Today I saw a new way to look at my old tumblr blog. Thanks to my dear friend, I can feel as the same way it was in 2014, but being older makes it feels way more magical than it was that time.

I decided these photos to illustrate this moment, as its new colors brought me so much more happiness by using my computer than I could imagine. What I mean to say is that

sometimes you just need a new little change to make a big difference 💕

I am thinking a lot about it now. As we can see, I don’t need much to be happy.

I also had so much fun editing these photos, I hope you like it. It reminds me about tumblr 2014, so I guess it deserves a chance for being the first journal post like that.

Witchy Cat adventures abound in Potions a Curious Tale this evening.

Loved the Hat. Sometimes you just have to make a witchy Cat hat.

For those wondering, it's a Steam game.

It took literally almost a year but while Nima is absolutely NOT amenable to petting she will now let me just walk up to her and sit down without getting skittish, which is great progress considering she used to just bolt away and now she consistently lets me give her a chin scritch, which is also very funny to me that she won't accept a head pat but will actually binky after a chin scritch.

I’m randomly annoyed that the sims fandom ignores that the curious brothers (and Jenny) (and the Singles) are black again

Like please please please I’m actually begging on my hands and knees for y’all to stop whitewashing them (Pascal and Lazlo) and to maybe try to add some black features in your fanart or makeovers/remakes (Vidcund, Jenny, Chloe and Lola too!) because as a black sims fan it makes me really happy that one of the most interesting and popular sims 2 families are black. With a black father and a biracial mother, they are canonically black! And I know a lot of people headcanon otherwise, but looking at Zo and Notzo’s families in the sims 3 proves that they are meant to be black. Please, just… give them the Nervous Subject treatment. I need to see the Curiouses with black features.

I draw the Sims more than I play the Sims, so I've been trying to build an early Strangetown save file in the Sims 3 from scratch.

It would be easier to build it in Sims 4, ( and I could get all the mods I want ) but I like my Sims 3 gameplay.

the storyline focuses on the Curious family, with Jenny returning from her semester at nursing school. She's best friends with Lyla and they hang out all day. Jenny is having a rebellious phase by going out and partying but is always ready to return to work at the clinic.

Meanwhile, Pascal and Vidcund are having beef with each other and Circe just became his girlfriend.

Glarn and Kitty are thriving.
