I had already planned to make sushi for dinner but I was watching a show featuring 3 Australian chefs (actually 1 was a kiwi but they never mentioned it) and 1 of them did this thing with ox tail wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaf which he steamed. I did something similar with what I had. Beef mince (I will use pork next time) the stalks from rainbow beet and tomato cooked then put in the leaf of the rainbow beet with rice left over from sushi and capsicum and a dab of Wasabi wrapped up in a glad wrap package then steamed. I don't even know if this has a name but it was bloody delicious
