i think rodger is the most parental toon towards toodles(any younger toon really). some others can be caring but hes actively parental/fatherly. his awesome single dad energy is too powerful

a lot of people see teagan as a mother to toodles but i dont see it! shes definitely doting and kind but nothing surpasses rodger as toodles parent. Hes always the first choice

DOVE - she/her, the assistant. a common, yet friendly face around the facility! caring, loving, and with a fresh start.

ASTRO (temporarily on hiatus, will return soon) - they/it/he, a shy member of the staff who lurks around, nothing suspicious going on!! Just a sleepy guy who will occasionally draw. Don't let him catch you staying up late!

JULES - he/xe/they/clown, my role here is undetermined. The attic owner.

DAZ - Resident little guy of the facility! Any/All, as long as it isn't she. Because of their size, Daz prefers to do.. non-physically straining tasks. Mental checkups, feeding (on occasion), and some other miscellaneous tasks. Don't doubt their abilities.

so you know how Twisted Astro became that way due to guilt and despair

HEADCANON: Astro is an emotional/stress eater.

Astro has anemia AND autism. Because of this, Shelly needs to be careful about doing too much to either overexert or overstimulate Astro

Shelly has athazagoraphobia (fear of being forgotten), so whenever she's panicking, Astro helps her calm down by reminding her that he sees her and that she hasn't been forgotten

A lot of us agree that Shrimpo's stats are so bad because he hates being here.

To add to that.

If Shrimpo starts enjoying himself, he is all over the place. He's climbing on top of machines, he's spinning like a maniac, he's bouncing everywhere, he's punching holes in walls and going through them, he's somehow crawling on the ceiling?! There is no stopping him, he is the ultimate distractor.

(This is based off the stereotypical Exploiter Shrimpo. As funny as these situations are, don't break the game on purpose, people.)

It's toon nature to cuddle pile. The only toon who doesn't have the cuddle pile instinct is Vee and even then she has ended in a couple of cuddle piles.

Astro with verbal shutdowns

When he gets too stressed his ability to form words ceases to exist for both talk and writing. He has a handful of phrases like "I don't know" and "I'm sorry" that he can still say out of muscle memory, but he doesn't have the ability to properly apply them.

As loud as he can. For stress relief or something. Usually it's in his room which I choose to believe is soundproof, but sometimes when he's stressed he'll just scream for like half a second. Just to deal with pent-up rage, y'know?

Sprout was very much a doormat when he was a kid, and now that he’s older, he’s especially protective of those who have a harder time speaking up for themselves (Cosmo, Shelly, Boxten, Astro, etc.)

Shrimpo helps boxten clean out the inside of his head from time to time, since Boxten definitely cant do it himself.

Elaborating on this ^, Boxten actually passes out when his head gets opened.. so that was a huge scare for Shrimpo when he opened it for the first time.

Boxten used to hide gifts in his head for Shrimpo but uh.. he kinda forgot.. huge surprise for shrimpo, lol..

Both Shrimpo and Boxten cook for each other. They eat the 'bad' parts of each other's cooking too!

Call me unoriginal, but i too headcanon that shrimpo used to not be as mean. All the toons kind of just ignored him still, probably via handlers request. Every toon but one, Boxten. Boxten actually approached shrimpo, and they hung out for quite awhile! Shrimpo remembers the moment fondly, but boxten seemed to had forgotten. Shrimpo's nice fo boxten because of that!!! huzzah

They probably take turns sleeping over at each other's rooms. Shrimpo could use some clean-ness in his life, and boxten probably enjoys sleeping with someone by his side.

Both are against being affectionate in public, but they will still show a tiny bit of favor for the other. Boxten gives shrimpo a smile as he passes, or maybe hands him an item, shrimpo tries to take twisteds off him.

Boxten's probably very soft with his love, which confuses and flusters the SHIT out of shrimpo. he speaks so soft, and his voice is so graceful... huge contrast to what that shrimp is used to...
