Thorn and Fox - Pride

It’s the same setting that I drew Thire in. Basically, the Guard is getting evacuated to the Jedi Temple after Palpatine is killed/the war ended, because the Guard barracks were in a disastrous state. As such they are on the top level of Coruscant. Thorn and Fox are staying behind a little so they can make sure all the other vod’e are safe. They take a moment to just look at all the survivors. They are exhausted and mourning but they’re also infinitely proud of all those brave soldiers who made it. Thorn is leaning against Fox just to feel that he’s alive. Fox soaks up all the warmth Thorn has to give.

Description : It's a mythosaur-skull above the symbol of the Coruscant Guard. The Guard Crest is a little less pristine than it usually should be. Smoke is connecting the two symbols with the implication of a skull between them (No idea if it's actually visible).

Thinking of Dad Marvel again.

I don't know why but when I think of him looking at one of his kiddos tm I don't think of the usual small fond smile or affectionate smirk.

I think of the all encompassing smile that hurts your face.

Not bright and wide, but the type where your cheeks are so high they're inhibiting your vision.

The kind that goes up, not out. There is no wide beaming smile like the sun, it's the type of smile you do as a kid when you're trying to pout but your parent said something really funny. No matter what you do your cheeks remain raised and it's just so obvious so matter how you cover your face that you're smiling.

The kind that makes the back of your head ache from the love you feel.

That makes your shoulders bunch up like they're getting ready to fight this overwhelming amount of love.

The kind you can only see from the outside.

Forever looking at someone with all that love, directed at another.

Cuz it's is few and far between when you notice someone looking at you in such a way

Some more Altair!! :D I’m so flattered by the reaction to my boy ;;v;; <3 <3 Ya’ll are incredible TvT <3 <3 Originally I mean to post these with the first image, but The illustration looked so good on its own... I couldn’t find a way to get them all to look nice xD I’ll ramble a little bit below the cut about Character details/ideas i”ve had so far :D

- Altair is 16! Right now I’m leaning towards making him shorter than both Deuce and Ace SDFLKJSDGLDSG - He didn’t have white hair before being Isekaid into Twisted Wonderland. That is a new feature, and one he has mixed feelings about. -If its not parsible enough, the armband emblem is supposed to be Grim’s Face!! :D The idea was inspired by Crowley calling Yuu a beastamer! - The blue And Orange-ish red-ish earring are supposed to represent Ace and Deuce. :3 They are his best friends, and Altair appreciates them a lot. - He’s Conflict avoidant for the most part, but once and a while he whips out the driest, most piercing comeback, and everybody is left either shocked or wheezing. - He does use some dry delivery or sarcasm pretty frequently besides that too (ei when I was first playing the game and Trey started calling Ramshackle a Dump before switching words, my first thought was “No, No you can say it, that’s exactly what it is” xD) - A lot of the personality I haven't figured out yet!! I’ll probably be playing that by ear when I construct shenanigans xD - The more people he befriends the larger his Tsundere Protection squad grows xD - He is not a shipping OC!! I will not be shipping him with anybody :D - For anybody who’s seen my whumptober with Leona being stabbed, that was Altair! The art/concept for him was already drawn at that point :D Its not much xD But its what I got for now!!! I don’t usually make OCs, but Twst offered me an organic way to do so, so this was fun. :D I’m excited at the possibility of doing more with him down the road.

Naruto has a multitude of characters where their writing is heavily based in queerness and queer experiences. From the devotion two characters have for one another to a point where they would trust each other with their lives, to feeling like the other one is the only person who truly to their core understands them and accepts them for who they are despite their flaws and issues they’ve done in the past.

Naruto as a series is so queer in its writing that the writer - whether intentional or not - made the main two characters always run after each other even if one of them fell into darkness, saying he’d shoulder the pain he’s holding just so he can be near him and you’re saying you think… Obito is gay?? The guy who literally lost his mind over a girl??

Edit: I’m talking about canon btw. Hc if you’d like I’ll always support that, but he’s not canonically gay or bi. His character is rooted in his love for a girl and the only reason he saved kk was to have time alone w Rin because he didn’t want him interfering. He’s in love w Rin and only Rin in canon🙇‍♂️

Look I know he lost some skin and some limbs and some fat but I am in a bit of doubt that Jimmy was carrying Curly around so easily.

Like he’s clearly too weak to take Swansea in a fight and he’s an old guy who’s been drinking mouthwash for months AND just got roofied. Not to mention he was very much starving by that point in the game. You can argue Curly was too and his condition just added on to the weight loss but he was just carrying him around like he was a handful of grapes.

In my minds eyes Jimmy can like lift like maybe 50 pounds with a little bit of effort. Like he’s got no muscles he’s average. Curly’s still big after he crash like that man ain’t getting picked up by that twig.

Harpy mickrin AU yay! Sorta loosely set in Aatom87's harpy & zookeeper AU- Rin is a sooty owl and Mickbell is a cockatiel. You know how parrots are...

The zoo keeps them in the same enclosure out of lack of funds to try and fix behavioral issues. Rin was being too self-isolating and Mickbell was starting shit with other harpies and bonded with zookeeper Kuro instead, which is unhealthy, so they put them in a side enclosure to bond together and assigned Kabru to it instead. Thus they are forced to have enrichment together.

Kabru has it tough since they both act like they hate him, except one is only a tsundere act lol. Mickbell like "huh?? You stealing my cagemate punk?? Wanna fight??" and he's not even wrong lol. Tiny bird very angry very aggressive, cue Kabru getting scratched every day... Kabru leaving their enclosure after a whole showdown of cockatiel Mick screaming scratching biting inflicting him little wounds and then Mick goes right back to "I'm just a little guy"ing @ Rin. Keep going buddy i'm sure... one day...... you'll win her over and make her laugh. Or something.

Although hmmm Kabru hating monsters would mean he wouldn't work there in the first place. Maybe.... He's there undercover to investigate the zoos for corruption or animal-monster abuse or smth... And the injured Mithrun harpy is evidence that he has to take under his wing ba dum tss <- this is how my AUs get out of control

sometimes i think some people in this fandom believe they own the characters they like, and this turns fandom experience into such a toxic and unhealthy one. caring and worrying about a character is very different than disliking anything it's done to them because it doesn't please you and your idea of their personality and who they should associate with.

this begs the question as well, how much is this about Agatha and how much this is actually about just petty hatred/dislike towards Wanda and canon discourse towards Rio? because, in the dawn of Agatha All Along's release, she's been the least one talked of in comparison to her witch mates in some corners of this fandom.

[author's note: it's just so funny to see some clearly biased complaints about recent events in the mcu and the comics, such as Agatha's deaging in the recent runs of the comics. it's obvious that she's been deaged, and it's very ill-intentioned to bissfully ignore the exact time period that her character was first de-aged and redesigned: after Wandavision and Kathryn's Agatha. i thought this was obvious, but since it evidently isn't, Kathryn's Agatha isn't Hagatha. it makes much more sense to match a character that has always been secondary and related to others, without well-defined appearance, and with the ability to age herself down, to its more popular mcu counterpart. also, why complain about a character that hasn't even been released yet, that we don't know a single official thing about, not being inserted in the comics? when said character is rumoured to be a genderbent version of an already existing character i.e Emerald Warlock? so now everything is bad because a single character that never even existed until a few months ago isn't inserted in everything that pertains Agatha's storyline and Agatha's only? are you even listening to yourselves? how come Agatha allegedly being ever-tied to Wanda is such an awful issue, but suddenly her being tied to Rio isn't? are the double standards in the room with us right now? these are just a few issues and complaints i have, and i feel it's high time they were voiced]
