Tw for animal cruelty and death

I read “Kinder than Man” by Althea Davis and was inspired to draw my take on it. In the early months of this year, a man in Wyoming injured a wolf and duct taped their mouth shut before parading them around and ultimately taking their life. The biggest repercussion he got was a small fine.

I drew this sketch to honor the wolf, and all the animals that are killed as trophies and for pleasure or just because of hate. Their stories deserve to be heard, they should not be ignored.

Nobody deserves to be mocked, hurt, or killed just because of what they look like or who they are.
