While we’re packing up all our #contactlessdelivery orders for tomorrow (get your orders in by 9pm tonight to be added to our delivery route), we needed some fuel for ourselves. So we whipped up a quick, simple, and best of all easy #classy #macncheese : 🍽 12oz package of Lemon Basil Linguine from @valicenti_pasta_farm 4oz of Spruce wrapped blooming cave aged cheese from @millcitycheesemongers 2oz ghee or good butter 1 jar of our #SaltedPearJelly Cherry tomatoes to garnish 😋 This boss #freshpasta cooks in just under two minutes, so put the water on to boil with a touch of salt and move to our sauce. Easy Peasy Bree Tartlets 🔥 Frozen pie crust Bree cheese Your favorite #artisanalspreadsformorethanjustbreads We whipped up some quick tartlets for a meeting we have today with a beautiful couple about their wedding favors, and had to share! Cut pie crust into 2” squares and soft press into muffin tins to make a ‘pasty cup’, then fill with 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite flavors, for this round we used our #CranberryPearJam, #CranberryHoneyPreserves, #StrawberryBalsamicJam, and our #SaltedPearJelly, then topped with 1/2 teaspoon of Bree cheese (but you top them as your soul or love for cheese dictates 😉). Bake in a 450° oven (or as directed by pie crust instructions) for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is just beginning to brown over.
