I just woke up, and I turned it on again to see if thats what it was but I was like no WAY the tv would make a noise that loud turning on and off. BUT IT DID EXACTLY THATTTTT WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF TV HAS A LOUD ASS JINGLE WHEN YOU TURN THE TV ON AND OFF???? IT LITERALLY RATTLED THE WALLS IT WAS SO LOUD FUCK OFFFF
