!! CHAPTER 7 / DIASOMNIA ARC SPOILERS !!

Ok this is definitely my favorite part in the recent update now let's go to it (Part 3):

Idia wakes up in the Underworld with Phantom! Ortho who's now the third person who's claiming that he's his brother and Idia is so just damn confused like I feel you bro I'd go insane too 😭😭😭. That's when Phantom! Ortho gets weirded out by the idea of him going to RSA because he's like there's no way he's be there when he's in hell and has friends down there. That's when Idia gets hit with the flashback of Ortho's death 🙁

Phantom! Ortho tells Idia not to blame himself for what happened because they still have the dream to fulfill together and during that Idia remembers everything and we just get this sad moment altogether

But then Idia says that no matter what, he's going to save Ortho. But Phantom! Ortho says that there's no way for him to get out of hell AND THEN WE GET IDIA WITH RED HAIR MOMENT

Then Idia proceeds to imagine the best version of himself WHICH IS HIS FUCKING OVERBLOT VERSION?????

LIKE WE LITERALLY PROVE PHANTOM! ORTHO WRONG BY FIGHTING HIM AS AN OVERBLOT THAT'S SO INSANE

Idia defeats Ortho thus winning the fight which proves that he's the King of the Underworld, and then Idia does a lot of those villain laughs that he ends up coughing 😭😭😭 (why is Idia so damn funny in this update I can't). Idia uses his UM to escape and we get this last message from Phantom! Ortho that he wishes him luck and that the universe is waiting for him (STOP IT I DON'T WANNA BE SAD)

So the dreams do in fact loop cuz now we're back to the dream with RSA!Ortho where Idia tells him that he ain't believing him anymore and that his real brothers are the ones that attend NRC and the phantom 🥲🥲🥲

Ok but when Idia said "I'll decide MY happy ending" that shit rerally hit so hard

That's when Idia connects back to OG! Ortho and apologizes for hurting him but Ortho said it's fine because he went to space after the close call when battling Malleus, it's just a really wholesome moment

Until Ortho explains to Idia everything that went down and the fact that Mama Shroud had to go through his computer to make the Cerberus gear AND IDIA JUST PROCEEDS TO CRY BUT ORTHO TELLS HIM THAT THEIR MOM DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. THEN IDIA IS NOW FUELED WITH REVENGE TO GET BACK AT MALLEUS CUZ HIS MOM WENT THROUGH HIS FOLDERS NAURRR

And that's where the update ends, apparently it's only 16 parts in all which is really short but we still got a lot of lore dumping. I might come up with some analysis/theories once I'm free but that's all I got for now guys!!!

@anotherautumnninth oooooh ty for that fun question!! Siri does indeed join the A-Team, but it's mainly because of Astrid that she even considers it in the first place. We gotta remember, girly's only 14-15 years old when the A-Team gets formed and at that point, she's still not entirely warmed up to the idea of flying on the back of a dragon.

She does (sorta) have one, a Deadly Nadder named Lavender, but she and her little hatchling, Bluebell (he's green), serve more as buddies to Siri. She doesn't go flying with Lavender, just stays on the ground and plays with Bluebell and the other baby dragons waddling around Berk.

Siri does get asked by Astrid if she wants to join right after the Dagur-attack start of RTTE season 2, tho! However, Siri's more pressed with helping her parents rebuild the Hoffersons' home, seeing as Astrid's parents are Siri's aunt and uncle (maternal side), so bbygirl says no to that offer. They're all pretty shaken up by the attacks and Siri's priorities lay more with taking care of others than with the defense of their island.

After the events of RTTE and HTTYD2, tho, the older members of the A-Team (Gothi, Spitelout, Sven, and ofc my favourite duo, Bucket and Mulch) leave the team to be of better service to Hiccup and provide more guidance for the young chief, leaving open some new spots for the younger kids of Berk to join. Once again, Astrid is like, "hey Seer I know you're more concerned with other things but will you please try out for the A-Team?"

So Siri, about 16 years old now, together with her best friends in the whole world, Lavender and Adelaide Jorgenson (who is a lot more excited than Siri, to be fair), goes to tackle Gustav and, y'know, ask him about the open spots. Gustav and Siri did know each other beforehand! Berk's a small place, everyone knows everyone. They just weren't close buddies or had a lot of deep conversations, but than again, how could they? The similarities they had at that point weren't enough to create a bond.

It took a bit of convincing (and maybe a talk from Astrid) for Gustav to allow his two peers into his team. So, yeah! He does have a bit more control over who gets into the team, but Astrid is still very active in the background to keep everything on tracks, surely after the adults of the team left. He gets really irritated with that fact from time to time, much to Adelaide's amusement.

Siri stays active in the A-Team for abouuut two-ish years? Maybe a little less. She doesn't ever officially quit and still does patrols once every blue moon, but her training to become a midwife/healer has just taken over most of her time after those two years, making it hard for her to hang around the A-Team a lot. Much to Gustav's chagrin, of course. Now he's down a team-member! What's he to do now?

I hope this answered your question!! I always have a lot of fun thinking about the Adelaide-Siri-Gustav A-Team, they're just a bunch of sillies who are figuring out how to do stuff. Absolutely loved talking abt this topic!!

A glamour is a magic spell that changes/cover your appearance. Like in the show macaque should technically have 6 ears. for animation purposi I guess they are not drawing all of them, but we say he uses a glamour also for covering his scarred eye.

mmmmmm---- I think Wukong. Freenoodle is pretty chill with the DBK family after everything that happened. Mac is also quite alright since he was always in good relationship with them. I would say Wukong would just want to be sure his kid doesn't get hurt by the fire in any way

So the thing is that MK is hearing the past from both POVs. Macaque by definition can hear ANYTHING so yeah he could definitely experience MKs memories. But the thing is-does he want to? I headcanon that his future-present-past hearing abilities are something he only used a couple of times, and because what he heard from them was so traumatic, he decided to NOT use them again (like wukong laser eyes)

On the other hand, he's technically died already, and by the time he was created by Nuwa, both his biological fathers were already immortal (Wukong bc yes, Macaque because he's a demon, and he can die from wounds and illness, but can't age)

So to answer: we don't know yet what's with him. we will see (I promise that)

MK can't make the same clones macaque has. He can control a little bit his own shadow, and use that as a clone. so as long as it's his own shadow, it's more Mac area, if it's his own hair clone then it's Wukong's

Yes they know about them. No they aren't his kids let's say. My own personal headcanon for the Au (or the show in general) is that they are both Macaque shadow, like- clones with a little bit of personality just like MK clones represent specific parts of his personality. He has 2 of them because he lived 2 lives, one before and one after he was brought back to life.

The need for them to remain close by and wait until Mk is asleep before trying to leave. This means Mac has been through exactly what he is telling them not to do and knows the pain, sorrow and trauma that comes from feeling abandoned like this. They may be facing their past hurting their own kid through proxy and try to help him fight against the trauma. ajawnich (ajaw with the ability to go into human form because seriously. we NEED human ajaw in more ways than one) is your typical doomed mortal x immortal tragedy in which a dragon who is new to human emotions and thinks lowly of humans slowly starts to understand humanity over the years with his infuriating yet kind human companion. Both are emotionally constipated fools; Ajaw pining like a lovesick idiot because he's supposed to hate his companion and want him dead but when that day of death finally comes, Ajaw feels no joy or happiness: just empty as he looks himself in the mirror, touching his face, or, well, Kinich's face.

oronich (idk the ship name, but also it exists lol) is two characters who are seen somewhat as outsiders by their own tribes: Kinich, while loved by most of the children, has a negative reputation for his job while Ororon is seen as a problem child and cast out of society. The two ostracised characters coming together in a doomed "we're kinda similar, aren't we?" Eddie Munson and Chrissy Cunningham style (from stranger things, sorry chat) and forming an unexpected yet wholesome and definitely welcome bond with each other (they'd tend to their garden together).

lynich (a rarepair!! a popular rarepair is a miracle honestly) is two traumatized boys, the flirt and the flustered. One who speaks the truth outright, and one who's every word is a lie. One who thinks everything comes at a price, and one who thinks everything is a trick. When Lyney tells Kinich about his connections with the Fatui, Kinich isn't mad, surprised, but not mad. How could he be? When he knows why Lyney joined? He accepts him with open arms, Weighing the costs, befriending a member of the Fatui would most likely leave him out of their shadier affairs since Lyney would never harm him, right? Right. Even when Lyney succeeds Arlecchino, Even when he becomes a harbinger, even after everything: they're together, despite all the complications there are.

basically yeah. every kinich ship is valid rn. those are the popular ones at least-(ororon and kinich is not popular but it has more content than any others I've seen and ppl actually talked abt it at one point so it's being included)

When you say something like that to Paul in front of Sam, he groans and rolls his eyes, but a particularly observant person might notice a slight smile. He’s happy Paul found someone so alike him, he knows Paul was worried his imprint wouldn’t really understand him.

Jacob gets kinda irritated. He hates the concept of imprints, and if he doesn’t have one of his own, can be harsh to those with the bonds. Don’t worry about him.

Embry groans and smiles, similar to Sam. He loves seeing the two of you so happy and can only hope his imprint and him have such a wholesome relationship when they meet.

Well I can tell you some info and facts about the au, how I’m planning to develop it and all that !! It’s still fairly new and I did it out of nowhere at 3 am in the morning because I thought of my old ideas that I had years ago when undertale was on it’s prime but I was too young to bring ideas to life properly HAHAHA I hope my writing doesn’t bore you!

The au is pretty much founded on the idea of what if Sans also used to be a royal guard when he was younger? Boom. That’s where it spiralled and now I don’t know how revert back to who I was before because I ended up doodling a lot of undertale stuff along with the au, it didn’t help with the fact that my very good beloved friend kept encouraging me and feeding my inner demons of my undertale brainrot HAHAHA

I’m planning to develop the au into 2 parts: Before Undertale and after Undertale.

Before undertale is basically the events that happened before the plot of Undertale took place while after undertale is when they’re finally on the surface and the events that will happen on there! Sounds very generic and common I know, that’s why I’m going to try and develop it to be a bit different and hope that the au is not boring or developed horribly :’D It will take some time though since I know developing an au with a unique plot is gonna be very challenging, there are so many ways to mess it up and aghhh I really don’t wanna mess it up TT

Here are the main cast of the before undertale, this is a very OLD sketch that I made to figure out who’s there and how old they would be before I proceed to develop on the characters. So their heights might not be as accurate as it is in the sketch.

Also DISCLAIMER, Alphys and Undyne never met in before Undertale, so just know there’s no weird agenda going on here! They first met during Undertale plot when they’re both adults (Alphys 29, Undyne 23) so it’s all good!! I thought I needed to point that out because the age gap might seem alarming at first glance knowing they’re officially a couple 🙏 The before undertale plot begins at the age displayed on the sketch, and it ends after uhh.. 10 years? Yeah it’s ten years of events before the main undertale story starts!

I do want to portray the skele family with wholesome moments and you know, how great they are! Well that is before the downfall but we ain’t talking about that for now !! They’re just so beloved to me and I know they were such a sweet family AND WOULD HAVE VERY FUNNY MOMENTS IN WHICH I WANNA DRAW IT OUT!! So yeah, stay tuned for silly mini comics of them eheh

At first, I wanted Trickster (yes I’m calling his royal guard nickname, it’s like a whole different persona of his (alter ego???) where he’s energetic and acts very silly, whimsical, presenting puzzles and quizzes to his opponents sometimes but also can be very intimidating and prove that yeah, there’s a reason why he can be like that cuz it’s HIM) to be nothing more than a mischievous silly royal guard that wanted to keep causing trouble for Gaster but then it grew to be a bigger thing where he unintentionally became the symbol of hope and an entertainer for the whole underground before Trickster disappeared without a trace(?)

I’m still working on this whole concept so not everything is settled yet!! Well what I can also say about Trickster is that Alphys might be involved with the whole Trickster business too eheh

I’ve been practicing on drawing the characters so that I can draw better for this little au project of mine, I hope I can share my progress with you guys as things go on !!!

Ode To Decoy pt 1 / 2 / 3 - By @a-marlene-s : Ive always liked this short sweet little fic about Lila getting caught. Its Lila + class salt though so avoid if that's not your flavor.

EVERYTHING - By @unmaskedagain : They have salt, they have sugar, they have funny, they have crossovers. Like honestly they are a just a great writer with so much variety so go check out the masterlist I linked and I guarantee there will be something there you like.

@ravennm84 Is a writer on the saltier side but they have a wonderful selection of weird wacky tales from the salty but oh so well written Damning Evidence that sees Lila get caught in the best way to the 3 part Horror inspired Serafina other great fics from them include Marinettes Family Court Circus pt 1 / 2 and Of Moldy Bread and Cockroaches / Be Kind to Servers honestly its worth giving there blog a look.

@mochinek0 Is another writer with several beloved fics. They write a lot of Maribat and we love them for it. Ones to check out would be Blind Date / Bruce vs Gabriel just go check out there tag list of daminette for more.

Accidental Crime Boss Marinette - By @lady-literature : This is a wonderful idea and a wonderful little fic and I just... I just like it okay. Sadly I haven't read a lot of there other stuff... But I might after finishing this list considering how much I enjoy this one.

@nobodyfamousposts I love a LOT of there fics. They are one of the best when it comes to striking that sweet spot of calling out the show for some of its garbage while not getting so salty that you cant have fun lighthearted goodness. I have been looking for a masterlist of there work but cant find one so just go stalk there tags. I do recommend there Chloe's Lament Series 1 / 2 exploring how certain 'wishes' would backfire. Guardian Assistant Kevin is also a good one Miracle Queen Aftermath pt 1 / 2 / The 8 parter Burn the Witch series / The Wisdom Teeth Reveal / Kagami Vs The Wall of Faces / Resigning With Grace & Spite / I tried to give a lot of links cuz they have a lot of stuff

Kill Them With Kindness - By @luki-fanfic : Well written, good salt without going overboard. Just good vibes. I havent stalked there other stuff but if its anything like this fic its probably excellent quality.

Stephen Vladislav pt 1 / 2 - By @stormiclown : Adrien centered salt on the idea of finally giving Adrien his own proper rival. I like the idea of Adrien having a rival because its usually Marinette and this was just the right length to get those creative ideas flowing. Also just well written what more can you ask for.

Power Trip - By @storygirl000 : This was the first fic that made me go... Wait would it be more fun if Lila was actually competent? And that set me on the path to writing my own fics where Lila is more villainous and more capable. Its short, well written. Good.

Your Wish is My Command - By DemiGoddess28 on AO3 : A great 11 chapter fic looking into Lila's life if she were to win and get a miraculous wish. Its got sugary goodness for our protagonists and the class and salt for our dearest friend Lila.

LadyBugOut AU - By Miraculous-Content on AO3 : A 50 chapter fic made up of snippets and ideas. I found it really inspiring in many ways. I also love how it redeems Marinettes classmates showing how and why they were tricked but holding them accountable anyway its just... Good.

Juleka vs The Forces of the Universe - By goldenlaurelleaves on AO3 : For those of us not yet ready to accept the death of luka/mari we have this wonderful fic showing Juleka being the biggest wingman as she helps these idiots find there way together.

ChaoticNeutral on AO3 has there own Chloe's Lament fic as well as a Gabriel's Lament fic for people who need sweet salty of those two characters.

BroadwayCutie16 was Inspired by the person above and DemiGoddesses your wish is my command fic to write Lila's Lament fic going over Lilas failed wish. Honestly I always love these fics because there just so interesting and the way wishes can be taken and twisted is always a fascinating idea to me.

#WayneAngel - By Tired-Writing-Teach on AO3 : For us Maribat lovers. Its fun and lighthearted with some good gags and some light fluff.

Damian in Paris - By Lilliesandliveries on AO3 : A sweet Maribat series showing what would happen if Damian ran away from home and found himself in Paris and getting therapy.

How a Demon Commissions an Angel - By AlixAnonymous : Damian blackmails Marinette into letting him be her client so he can get his bros the best gifts, they end up becoming penpal buddies.

Mythomania - By LadyEnna_50 on AO3 : Proof that I dont hate Adrien or Mari/Adrien. In this fic Adrien's spine gets titanium plating and he sees just how bad Lila is hurting Marinette and does something about it.

The Contingency - By AbyssalGuardian on AO3 : SALT. Also Tim/Mari but even still I love the way this was written, the style, and some of the ideas just ugh love it. Its not for those who dont like salt so just avoid at your own discretion. Its about a chaotic Marinette done with her life running away to Gotham where she meets her true black cat, and gets her life back on track.

The String That Binds Us - By FaithAndATypeWriter on AO3 : Okay so is there any Mari/Bat fan who hasnt already heard of this one? Who cares its good, its cute, I love it. May the author be blessed with snacks.

The Great IKEA Game - By @batsandbugs : Okay again... I think every Mari/Bat fan has probably heard of this one already because its just that good and that popular. But who cares I am recommending it anyway. Don't read if your allergic to fun I guess.
