This comic was brought to you by @potentialforart who commissioned me to finish these pages! I had the script and loose thumbnails done. Thank you again my dear friend!! Now you all can just catch a glimpse at the way this would-be villain thinks.

It also answers the question of Why do Ingo and Emmet even keep this guy around. Because he really is too good at his job, SO good he’ll prioritize work over evil plots. Also if you’re new, Isadore and the other Depot Agents are the Battle Subway npcs. I made some designs/comics for them a while back, so check the tag for those!

I found Depot Agent Josh while playing Pokemon White one day! He had a Diglett and Dugtrio on his team when I battled him! I wonder how he missed Gear Station on the way to Small Court because it is such a huge building. 🤔

I couldn't help but imagine Ingo and Emmet calling Josh over to the station while he's still wandering around in Nimbasa City.

- ok so this is gonna be a small comic series where I delve into the unrequited love plot line I’ve had in my mind for ingo and josh -> they both have had a couple of flings together but nothing serious until ingo starts catching feels of course sksks

- which is something josh is blissfully unaware about since he can’t fathom someone as amazing as ingo falling for someone like him

- josh is also in love with emmet which ingo is fully, painfully, aware of

Ingo: Have you thought of a good idea for a car?

(Ingo is labeled the Dynamic Brother, and Emmet is the Brother Who Is Completely Positive).

Emmet: Ingo your face is scary.

Ingo: Probably. It's nightime.

(Emmet is embarrassed and hiding behind his brother).

Ingo: Hey Emmet, what happened?

Apparently, during a battle earlier, a Pokémon's move hit his belt and his pants fell down.

Emmet: Um, please stop doing that as it will be a nuisance to other customers.

Ingo: Joltiks have increased again.

Emmet: Ingo, can I help you?

Ingo: I'm okay.

Depot Agent: Ingo is scary!

I don't want to hear that from Emmet with his blank face!

They both have the same face!!!!!!

I can only guess what would happen if the trio went back home while still pokefied. Would Emmet still try to run the double lines?

Imagine being a depot worker. You clock in and see two giant unknown pokemon walk into the station from the train tunnels. One is wearing the somewhat dirty clothes of your boss that went missing recently while the other is wearing weird clothes plus the torn up coat and hat of your boss that went missing years ago.

What do you do?

Option A: freak out and scream

Option B: Call the police

Option C: Challenge the unknown pokemon to a pokemon battle

Choose wisely!

The answer is Option D: continue work like everything is normal while the weird ass pokemon take the place of your bosses in conducting trains and battling trainers after 20 wins.

What's better is that I've been imagining that while the trio can still understand humans, they can't really speak all that well anymore, so they're having a hard time convincing people who they are. Until Emmet starts battling and lowkey trying to kill people again. That's Boss Emmet, alright.

Akari will also confirm their identities, but any depot worker who tries to get near her is probably not getting out alive XD

Sneaslers might not be pack animals, but they are fiercely protective of their young. Do not touch Akari. Ingo will yowl and Emmet might try to eat you.

Oooh boy, the twins are fighting. Is it really that bad though ? Also yes, their desk is soundproof, because of Ingo's loud voice, so usually their conversations are muffled, to protect the agents's ears. And yes, this is the agent that got pinched by Crustle back then.

okay I really intended to draw something normal for my first drawings of Ingo and Emmet but. Something something. Uh. The Demons. 🫶 I hope y’all like bad cheesy AUs here��️ you may have to futz with your brightness and do some zooming in to see…anything.

The rest of the comic is below the cut along with some extra drawings. I’ll rb with just the panels instead of the whole pages and close-ups of the text in the extra doodle page. Uhh…I think that’s it!

All is well! …as well as it can be. They have to stay “alive”, the subway depends on them.

I planned out so little of this AU. I just had a vague vision of a short comic for the Subway Masters and wanted to practice drawing some gore again in hopes that I can achieve the same skill levels as The Old Master (13 year old me)…and then Make A Terrible Comic Day 2024 rolled around and so I figured I’d just ball and do it…I think I may have gotten a little too invested in it for it to qualify but oh well, it’s good practice!

The idea was that (post-Ingo and maybe Emmet getting teleported across centuries and returning…please Nintendo-) a vampirism/zombie virus slowly starts going through Nimbasa. The Subway, being a bustling center of travel, gets hit perhaps the worst and the quickest. Ingo and Emmet get turned rather quickly and try to hide it. They grow very reclusive, lurking around the shadows and the dark tunnels. The depot agents are the only ones who’ve really heard from them since, but aren’t intent on helping authorities find them. The virus is supposed to have drastic effects on the mind, causing severe aggression and the like, but through some miracle, the brothers’ minds seem to stay in tact. It’s assumed it may have to do with lingering effects of the time travel.

They fr become a Phantom(s) of the Subway situation to outsiders and mad-scientist-locking-himself-away-in-his-study-as-he-falls-to-his-hubris situation to the depot agents. But mostly they’re okay! They keep the Subway running and try to stay healthy and prevent further decay of their minds!

also Elesa is here, Elesa is thrown off but doesn’t stop hanging out with them. She tries to help them where she can, and also keeps them in check when she can. She wants the best for them but hasn’t survived stardom this long by being gullible and naive.
