Demise is my true name. It may be a reflection of how mankind sees me, but I have existed long before their ilk infested my world.

When I played Skyward Sword, the final battle with Ghirahim was, and still is, the toughest boss battle I’ve ever done. I was sweating and just about feeling like I couldn’t win when I finally beat him.

Then came Demise. Who was very epic. But.. too easy after Ghirahim.

I don’t think it bothered me at the time because I got the hard boss battle that made me feel accomplished, and Demise really made a cool final battle. But over time it just gets more amusing. Ghirahim spent the entire game trying to revive his master, this massive legend of an old god, just to have his nemesis swat him like a fly. His nemesis who he might have accidentally trained by playing with him.

There are layers here and they all make it funnier to me.
