My boyfriend and I joke about things being the “*insert thing you’d want to carry* Containment Unit” and I gave him his coffee yesterday morning in a travel cup and we called it the CCU so I spent the day making a cup design to order him for valentines day

He works with chemicals sometimes so I thought I’d model it off chemical labels, also calling anything a “Containment Unit” already makes it sound like it’s got something dangerous in it

my attempt at making a fursona

#i never see any mole furries so i thought id try my hand at it ^_^#i was hungry making this and was thinking of dirt cup pudding so its partly inspired by that and mario grass blocks #i dont draw furries very often so this was a fun learning experience lol. also!! star nose moles are kinda cute!!!!#when i was coming up with a name my mind kept going back to that tiktok of dogs and the tts voice saying stuff like i like mulch #mulch is my favorite food! yippee mulch!! so if youre wondering where i got the name theres the lore for it #i also wanna make a sea otter fursona.. and perhaps a snowshoe hare or other winter animal. oh or a barn owl!!#im trying to free my mind when it comes to making multiple sonas bc im still trying to wrap my head around it #ive always kinda seen myself as my persona but i want to try and be silly with it. actually while i was making this i was a little doubtful #to call it my fursona bc it doesnt look like me but a little voice inside my head was like well. youre not a 5 foot tall talking mole eithe #so you might as well. and i was thinking abt ppl with their dragon wolves with wings and i was like wow.. youre right... i can do what i #want forever. and brother that shit was enlightening it was like my third eye opened when i realized that #my art #myart #my oc #oc #fursona #mulch #furry art #sfw furry #character design #oc ref sheet #reference sheet

#if it's not clear this is me doodling human versions of the promo kids lmao #my art #scribbles #v #splatoon #if anyone is interested in thoughts:#3 promos have mostly natural hair but dye or bleach ends for subtle style. hiroooo also has beads in place of suction cups and at the ends #veronika has a bandage over their face btw and the purple tips are from hiroooo's dye #I was thinking about school kids primarily with 1 promo kid #so mainly natural hair color with a few rebellious streaks of color #orange inkling girl also has 2 pigtails from the back that she either has over her shoulders or brings to the front yor spyxfamily style #also choppy sidebangs I imagine she cut herself #she also has moles and blue boy as freckles #2 characters were definitely the hardest because I draw them the least objectively #I think since they're supposed to be the 'trendy flashy stylish' types they can have near full dye jobs that have fried their hair #their eyemask substitutes are just just bits of graphic makeup in my vision lmao #apologies for the rambles I've just been sitting on human designs for a bit and it literally just clicked tonight
