Dandy loved you so much

One of many love filled thoughts passed through his head. His head resting in his hands, love sick sigh would escape from him as he admired you as interact with other toons. Wishing you were interacting with him in their place, though he would never say that out loud.

He became aware of his feelings extremely quickly. The way his heart would race whenever he laid eyes on you, the frequent thought of doing romantic gestures for you. To him you were everything, the sun, the stars, the air he breathes, he saw you in anything. Although he preferred to admire from afar.

He knew the threat that came with telling you his feelings. The thought of your relationship being hurt was breaking his heart already. His feelings were better off kept to himself. but couldn't he dream? He needed to kiss your face all over and tell you just how perfect you are! You're.. just so beautiful, whenever he looks at you his line of thinking is destroyed the thought of kissing you.

Oh how jealous he was of the clothes that hugged your figure every day. Maybe one day he would tell you how he felt. But just being in love and watching afar is enough for him, for now. He thought before he pulled the lever and waved goodbye back to you retreating into darkness.

He picks favorites

That much is obvious

No matter how many times you try to ignore his shop, his happy little smile stays stuck to his face

And, if you didn't know any better, you would have thought it was permanent

Until you noticed the threats he'd make to your teammates, that is...

But you? You can't remember the last time he's ever threatened you.

A smooth remark here and there, an attempt to persuade you into lending him some of your tapes.

Maybe, if he likes you enough (which he does), he'll have some extra special options for you to choose from

And, because you're just oh so kind, maybe you'll help him convince your other teammates to finally give him the tapes he wants so badly

But, sometimes that isn't enough

Sometimes, you've really got to present an active threat to those who just never seem to get the picture

Now, he loves you, he really does

But...

He also loves the fear on your face once you lay your eyes on his twisted form

The way you stumble back in either shock or fear, and if he had to guess, he would've assumed it was both

The way your eyes widen as he takes just a single step closer

His movement is both experimental and a little playful, testing your reactions and responses

And, if he's lucky and you don't run away before he can get close enough, it doesn't take long before he's kneeling down in front of you

Pat his head, if you would, he enjoys it

There are some slight changes in his behavior when he's like this

Those of which consisting of the sudden need he has to stay by your side

He's always liked your presence, and that much was obvious by the constant conversations he'd try to start with you every chance he got in the elevator

But now, it was almost like he was glued to your side

When he isn't massacring the people around you, that is

He's a clingy little thing (despite how massive his twisted form is in comparison to your stature)

He'd pounce on you if he could, trap you beneath him and keep you there just to nuzzle his head against yours and watch the rush of fear course through every little vain in your body

But, you were too fragile, and he knows better

That never stops him from trying, though

He can be gentle, you both know he can, so he tries

He's too big to fit in your lap like he used to when he wasn't in his twisted form, and although he loves the power it gives him, he'd rather rest against you comfortably without the concern of squishing you like a bug

It's no secret that he picks favorites

"Dandy, I appreciate the sentiment but..." you stare at the medkit in your hands, a confused look on your face as you attempt to understand just why he had given it to you. You definitely didn't need it, and you certainly had all your hearts intact. The only wound you had received during the last floor you had ventured into was a tiny scratch you had made yourself. Which had been a complete accident when you found yourself tripping over a capsule and onto the floor. "I don't need this..."

"Nonsense! Take it, free of charge! We don't want our greatest friend dying any time soon, do we?" He winked, nudging the first aid further into you. It seemed like he wasn't taking no for an answer.

"Hey, uh- I need one too." Oh god, Vee looked terrible. Normally, only one of her antennas would be bent. But, this time, it had looked like a twisted had tried to forcefully rip the other one off her head. And when that didn't work, decided to scrunch it up and tug at it until sparks came flying out of its base. The left side of her screen had been cracked, a long line running down from top to bottom with tiny strands breaking off near the edge. Just one look at her and it was almost obvious that she had lost a heart, and probably would've lost the last one had she not gotten into the elevator on time.

Dandy took one look at her, his smile never wavering as he spoke. Although, if you looked close enough, you could see the strain behind it. "Two hundred tapes."

Safe to say the others would catch onto this little trend after a while

He pretended he wasn't biased when it came to you

Acting dumb like there was no difference in the way he treated you, compared to how he treated everyone else

Sure, he would smile and wave, act nice just to keep the tapes rolling in

He was still their friend, he couldn't just be mean

But, he couldn't doubt how special you were compared to them

Day one he was practically at your beck and call, even before everything had turned to ruin

He knew things were different now, he knew you probably wouldn't let him do all the things he used to back when you didn't have to worry about the possibility of having some corrupted version of your friends tear you to pieces

But, he could still dream, couldn't he?

He couldn't help but indulge in fantasies every now and then

Letting his head rest in his hands as he watched you interact with the others

Sure, he would've preferred if your attention was on him

But, he could pretend he didn't mind sharing

Although, sometimes he wasn't so good at it

He'd miss the days when you'd let him just lay beside you

His head on your stomach as he'd pick at the floor beneath you both, mindlessly staring up at you in an almost dazed like look

The others used to tease him about it

About how well known his feelings for you were, and yet he never wanted to admit it

After all, what would happen if he did?

There were risks he had to consider when it came to telling you how he felt

And he never liked any of them

He almost preferred keeping them a secret, letting them fester inside until they were practically pouring out of every crevice in a desperate attempt to keep himself sane

Maybe you were the reason he hadn't gone crazy yet

But, if you kept your attention straying from him for a bit too long, there's a good chance he might just lose it

Make sure to talk to him every round

Say hello, tell him about the twisteds you encountered, share how you made a mistake when extracting ichor from a machine and almost run into a wall while trying to hide

Anything. Just anything.

It is no surprise i love gojo and geto. I had to draw them as dandy and astro since they remind me of them. In our shared account, im the one who watches anime, one of which being jjk. My favorite character is geto ofc.

To me, like geto dandy has a higher plan in his world. While geto’s goal was to eradicate non sorcerers in dandy’s world i feel it has to do with control and power. I think astro and dandy’s friendship is extremely one sided in which astro is the one who puts 110% of his efforts whereas dandy puts the bare minimum. Anyways, thats all.
