Prompt
Tim is a genius, so it’s really no surprise that he’s got the number of each batfamily member saved in his phone long before he becomes Robin.
But then Jason dies (and comes back to life) and Tim is struggling to keep Bruce alive and Dick from spiraling.
To cope with the stress of having the lives of Gotham’s two most important vigilantes depend on him he starts leaving Jason voicemails and text messages on his old number detailing progress and setbacks, fears and hopes, and the dream of finally finding somewhere he belongs. Along with the crushing realization that Tim’s own hero — Jason— is long dead.
Unbeknownst to Tim, Jason listens to and reads every single one of the messages.

Foul legacy weeklies but melusine y/n is just cheering him on. Paimon next to them. (They’re sharing snacks.)
you start coordinating who brings what after a few weeks, too!!
honestly, you're not sure why Foul Legacy and the Traveler feel the need to fight every week. sparring, perhaps? maybe a way to get rid of any pent-up irritation? either way, it happens exactly once every week, not quite like clockwork. the day varies depending on when the two contenders are free. why they both must go all the way to Liyue as well, you might never know- but at least Legacy brings you with him through the wilderness, over woods and mountains and through any caves you desire- the creatures would never harm you, after all. all the way to the Golden House, where the Traveler is waiting. Paimon greets you happily, as always- the celestial pair never had an issue with you. they too have been thrown into a new world, unable to return home, wherever home might be. Paimon floats by your side as you make yourself comfortable, her chattering almost entirely concealing the sounds of battle
Paimon is the one who started the snack tradition, whipping out one of her many provisions to share with you. she is the sole reason you expand your palette in Teyvat, bringing you dish after dish, usually things she's been craving lately. you munch on them together, curiously, occasionally waving to Childe and the Traveler as they spar. you clap for both your Harbinger and your Abyssal monster, tail wagging happily whenever they turn to look at you. and you keep a tally of who won and who lost!! currently the Traveler is in the lead, much to their smug satisfaction, but you still delight in showing Foul Legacy whenever you get to add a point to his chart, earning you some very enthusiastic chitters and trills

She was bitten by the vampire when she was in a trance, sleep-walking—oh, you start; you do not know that, friend John, but you shall know it all later—and in trance could he best come to take more blood. In trance she died, and in trance she is Un-Dead, too.
In this paragraph Van Helsing explains the kind of state Lucy was left in before she transformed into a vampire, which is very interesting since it still ties with her themes of forced childhood, and her inability to "grow up" because of the people around her.
It was already established that Dracula kept Lucy in a heavy hypnotic trance that messed up her memories in order to not leave a single trace of his bloody doing (despite not being really good at hiding). Yet, having the power to carry that trance into Lucy's grave really helps to explain why the bloofer lady seems to be not so aware of her actions, when we know that Lucy went above and beyond to hide anything that might even taint her self made image. If Lucy was truly aware of herself as a vampire she would not have left a trail of wounded children behind her to the point that the local newspaper think she may be an animal.
The Count never liberated Lucy's from the trance because, unlike with the Weird Sisters, she still has people that can question his authority. This time the fear, and physical threats he inflicted on the Sisters aren't enough, so to cover his bases before abandoning Lucy for good is to leave her as a shadow of her herself.
There is no malign there, see, and so it make hard that I must kill her in her sleep.
The professor makes it clear that Lucy, while being in the sleep-dead state, is blameless and not acting out of any kind of "evil" that the bites may have given her. It's painful to even speculate that the trance of the Count seems to keep Lucy in a more animalistic side in which she only can depend on her un-dead abilities to survive. As if Lucy, our Lucy, is still trapped behind the bloofer lady waiting for an opportunity to get out this new mental cage someone else had forced upon her again.
Lucy wasn't reawakened because of the vampirism, she just went from her mother's social cage to the undead cage. The last time she ever had the chance to finally be free as a being that has her own thoughts, and actions were those moments of happiness when she was with Mina planning her own wedding.

The wedding, when it came, had a fairy-tale quality, in this very remote church, with no electricity, and it happened after dark. It felt quite otherworldly, very dreamlike. - John Perry Barlow
Carolyn was stunning and very stark — as if the few lights were just for her, with the rest of us in darkness and her betrothed's face leaning into her halo. When John fumbled with the ring, Carolyn gently put her hand on his shoulder and laughed. The moment that she put her hand on his shoulder to reassure him that everything was okay, that was quite a loving subtlety. But that was her. - Billy Noonan
It was an incredibly magical moment. I saw it as it was unfolding, almost in silhouette. It was virtually dark outside. John reached for the hand of Carolyn; she was caught off guard. I'm walking backwards in the light rain at dusk, and John does this amazing gesture, taking her hand and bringing it to his lips. It was lovely, the spontaneity of that gesture. - Denis Reggie

Now some Vampire Lore, which explains why Lucy mainly attacks children and is Voluptuous. Other than children being a much easier, vulnerable target for a new vampire, especially at night, and vampires being attractive to lure people to them:
One of Stoker's primary sources was Ármin Vámbéry, a Hungarian-Jewish traveler and orientalist. Van Helsing even gives him a shout-out in the book later. Stoker consulted him a lot about the legends in the Balkans and Austria-Hungary (which Transylvania was part of at the time).
Dracula is heavily based on the area's Strigoi. And partly on the Estries (who are associated with the Succubi: Beautiful, blood-thirsty female demons, with succubi thought to favor babies and young children as prey.) The Strigoi are closer to what we know as vampires due to them rising from the grave, or being created by something unholy. So Lucy turned into a child-drinking succubus.
The Strigoi and Estries both:
Gain vitality by drinking human blood
Can shapeshift
Influence people's minds
Mainly feed on infants and children
the Strigoi also target young girls, the Estries target all genders but mostly men
On the child feeding, Wilhelm Schmidt reports in 1865 the tradition "upon the birth of a child, when one tosses a stone behind oneself and exclaims "This into the mouth of the strigoi!" Note the stones found in the skulls of people suspected to have been vampires.
There are striking similarities between them and the Estries. Note the common "strix" root. Screaming is also a feature that they have, which is similar to the banshee.
More about the Count and less about Lucy: The Strigoi are associated with sorcery, which is very relevant in Dracula, as he used to be a sorcerer of Scholomance. The Strigoi influence people's minds, especially those who are ill, have sleeping issues, suffer from alcoholism, and more. This is shown by Dracula's influence on the sleepwalking Lucy and on Renfield.
