c'mon though, catra will always go out of her way to try and put a smile on adora's face -

whether it's way back to the first episode when they're still together in the horde and she's bein a goof, tryna make adora smile just cause she likes to see it -

or close to the end when they're both feeling weird about being back in the fright zone and catra pushes her own feelings about it aside to focus on finding a way to take adora's mind off of it and see that smile again.

I think this is my favorite episode of She-Ra so far (S2E2 "Ties That Bind") mostly because I just love the dichotomy between Adora and Catra when they have their first conversations with Bow alone after being captured.

Adora and Bow have a profound discussion about the lies the Horde has told Adora and her crazy gf deadass goes "what if I pushed him off a cliff?"
