𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐝,   𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫.    when his voice breaks the silence she cannot find the words to comfort him.    her eyes searched his face as he spoke.    she knew he believed her to be what she had pronounced herself as when she approached him ‘faith’ now living in rachel’s vessel.    it was not a cruel act—rachel had forsaken her body and her self when she overdosed and nearly died.    faith saved her.     faith turned her gaze to joseph,   he seemed lost just as he spoke,   but there was a certainty there that he may yet not know of ❛ you have come a long way.    ❜  faith began walking into the field of white flowers,   her hands grazing a crossed the top of the petals,  

❛ and now you are faced with a much bigger burden… a much bigger trial,   you must continue to believe in the voice—in yourself.    ❜ faith turned to joseph and smiled,   she skipped a bit forward towards him and took his hands into her own,   ❛  do you think all this could be possible without your guidance? without your love and understand? ❜ faith let his hands fall from hers,   she stared at him hard,   hoping to pierce through to his soul,   ❛ you are the only one who can lead humanity into salvation… you must know this.     ❜ the feeling returned to her eyes and she smiled widely,   ❛ you are the father,   you must not show any doubt or else… we will all start to falter.    ❜

❛ of course,    ❜ faith complied willingly,    taking his hand into her own.    she could feel their souls resonating.    she felt safe whenever she was near him.    as if there was nothing that could stop them from taking on the world.    even thought the world had chose to vilify them,    they still chose light,    they still walked a righteous path to save those lost.    ❛ i will do my very best to make certain that they come to understand your true word—i know if i just try hard enough,    they will all come to understand that we want only the best for them.    ❜
