Hi!! I'm akio abey and currently working on my own novel ^^ so it's a Chinese BL - high fantasy epic adventure~ the name is 'Dawn of Kindness' (written in English but will see to translate it to Chinese in the future)

Almost done reading Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: Firestorm (my e-book says it's 80% through). Koba's backstory is so SAD. He was such a nice bonobo. We never saw a baby Koba, like we did with Ceasar. I needed to put the picture in my brain on paper...

Okay… but talking more about the actual worldbuilding of TCOAAL? THERE’S MUCH POTENTIAL AS A DYSTOPIA! We got corrupt government, capitalism, cults, and demons! So much to dig into-

If I were to make an actual AU… I think it’d be interesting if it plays out as episode one. The setting of the apartment alone already has enough ideas to work with- Yuu, who was supposed to be visiting, gets quarantined into the apartment as others are convinced they have the parasite. Will the rest of the TWST cast be neighbours or guards? Both would be neat. (Grim’s just an entity a nearby cultist summoned that is demanding Yuu to give him their room for a shelter-)

What if Lilia was too late to reach Wild Rose Castle?

What if the Knight of Dawn and Meleanor fought before Lilia and co reached the castle?

During her final moments, Meleanor curses KOD.

KOD, after seeing the result of his actions, couldn’t hand the egg over to Henrik. Knowing full well what would happen to the egg should he get his hands on it.

KOD runs away with the egg, taking the underground route to escape from human forces. He had already taken the child’s mother, he could not allow the child to be another’s plaything.

The Knight of Dawn rescinds his blessings by the diurnal fairies. Whose hair color changes from golden to silver. A color he was born with but since forgotten by most if not all.

The Knight of Dawn who plans to keep the egg safe until he can safely return it home. He spends years evading human and fae soldiers, not knowing who to trust. Hoping to come across the General of the Right, the one known for his loyalty to the crown.

He travels on his feet never staying anywhere for too long. Five years pass, constant wars fought, but this time between humans.

One day, while taking shelter, the Knight of Dawn notices something strange.

He hasn’t aged.

It was the Princess’s curse.

I had this AU in my head since…the beginning of this year lolol; with part 5 out, I thought this would be the perfect time to release what I had from my writing closet 😘🫶💞
