#collaborationdinner 🦆 🥧 After our roasted duck coated in #cranberryhoneypreserves, we had some leftover duck meat, perfect for a round two... 🙌 We pan fried onions from North of Boston Farm along with their butternut squash, @millcitygrows garlic, our #victorygarden #urbangarden bell peppers with @fatmoonmushrooms we sourced from @neighborsacre and of course #roastedduck leftovers which we nicely tucked into #wholewheat #homemade pie crust, which we glazed with our #caramelizedonionandgarlicjelly. #flavoroftheweek and returning flavor announcement!!! 🦃 With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we scooped up the first round of #earlyblackcranberries from @oldearthorchards to bring back a seasonal favorite #artisanalspreadsformorethanjustbreads, our #CranberryHoneyPreserves! 🙌 This tart-sweet #newenglandfall flavor classic tastes just like those Turkey Day dreams, and since these are #shelfstable and can be hidden (yeah we know you all do it too 😂) you can have that burst of #fallflavor along with the wash over of memories however and whenever you like! 😋 For lunch today while we are gearing up for this weekend’s @reverefarmersmarket (only two left!), @winchesterfmkt (LAST VISIT OF THE SEASON), and weekly @farmlowell in the lot at @millno5 we tossed some atop our favorite #rawyogurt from @julieshappyhens. Easy Peasy Bree Tartlets 🔥 Frozen pie crust Bree cheese Your favorite #artisanalspreadsformorethanjustbreads We whipped up some quick tartlets for a meeting we have today with a beautiful couple about their wedding favors, and had to share! Cut pie crust into 2” squares and soft press into muffin tins to make a ‘pasty cup’, then fill with 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite flavors, for this round we used our #CranberryPearJam, #CranberryHoneyPreserves, #StrawberryBalsamicJam, and our #SaltedPearJelly, then topped with 1/2 teaspoon of Bree cheese (but you top them as your soul or love for cheese dictates 😉). Bake in a 450° oven (or as directed by pie crust instructions) for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is just beginning to brown over.
