratches incluídos; también tenemos una cumbia llamada “padre nuestro” con un coro cómo “ quiero ver amanecer pero del otro lado ver amanecer” un tanto pegajoso, justo antes de que la cumbia fuese bien aceptada entre la clase media o alta de este país, “Nosotros los egoístas” una canción más rock con guitarras suaves quehacen recordar a bandas cómo La Habitación Roja por ejemplo, pero la cereza del pastel es sin duda ese cover a The Clash, que en su versión “ si me quedo o me voy” tiene ese toque latino;“Genio del Dub” o “Flores”, “Basta de llamarme así” (versión reggae) o “Muy, Muy Tempranito” son temas que sin duda más de una vez fueron incluídas en alguna fiesta de universidad, el final es a cargo de “Los condenaditos” track qué no fué un hit más sin embargo la letra un poco triste nos invita a querer salir a tomar un trago. #CFalcon
