Argentinian Public Universities are in Danger!

Due to lack of funding, public universities in Argentina are in risk of closing. Over 2 million students are about to lose their access to free education.

Here is a link to a petition on change.org to help. It's just signing and it only takes five minutes!

If anyone knows more resources to help, please reblog with the links!

Productivity check in: 26/2/24

Have done a small amount today due being in pain. Ended up falling asleep in order to help it but still did a couple of things:

Personal:

Went out and bought new clothing and bought my first dark academia piece

Bought a couple of gifts for my boyfriend

Called my mum for a good catch up

Organisation:

Did a declutter of my notion

Called a hotel to organise a trip for my university society (proceeded to loose my mind)

Hobbies:

Read chapter 2 of 'The portrait of Dorian Gray'

Nothing strictly academic but I still feel a bit more productive today. Tomorrow's plan is to go back to my studio so I can get some solid work/planning done! And to start my German studies again. Wish me luck folks!

I understand haute couture to be like... Artistique expression or smth but i never see anything wearable. It's always something clearly for people above us, the proles and precariats of the world. Couldn't imaging wearing half that shit. Yet when the silhouette is clean and simple, the design subtle and not over the top, it soothes my heart.
