Indulge in the deliciousness of creamy crab and melted cheddar cheese in this gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. It's a seafood lover's dream!

Ingredients: 8 slices of bread. 8 ounces of crab meat. 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup of cream cheese. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. 2 tablespoons of butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Put the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped green onions in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Cover all 4 pieces of bread with the crab mixture. On each piece of bread, put some crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese on top of it. Put another slice of bread on top of each one to make a sandwich. Set a pan or griddle over medium heat and melt one tablespoon of butter in it. It will take about 34 minutes per side for the bread to turn golden brown and the cheese to melt after you put the sandwiches in the pan. Take them out of the pan and let them cool for one minute. Then cut them in half. Enjoy your creamy crab grilled cheese while it's still hot!

After my Pink Pump charity event I headed over to the Century City Mall. There was a special screening of Apple TV +’s Prehistoric Planet. This event was made for partying. Food was generously served and an open bar prevailed. The step and repeat was great recreation of ancient tropical earth when dinosaurs reigned. I’m still geeking out over the dinosaur eggs and the chicken nugget dinosaurs. It was a small tight set where everyone was able to get a shot. Jon Favreau produced it. One women was about to loose he mind at the prospect of Sir David Attenborough might make an appearance. I suggested it was unlikely because it wasn’t in the press release. I told her if she heard a great clamor by us then it’s be him. No great clamor ever arose but a bit of fun was had. Victoria Station, Salem MA. Blue Crab Salad Sandwich- Blue Crab meat, chopped celery and mayo served on a grilled ciabatta bread. Calling all Halloween lovers……. Salem MA is a must visit town for your spooky adventures! Salem MA is best known for the Salem Witch Trails which occurred between February 1692 and May 1693. Today people visit Salem for Salem Haunted Happenings in the month of October to learn more about the Witch Trails, learn about the history of the town, to see the House of the Seven Gables and to view people dressed in their best Halloween costumes. The amount of people in Salem in October is record breaking, if you do not mind crowds and seeing a few scary costumes this is the place for you! The vendors on Derby Street crowd the road with some amazing, unique knickknacks and gifts. If you like Haunted Houses there are a few to choose from or if you like pirates there is a museum and ship for you to tour. If you are like me and you are a fan of Hocus Pocus there is a tour you can go on. Salem is a great place for anyone who really wants to get into the Halloween Spirit! Down towards the water there is a very large shopping and restaurant area. One of these restaurants is Victoria Station. Victoria Station use to be a chain restaurant but not this is the last remaining one in the country. They offer customers indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Salem Harbor. The restaurant has a great bar area which has been named one of the best bars in the North Shore. When I was in Salem celebrating Halloween I stopped at the bar area in Victoria Station. I decided to get the Blue Crab Salad Sandwich. I have never had a Blue Crab salad sandwich but I expected it to taste like a chicken salad sandwich so I knew it was going to be good. This sandwich exceeded my expectations. The Blue Crab meat was sweet and fresh. There was no mayo mixed in with the crab meat, so you could taste the great flavor of the meat and bread together. It really was just blue crab meat on bread. The meat was not dry and it melted in your mouth. The way the meat was cut was thin and fine, kind of resembling tuna. This was one of the best crab I have every tried. Based on presentation and taste of the Victoria Station Blue Crab Salad Sandwich I would rate this sandwich a 9 out of 10.
