Indulge in the deliciousness of creamy crab and melted cheddar cheese in this gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. It's a seafood lover's dream!

Ingredients: 8 slices of bread. 8 ounces of crab meat. 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup of cream cheese. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. 2 tablespoons of butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Put the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped green onions in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Cover all 4 pieces of bread with the crab mixture. On each piece of bread, put some crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese on top of it. Put another slice of bread on top of each one to make a sandwich. Set a pan or griddle over medium heat and melt one tablespoon of butter in it. It will take about 34 minutes per side for the bread to turn golden brown and the cheese to melt after you put the sandwiches in the pan. Take them out of the pan and let them cool for one minute. Then cut them in half. Enjoy your creamy crab grilled cheese while it's still hot!

Place the second slice of cheddar cheese on top of the avocado and tomato slices. Top with the second slice of whole wheat bread to create a sandwich. Cover the outside of the sandwich with butter. Start by setting the pan or skillet on medium heat. It will take about 34 minutes per side for the bread to turn golden brown and the cheese to melt after you put the sandwich in the pan. Take the sandwich out of the pan and let it cool for one minute. Then cut it in half. Serve hot and enjoy your Tomato-Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich!
