I attempted to use orange juice during the workout today. After every specific exercise and every break I took during cardio I would drink orange juice and water. By the time I was finished this happened: . Sugar dropped twice enough to take 20 minute breaks each. Finished both a gallon of water and two glasses of orange juice. Two hours after workout sugar dropped then spiked. . . Oh yeah, I have a neck!!
