You opened up a can of worms with that post detailing Peri's apparent horrible taste in men and now I'm gonna subject you to my ramblings about it.

Like with peridale I see it as completely one-sided from Dale's end and he knows that Peri hates his guts but it doesn't matter to him.

With perirep it's more of an on-and-off thing (situationship?). And when things truly did end for good, Irep wouldn't really be over it and tries to get his attention.

The point I'm making is that I then thought about Irep x Dale and how that would just be a really terrible rebound. I think I saw one post about Irep being Dale's crooked lawyer to contrast with Peri being Dev's babysitter and how they interacted in the Battle of the Big Wand that inspired this.

But poor Dev man, everyone wants to get with his godparent.

Yesssss, I love all this — Dale and Irep rebounding with each other screams disaster, and a human AU where Irep is the corrupt lawyer totally works

Between baby Peri spending months trying to befriend the guy who was actively trying to kill him in the original show and Cosmo specifically wording Peri quitting on Dev as “he said you two were on a break, he was waiting for you to call!” I 100% see Peri as the type of person who, upon seeing a red flag, goes “I can change him”

In all scenarios involving him and Dale, I imagine it starts with Peri trying to get custody of Dev while not breaking any human or fairy laws — he just needs to be Dale’s spouse long enough to legally adopt Dev, becoming his legal parent and not just a godparent or stepparent. Dale almost certainly would be as bad a significant other as he is a parent lol, but he’d still be blindsided by a breakup/divorce. At some point, Peri realizes that underneath Dale’s layers of negligence, greed, and corruption, there’s more layers of trauma and daddy issues, and he can’t help but get invested

It isn’t worth it, but at least he gets Dev and (if he plays his cards right) some hefty alimony out of it

As for Irep… calling them a situation ship is perfect tbh. There’s so much history there, so much genuine positive and negative feelings on both sides. I deffo headcanon that they at least dated in the past (again, Cosmo’s wording about Peri waiting for a phone call felt very specific — possibly unintentional projecting, like that’s how Peri and Irep’s last attempt at dating ended). If you think about it, there were probably times where Irep was the most consisted person in Peri’s life (he ended up low/no contact with his parent after they retired and he basically lost his big brother. I can’t see Irep necessarily being his rock throughout this, but he was probably at least a steady figure).

I really love all the fanart of Peri and Irep co-godparenting Dev and I lowkey hope that if we do get a season 2, we get at least one episode with them doing that — it’s both incredibly funny and incredibly wholesome to think about

That said, I agree lmao, if they’re officially done done, Irep would be significantly less willing to accept it that Peri. Shoot, I’m pretty sure that’s a little bit the point they’re at in the episode Irep is reintroduced in — Peri barely gives Irep the time of day and acts smug when he brings Jorgen onto the scene, and attitude that probably comes from years of having your emotional investment in someone tossed back in your face

As for your last point, yes yes yes I am rotating Dev’s face when he realizes his godparent has such trash taste around in my head. He absolutely openly judges Peri and is constantly mortified. If you’ll tolerate me being wholesome for a moment, though… we see that between Dev stealing Hazel’s hat to protect her and him going back to save her from Vicky that Dev is actually very protective of the people he loves (a character trait I do plan on taking advantage of in my fanfics). I love the idea of him getting to the point of being protective of Peri. He’d see the type of people Peri dates and decides to sabotage those dates, possibly with Hazel’s reluctant help. It drives Peri up a wall, but let’s be real, it’s almost always justified lmao

(Cupid, whose known Peri since he was a baby and was likely an uncle figure to him, probably sees his pseudo-nephew as a disaster, but at least it keeps him busy)

I just need Eddie realizing. Because we all know once Eddie knows it's on like donkey Kong. Prefer that as the cliffhanger of the first half of 8 TBH. By then Buck is hopefully single for a bit. So we can have pining and will they or won't they for the back half of 8.

Oh yeah. I made a post about how Eddie queer as the midseason finale cliffhanger is the move from a production standpoint. But like, you make bt not survive Gerrard, when Gerrard leaves, you make Toblerone go too. Make an Ana style breakup, add tension during the opening disaster culminating on them breaking up episode 3 or 4. Then you have Eddie back in therapy working through who he is when he's not a father or a husband or a widower. And you have Buck more constant in his life than ever because they are both missing Chris and they are both single and they just keep staying around each other. That forces Eddie to look at his relationship with Buck. And spend 8a showing everyone that they are not normal about each other and their partnership outside of the co-parenting that was very well established during season 7. All through that we have Eddie lingering. His looks linger. He stays at the loft longer. When he moves it's like there's a pull to Buck. But we don't address anything explicitly. Until the 8a finale where something happens and Eddie is like "oh". You know 510? End it like that. End 8a with Eddie saying the words "I think I'm in love with Buck" then milk the shit out of the promotion. Then we can get any number of episodes of 8b to get them together. Ideally no more than 6 just because I want to see the early stages of the relationship and if it drags out to them getting together at the season finale, we miss out on a lot of firsts. I think we deserve to see a first date, ykwim? So we need more time after the first kiss. I still like the idea of them getting together on episode 118. That would be 812, there's a lot of ways to write a nice arc with 12 episodes. Maybe if we get a 22 episode season we can get queer Eddie for episode 118 if they make episode 12 the midseason finale, but like, queer Eddie and one sided confirmation of buddie for the midseason finale is my ideal scenario. Because once Eddie is out it's a when not an if. Then they get together mid 8b on an episode that is just about them. I think that's a timeline that makes sense and I would love.

- 1st Year -

DR1: Heathers

Cast: Veronica - Toko, J.D. - Mondo, Chandler - Junko, Duke - Celestia, MacNamara - Aoi, Martha - Sakura, Kurt & Ram - Leon & Yasuhiro, Ms. Fleming - Sayaka, Veronica's mom - Kyoko, Byakuya n Taka - Kurt n Ram's dads.

- Went perfectly.

- Lots of them expressed doubts at putting out such a risqué musical for their first showing, Toko, Celestia, and surprisingly Junko REALLY wanted this though and socially engineered/blackmailed/convinced everyone else to do it too and give it their all.

- Toko goes from pigtails design to her despair girls design in the show.

- Mondo is a very unique J.D. where he utilized his size and presence onstage to make himself REALLY scary. He can actually punch holes into the set with his fist

- They never ended up doing Dead Girl Walking, but in rehearsals they tried it and Genocide Jack kept forcing herself out to slobber all over Mondo.

- Toko lowkey developed a crush on Mondo because of this.

- Junko took this role way too seriously, and Celestia too. While Junko isn't a theatre nerd, she really loves this one show in particular, Celestia is a theatre nerd and that side of her kept coming out in rehearsals.

- Sayaka was not cast for any main roles because she's actually not that great of an actor. Mukuro's amazing singing voice was also not utilized because of the same reason. Kyoko is kind of terrible at everything needed for musicals, while Makoto and Hifumi were lead set designers and took a backseat.

Dr2: Be More Chill

Cast: Jeremy - Hajime, Christine - Chiaki, Michael - Nagito, SQUIP - Gundham, Jeremy's dad - Nekomaru, haven't thought abt the rest but the bi one is Kazuichi.

- Went pretty well tbh.

- Nagito wasn't a good michael, he was half cast because of funny gay jokes between him and Hajime at the time. This wasn't very funny after a while but they were in too deep. He's also just not a great actor for musicals.

- Chemistry between Hajime and Chiaki was good, too good. Emma Stone/Andrew Garfield in Amazing Spiderman levels of too good, honestly kind of suffocating.

- Rest of the cast did well.

- Kazuichi's machines don't vibe that well with the techno-modern sensibilities of BMC.

- Overall 2nd place.

DRV3 Class: Waitress

Cast: Jenna - Kaede, Becky - Maki, Dawn - Himiko, Ogie - Kokichi, Cal - Kaito, Dr. Pomatter - Shuichi, Earl. - Rantaro, Joe - Ryoma

- The opening was done perfectly.

- The rest of the show was kind of a mess

- The students are probably the most OP when it comes to making a production, the problem is that they are also the most chaotic and difficult to control

- Kokichi thought it would be cool to pretend to act like Ogie during rehearsal, only to ditch the costume in the actual show.

- Angie's set design was a little too bombastic the for the grounded production

- Kaito misunderstood his character

- Kaede and Shuichi had the same problem as Chiaki and Hajime, just worse somehow

- No matter what Rantaro tried to do everyone kept thinking he was too hot

- Mess, last place. Himiko blew a gasket, Kokichi looked hollowed-out for the rest of the year

- 2nd Year -

Dr1: Phantom of the Opera

Cast: Phantom - Byakuya, Christine - Mukuro in a blonde wig, Raoul - Leon, other guys I haven't thought of.

- Basically they flew too close to the sun

- This was a disaster

- After the first production, nobody really wanted to work for Toko and her co-planners, and the whole class was divided.

- Junko was also placed under investigation for a whole year for suspected terrorism plots (Mukuro finally got friends and snitched)

- Toko was also MIA to hide from the cops for a good chunk of the year

- Mukuro ended up being a really good Ingenue though and has a great voice for opera.

- Byakuya was very convincing as Phantom

Dr2: Wicked

Cast: Elphaba - Mahiru, Hiyoko - Galinda, Nessa - Mikan, Fiyero - Kazuichi, Oz - Hajime, Morrible - Sonia, Boq - Teruteru, Dillamond - Gundham, The Lion - Nekomaru, Dorothy - Chiaki

- Production went down in school history as the perfect storm.

- Had mad repercussions on a class that wasn't even performing it and all future productions.

- After their performance, the other classes said they won because they performed the show, but actually Chisa straight up said if they didn't perform this show perfectly they would lose by default.

- That's because this show wasn't even really an option to perform, but Sonia and Hiyoko were adamant about performing it instead of anything else on the selection list. This was meant to be a year 3 production.

- Hiyoko basically threw a tantrum to play Galinda, Mahiru calming her down was what made them both get cast as the leads.

- Kazuichi thought Sonia was Galinda (she lied to him) which made him accept the role of Fiyero

- Sonia's infinite resources + Kazuichi's brains meant they might as well have made Oz real. Real Oz the great and powerful mecha with control panel, real time dragon, jet powered broomstick, industrial powered fans, bubble machines that generated real, enormous bubbles, and an emerald city that popped out of the floor.

- This production also put a hard cap on all future musical budgets btw, hmm I wonder why.

DrV3: Hercules

Cast: Hercules - Kaito, Megara - Maki, Hades - Kokichi, Phil - Ryoma, Zeus - Gonta, The Muses - Angie (head Muse); Kaede; Tsumugi; Tenko; Miu, etc, Persephone (bonus character added by the class) - Himiko

- Actually went really well, retconning it so that this is better than Waitress

- Still, the reason they did this was because Himiko crashed out and got depressed because she didn't even get the chance to play Elphaba

- Kaito and Maki make for a very convincing Herc and Meg

- Kaito just isn't a tenor, so they transposed his songs down

- Maki is essentially playing herself

- Kokichi genuinely tried setting his hair on fire for this role with special fireproof gel but Chisa put the kibosh on that

- Gonta was kind of the problem point, he kept forgetting his few lines. He was taught by Nekomaru how to generate inexplicable lightning from his body though

- Year 3 -

Dr1: Company

Cast: Not going into detail about this one because this is a 12 or 14 character show. Know Makoto plays Bobby, Mukuro, Kyoko, and Sayaka play his 3 love interests, Toko is Amy, and Junko plays Joanne.

- If this was played last year, it might have actually beat Dr2's production because of how insane they went here.

- They follow the 2006 revival of Company's schtick where each character except Bobby plays an instrument, they all learned instruments for this and cut back dancing almost completely

- Kyoko, Mukuro, and Sayaka all play the part of frustrated ex/prospective girlfriends very well... A little too well...

- Junko got fucked up by her time in prison and wants to vent by acting like a jaded middle aged woman

- Mukuro plays a southern ditzy belle really well and also doubles as the backup Opera singer for "Not getting married today" where Toko plays Amy.

- Genuinely a great step up with the budget used extremely effectively to make the set look classy but not absurdly expensive.

- Byakuya's favorite musical

Dr2: Little Shop

Cast: Seymour - Hajime, Audrey - Mikan, Audrey II - Gundham (Voice) Kazuichi (Puppeteer), Mr. Mushnik - Fuyuhiko, Orin - Nagito, The Singers - Hiyoko; Mahiru; Ibuki

- This is actually meant to be a year 2 show.

- They ended up last place due to their budgetary restrictions not allowing Kazuichi to make a fully powered mechanical Audrey.

- That wasn't the only problem, but Kazuichi says it is years after the fact.

- Mikan keeps slipping when she tries to dance. This is why she was Nessa in year 2. She makes for a really good Audrey though

- Overall a good production. Just not a great or inventive production, overall last place.

DrV3: Beetlejuice!

Cast: Lydia - Himiko, BJ - Kokichi, the Maitlands - Kaede and Shuichi, Delia/Miss Argentina - Angie, Charles - Korekiyo, Maxie - Ryoma, Maxine/Juno - Kirumi, Girl Boy Scout - Kaito, Otho - Gonta

- The musical that proved everyone else that if these students took themselves seriously they are literally unbeatable.

- Angie on set design and props, Tsumugi for costumes, Shuichi and Korekiyo on research, Kaede on re-scoring, Himiko on stage direction and production, Kokichi on extra manpower, Tenko on choreography.

- Kokichi stepped tf up to help make this musical a reality as a way to make things up to Himiko. Also he really wants to play Beetlejuice. They removed the restriction on manpower this year so they let him bring in his goons

- Angie also trained herself to be really flexible for this role so she moves around like a cartoon character in Delia's song

- Kaede and Shuichi are so white

- They recast the girl scout to he a boyscout and let Kaito play as him as a request, because Kaito wanted to make light of almost dying of a disease earlier in the year

- Only complaint anyone had was that BJ and Lydia seemed to be a little too comfortable with eachother in this performance

- When asked why Korekiyo was Charles, Angie replied that he was the only one that could believably want to marry her depiction of her character

- The FX work is especially crazy, with many of the machines being possessed by Keebo's consciousness to move without need of automatic systems or puppets, like the Sandworm, many of the walls are holograms made by Miu, and Keebo personally lifts Himiko up at the end by detaching his hands and crawling them up her dress like spider before using magnets to levitate her.

I can’t sleep so I’m thinking about my catastrophe crew au again.

I think the main cast would looks something like this:

Badboyhalo: initially an average channel 11 camera man who was assigned to the news helicopter, who becomes the helicopters reporter after tragedy and/or upper management befalls several of the replacements. He is kind of the head of the crew, in that he often comes up with the insane solutions to the problems they face (a reference to his big-finding skills on the Qsmp), but he always assists the others when they need it (after some teasing and being mischievous). He has a son, Dapper.

Tubbo: the helicopter pilot, and the youngest of the crew. He’s very smart and insightful, giving the crew advice and inspiration, and sometimes straight up solutions based on his observations. He’s very good with technology and mechanics, but since he’s too busy flying the helicopter, he doesn’t use those skills too much. Despite being fairly young, he has an adopted daughter, Sunny, who he takes care of when he’s not at work.

Bagi: the copilot. She takes over flying when tubbo is incapacitated or doing tech-y stuff elsewhere. She does copilot things (I don’t know how helicopters work) but she also has incredible deductive skills and logical reasoning. She’s very good at connecting the dots, and ends up finding out how the disasters that the crew faces are all related. (At the beginning of the show, she does not yet have Empanada).

Aypierre: the crew’s technician and mechanic. He stays on the helicopter to fox anything that breaks, and bring out odd little inventions to help with whatever bizarre situations the crew finds themselves in. He co-parents his daughter pomme with a number of other French people (they live in the same apartment complex as Bad and Dapper, which leads to Pomme seeing Bad as a father as well)

Tina: I don’t know what her job title would be, but she manages the broadcast of the sound and video from the helicopter to the newstation. She controls whose voices are broadcast on the air, which she occasionally uses to mess with people (I don’t know a whole lot about Tina, but I’ll probably come up with more details for her later)

Recurring side characters:

Cucurucho: a higher up (but not the highest up) at channel 11 news. He is the boss of all members of the crew, and is/was responsible for putting the crew together. He is mostly impartial and mainly focused on efficiency, but there are situations where they base decisions on their own desires.

Skeppy: the other reporter for the catastrophe crew, who stays within the channel 11 building. (Tbh also don’t know a lot about him. He’s probably beefing with cucurucho tho)

Relationships:

Bagina: the only relationship that will be canonized within the show. They are gay disasters around each other for a bit, flirt, date, and end up getting married and going on honeymoon right before thing get VERY BAD. Let’s go lesbians.

Cucuhalo: cucurucho has a crush on bad. Bad is dense as rocks. Cucurucho sometimes abuses his power for the sake of this one sided crush, like when he had skeppy relocated (to be further away from bad). Maybe they also live in the same apartment complex, next door neighbors or something.

Skephalo: you know how they are (probably). As the two reporters/anchors, they often have a bit of banter as the newscast switches from one to the other. They work very well together, but can’t work nearby to each other due to the jealousy of cucurucho.

Cucurucho and skeppy work in much closer proximity than either does with bad, so they have little passive aggressive interactions sometimes. Bad is also oblivious to this, and thinks that everyone should just get along.

Tbh this is a half-baked idea I had the other day, but I always laugh whenever I rewatch Metal fury and the dream scene Kenta has where he returns all heroically with Ryuga to the thunderous applause and approval of Gingka and co. It has got me thinking about a potential scenario for a Ryuga lives AU tho; where everybody is talking about what they’re going to do now that the world is saved and all. Everybody in the main team seems to be sticking around for the time being to train and be together, but there’s a strange silence when it’s Kenta’s turn to answer. This gives Ryuga (conveniently sitting off to the side) the chance to interject, and while he isn’t quite as… endearing as he was in the younger boys dream, his blunt and matter-of-fact tone makes his overall stance on the matter more than clear:

“He’ll be coming back to train with me, obviously. Sticking around playing sidekick with you pathetic weaklings would only hold him back.”

Cue drama and disaster.

Reworking Jake Pentecost for a different PR2

Pacific Rim: Uprising was a god-awful disaster of a movie, but I genuinely enjoyed Jake Pentecost as a character (much more than Raleigh Becket, tbh), and I decided to try and remake the character in a way that flowed more with lore developed for the first Pacific Rim film.

First of all, Jake is no longer Stacker Pentecost's son. He's his nephew. His father, Caleb Pentecost, is an engineer who was brought in to work on the Jaeger program from the early days. (Caleb Pentecost, Hermann Gottlieb, and Caitlin Lightcap all met and knew each other at this point, by the way.)

Throughout most of the kaiju war, Caleb and Stacker spent a fair amount of time together. Jake and Mako were the only children that each brother had, and they played together, often pretending to be Jaeger co-pilots.

Caleb was always prone to depression and pessimism, and once the PPDC announced that they were ending the Jaeger program, it grew even worse. He basically resigned himself to the end of the world. He often tried to encourage his brother to retire and enjoy his last remaining days with his family, but Stacker refused. They drifted apart, and Jake and Mako rarely ever saw each other.

Most people celebrated on the day the Breach was closed, but Caleb said something that would stick with Jake forever: They'll just open it again. They're not gonna give up. They want this planet. They'll be back.

Jake entered his adult years with his father's words hanging over his head, fully believing that they were only in a period of temporary reprieve and that the world would end once the Precursors could open another Breach. Consequentially, Jake could never bring himself to plan for the future, and chased cheap thrills. Herc Hansen, concerned about his future, suggested that he apply to Jaeger training. Knowing that few cadets ever became pilots, Jake applied and went through training. But Jake aced pretty much the whole thing, and for awhile it looked like he was going to be the PPDC's next star ranger.

But when the time came for simulator tests, Jake sabotaged his first drift by focusing on his negative thoughts. And so he was cut from the Jaeger program.

He reassigned to j-tech and went through the training, and for awhile he worked at the PPDC as a Jaeger mechanic, because it was an available job. But he eventually dropped out to get into the mini-Jaeger battling scene in San Francisco, which promised more adrenaline to numb his existential despair. He'd often don a radiation suit to slip into Oblivion Bay and steal parts from the old fallen Jaegers to sell.

So what happens next? I haven't completely decided. It could play out something like the first film, but instead of November Ajax he'd be caught by Lady Avenger, piloted by Mako and Raleigh. My current thought is that Raleigh is taken off active duty when it turns out that he's developed cancer (it wouldn't kill him, though, don't worry!), and he has to pilot with Mako. But there's a lot that still needs to be decided, so this could end up changing somewhat.

Idk, I’m just a sucker for the contrast between the glimpses of vulnerability they let on and their general uselessness on the day-to-day. something about the miscommunications being trumped by a deep trust, yknow? 🥹 (and I kinda loved how they talked about ~décryptage. it has a blorbo débrief ring to it)

when morgane comes for adam’s help… gaaah. 🥲❣️ (the music had me think we’d get les démons 2.0, tbh) best interaction of the ep. and then she backs out because she doesn’t want to be a burden????? sign me up for that sweet sweet angst!!!! 😱 followed by "vous avez pleuré ?"--😭😭😭❤️💔 pfiou, my hearttt ⚰️ we need more of this healthy gut-wrenching stuff, don’t we? Lololol, I love how Céline like... freezes whenever she sees a co-worker presenting unusually. Be it Adam without a beard or Morgane in fancy clothes, it never ceases to amuse me 😅 But yea, Céliane vibes all the way 🤗

Also let's not forget how Adam's eyes were falling out of their sockets when he saw Morgane climbing off the car (in his defense, she does look amazing in his clothes lol), so it's very likely that he really enjoyed that she came to the date in her "bourge coinços V2" outfit, this man probably has a kink and now I can't stop imagining the kind of roleplay they'd be into if they were a couple 🙈

The date was SO fun!!!! I've said this before, but a few months ago I had this idea of a disastrous date fic about them, and I just LOVE that the show went this way, it was just SO them, the out-of-sync-ness, le malaise absolu, "et sinon vous êtes allée au cinéma ?", "Ninja Warrior, c'est japonais ?", somebody puts them out of their misery already 😅😅😅, the fact that they only get their chemistry back as soon as they talk shop... Ranir awkwardly standing in front of the table after bringing the wine (btw, "Ranir, le Languedoc s'il te plaît", is it me or did they imply that Adam knows all of Ranir's wines list? This man takes ONE glass of wine at a housewarming and now he's a patented alcoholic I'm losing my mind here) was HILARIOUS, as was Morgane cheering with him out of despair 😆 Also I can't help thinking that Ranir has seen Adam bring all his dates here, he must bet with himself on how many times he'll see this one again, c'est sa télénovela à lui lol!

And I'm with you on the contrast between the deep connection they share, but also their absolute incompatibility regarding mundane things, that's the kind of stuff we want in this house!! 🥹🥹 The décryptage argument was a great moment too, especially when lit up with Morgane's bad faith (but also Adam's inability to call a date a date lol), ambulant disasters 😅

But also. I love SO MUCH that he tries again. He asked her out on a date, it was a complete mess and it would be easy to give up, but he doesn't. And he asks her out again because he believes in them while I turn into a puddle of goo 🫠🫠

Finally finally, Morgane knocking at Adam's door... 🥹🥹🥹🥹 Gah indeed! All of this was such a great scene altogether and I agree with you, we need more of this gut-wrenching angst of Morgane taking bad decisions not to be a burden and actually making things worse 😈 Something tells me 308 will deliver in that regard...😏

I have currently written 67 fics for star wars, 2 for macgyver (2016), 1 original work, 1 for criminal minds, 1 for supernatural and 1 for avatar the last airbender. But i do have a lot more drafts for both star wars and avatar

The force's will - Obi-Wan finds Anakin in his quarters after Ahsoka left. And his life hanging by a thread.

I got you - Padawan Anakin got kidnapped and waits for his master to safe him. He may or may not get tortured too.

Help her - Anakin and Ahsoka get hurt on the battlefield and because Anakin is Anakin he only cares about her safety.

Make it stop - Anakin got kidnapped (yet again) and was tortured for weeks. He just wants it to end.

Protective - Anakin and Ahsoka get caught on a mission and Anakin is the most protective older brother you can imagine.

5 Do you respond to comments?

Yes. To each and every one. Even on old fics, it doesn't matter.

That would have to be Too late. I don't really like it but it does have the angstiest ending. I mean almost everyone dies so...

Uhhhh... the best I could think of was Lightning because it is pretty angsty throughout the story but then ends on a happy note. But i don't really know tbh.

Uhhh... I would say I can describe rather good. And least in my mouther tongue (not english) I can also write rather poetic which I haven't tried in english so far.

I would say needing a lot of motivation/inspiration to even start and sometimes loosing the thread of my stories when I didn't plan them out beforehand. I also always need something to play in the background, either music, youtube or a tv show wich leads to A LOT of distractions but otherwise it's even worse...

I do like it, as long as there's a translation somewhere. For example in the notes.

Honestly, one of my yet unpublished ones.

But from the ones online it's Don't ever say that again - Ahsoka keeps Anakin from jumping off a cliff after a hard battle. I sometimes struggle with those kind of thoughts (jumping off a high building and so on) and found that writing about it helps. That's why I have a deeper connection to fics I wrote about it in.

OR it's Visions - Anakin has visions (duh) of someone murdering whole villages, the disaster trio is sent to investigate. Just because I spent SO much time working on it.

So I once had a dream about a teen novel and graphic novel series about Jesper's childhood and teenhood till he got to Ketterdam and. Yes please. I want that so much. His childhood on the Jurda farm with a grieving father, the war in Novyi Zem, learning to hide being Grisha.....

7. What’s something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

I adore any and all depictions of Jesper's ADHD, not gonna lie, especially if it's a close POV from Jesper and the ADHD influences how the narration works. I eat that up with a spoon, and I love it when it works differently to how I depict it bc there's no one true way to narrativize ADHD right

8. What’s something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

Jesper's often the supporter, caretaker and prize to a more tormented romantic partner and tbh. Ok so I love Jesper most and am super interested in his pain and issues from the get-go so I'm always going to be disappointed with anything that doesn't focus on him. But also, he's a fucking disaster, and as loving and well-intentioned his attempts at caring for his partner are going to be I just will never believe that someone who runs away that much into addiction and crime, and internalizes his father's grief as his own fault, will be just supportive instead of a co-disaster in a relationship

9. Could you be roommates with this character?

We would be room-mates and it would be a dirty disaster bc neither of us would remember how to clean or to pay electricity on time tbh but we'd both feel so guilty we wouldn't complain either

They both steal each others clothes pretty equally. Vaughn doesn't so much wear Goro's clothes, but rather he keeps them close by when Goro is away and Vaughn wants something that reminds him of Goro... cos he misses him always. He likes to keep his clothes to smell. :')

Goro likes to wear Vaughn's old tattered t-shirts to bed. Again, he loves the smell of him, so he wears them and just likes knowing that it's Vaughn's clothes he has, cos he feels more close to him. Overly sappy? Sure, but still adorable.

🍿 If they had a movie (or other fiction) couple equivalent, what couple would it be and why?

This took me a minute to think about, and in conclusion, there isn't any fictional couple I can think of, and I have a reason for that! Vaughn and Goro's relationship is so unique and interesting. Their dynamic is one that is incredibly important in their story. They are silly, a little crazy, Vaughn brings this wild and childish side out of Goro, and Goro brings out the more tame and relaxed side of Vaughn, and together they are complete disasters who love each other so much that tbh? They are ones people would say "hey this is the couple equivalent of us!" :D

🤍 What is their favorite or most admired quality in the other?

Goro's is seeing Vaughn going through so much and coming out of it a stronger person. he's seen Vaughn's growth over the course of their relationship and has seen how far he's come, and how much happier he's gotten. He still has his bad moments, but he kicks those bad moments to the ground and doesn't give up hope for a better life. He has Goro to thank for so much of that though.

Vaughn's is Goro's need to communicate when things go ass up. They used to be bad at this in the very beginning of their relationship. Vaughn still struggles with it because of his anxiety, but Goro used to be terrible at communicating when there was a problem. He didn't wanna make Vaughn mad or upset, he just kind of let it go. But over time he has been more open to talking about things and working things out instead of letting it fester, and it usually ends up okay anyway. Now he's teaching Vaughn that it's okay to open up more to the people who care about you.

SELLY! hello my beloved. it is sleepover time and this is perfect bc it is past midnight and i am not sleepy at all!😌

here is a funny story which is also kind of a confession cause i've never talked about it to others before. a couple of years ago, there was this ad for a popular biscuit saying that if you microwaved it the chocolate inside would melt and it would taste even better. ofc i had to try it - i put the biscuit in a glass bowl and heated it a bit and it worked! i devoured it happily. the second biscuit was out of the packet in seconds but i was so distracted by the thought of the gooey warm chocolate in the crunchy biscuit that i miscalculated the time i put in.

the microwave started emitting smoke :) i panicked. shut the power, opened the door. the biscuit had burned entired and the glass bowl broke 😭😭😭 my mom was so mad about that😭

anyways i learned how to heat things up properly after that😭

"It still doesn't make sense!" Shantae groans as she flops onto the ground. "Why would she go to some stupid formal event? She's always said she hated them!"

"It really is weird.." Ash frowns, messing with some blades of grass.

The Avatars were all in a circle in a field near the castle. None of them really had the will to do anything, purely because what Tulip had said the last meet-up weighing on their minds.

"Sorry guys, I can't come next time.." Tulip shook her head as she gently pushed Shantae's hand off of her shoulder. "There's some.. stupid formal thing I have to go to."

"What?" Everyone paused to look at her.

"But you hate formal stuff." Nimbus frowned, crossing her arms. "Well, when it's not something happening in my world, but still."

"That's.. that's different." Tulip shrugged, and everyone saw how distant she looked. "Listen, I.. I just gotta go, okay?"

No one had any more time to question the teen, as she had turned and walked through the portal leading to her home.

The silence that persisted was heavy.

"It really is weird." Sora nods, crossing his arms. "And the way she looked so sad too.."

As the Avatars begin to discuss, voicing their various concerns, two pairs of footsteps draw their attention. They turn head heads, seeing Juliano and Lily by his side. Tucked under her arm was her laptop.

The two stop, and the former Avatar looks down at his (informal) granddaughter. His expression firm but gentle. The child's expression was nervous. "Tell them, Lily." Juliano gently urges. "Tulip is their friend, and you know as well as I do that hiding information like this isn't good."

"What? Tulip?" Shantae frowns, sitting up.

Lily fidgets in place before she walks forward. "So.. Tulip probably.. told you guys about some formal event, right?"

The Avatars look at Mario, who holds up his hands. "I didn't tell her!" the plumber shook his head.

Lily opens her laptop and turns it on. After a moment, the screen blinks on to show an article. She holds out the laptop, and the Avatars get up and crowd around to get a look.

Orpheus Transfer Co. to hold a formal event following Tulip Dellora Orpheus's return

Lily then scrolls down after seeing the looks of shock to show a picture with Tulip and her family. Some paragraphs were underneath.

To the shock (and delight) of many, Tulip Orpheus, youngest child to Daisy Orpheus and Andrew Orpheus, returned early this morning to her parents' home, to the joy of her parents and older brother.

To celebrate the return of the company's heir, the current owners of the company have decided to throw a formal event, where several well-known partners and the five Ministers to the event.

"So that's who they were.." Olimar sighs, shaking his head.

"Huh?" Lily frowns, peering over her laptop as everyone looks at the astronaut.

"I'm sure everyone remembers when the President, Pom, and I's portal command glitched, and we started hopping from universe to universe." He starts, making everyone nod. "Well, we ended up in Tulip's universe at out point, and.. we ended up hearing her fighting with her parents."

Shocked silence fills the air as Olimar continues. "They were just absolutely vicious to her. They were gaslighting her, bringing her down, manipulating. It didn't seem like Tulip bought any of it, but when she managed to get them to leave, they said she'd end of coming back to her rightful place soon."

Olimar frowns. "I never brought it up to Tulip purely because I didn't know how to, and how she would react if I did."

"Definitely explains why she's so downtrodden lately." Arle frowns. "But this is horrible! They can't just do this to her!"

"So then we go help her." Shantae declares, narrowing her eyes. Her voice was serious as well. "We're gonna head over there and get her out."

"Counterpoint, how?" Nimbus frowns. "I don't doubt Domain or Forum getting us there, but it's a matter of the Admins of her universe. I mean, what if they say no?"

"They said yes." Domain hums, looking up from a command box.

"That answer yer question?" Tune looks up at Nimbus.

"Shut up." the cat sighs.

Domain only shakes his head before he extends his hand. Code sparks around his hand before a portal appears, gently crackling with energy. "I've set it to put you guys by her van. Does that work?"

"Yup! Thank you!"

The Avatars all rush through, with Domain, Juliano, and Lily to stand there as the portal closes.

"Not going?" Domain raises a brow.

"No. Too tired." Juliano shakes his head.

"Old." Lily snickers.

"Listen here, you little.." Juliano growls playfully, gently tugging over Lily and noogieing her head, making the girl shriek with laughter.

"What the fuck." Dale narrows his eyes as he looks seeing Tulip's van, SMG10, and seeing 12 people (one of which he was pretty sure was a child) all talking to 10. Who was looking increasingly more frantic.

"Dale!" 10 cries as she rushes in, practically knocking the door off of its hinges. There's a look of pure panic on her face, which he's never seen from her before. "Please tell me Tulip is here!"

Dale frowns. "No, the last time she was here was when you two stopped by for some parts a few weeks ago."

"Damn it!" 10 grits her teeth and rushes back out. Dale walks out after her.

"The fuck is happening here?" Dale narrows his eyes, looking at the group.

"Tulip is at her parents home!" 10 calls as she rushes to the van, fling the doors open, and runs inside. "I should've fucking known!"

Dale is pretty sure he's never heard her swear before.

"Her leaving her jacket here, leaving her phone, refusing to tell me why she was crying after I got back from the store a while ago.. FUCK!" 10 curses so loudly it makes everyone flinch, and Dale sees the man wearing a red shirt and overalls quickly cover the child's ears.

Now that he looked at them, they all had red on them somewhere. Except for the weird.. pink thing, but that was a shade of red in the air, so who cared. One of the girls was wearing blue and white as well, but his point still stood.

"Have you not seen the news, sir?" a boy with spiky looking hair frowns. "About Tulip going back to her parents?"

"Boy, those articles pop up every year or so." Dale shakes his head. "I've learned to just ignore them."

"Well, it's real this time!" a girl with purple hair in a ponytail jumps forward. "We've got to help her?"

The uncle crosses his arms. "Listen, I understand that. Tulip is my niece, and god, I care for her, but that's nearly impossible to get to her. My godforsaken brother is going to have security all over the place." He shakes his head. "Unless you can magic yourselves in there.."

"Well, first." What Dale is pretty sure is a cat woman holds up a hand- paw- he doesn't fucking know. "Can you.. tell us more about her parents? What happened?"

"Sure." Dale nods. "You seem close enough to her."

"I remember it like it was yesterday, to be honest. Something fell from the sky, landed in the plains not too far from her parents' manor, and a weird pulse when out. Turned out to be 10's Pod." Dale looks over at the van, and makes a point not to mention how it was moved to be stored underneath his shop.

"Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from Andrew, and I can hear Daisy sobbing in the background. He's spewing some shit about how Tulip went and ran off after rejecting her place as the company heir. He said it was like she changed overnight." Dale sighs.

"Told him to fuck off, and said that even if I knew where she was, like hell I was telling him." That got a few snickers out of the group, and he smiles. "But next thing I know, Tulip is at my shop, and she's got 10 in tow. I think 10 might've known something bad had happened because she was hovering around Tulip a bit."

Dale sighs. "Fact of the matter is, Tulip's parents are dangerous. They're going to have security all around that manor. It'll be tough to get in."

The man with a red cap grins. "Lucky for you, tough doesn't exist in our vocab!"

Dale pauses before he smiles gently. "You guys are Avatars like Tulip, huh?"

"You know she's an Avatar?" The group looks at him, shocked.

"I do." Dale nods. He then reaches into his pocket and pulls out a note card and pen. He writes something down before he hands it to the girl with purple hair. "That's their address. Head that way -" he points. "- and you'll get there soon enough."

"Wait.. just like that?" the girl looks at him.

"It took Tulip forever to tell me her new role. If she's found others like her, and she trusts you, than you're good in my book." Dale chuckles. "Just do me a favor and wreck hell there, yeah?"

At the various noises of agreement, and SMG10 finally exiting the van to give more information, Dale exhales softly.

Knowing better than to take the van to the Orpheus manor, lest it get taken somehow, the Avatars opt to walk. They all walk and talk.

The most surprising conversation was between Nimbus and Tune, and for once it wasn't jabs or remarks.

"The more I think about it, the more something comes to mind. Tulip probably didn't have time to grab anything she wanted." Nimbus frowns, adjusting the bag of clothes on her shoulder.

"What d'ya mean?" Tune raises a brow.

"Well.. she ran from home." Nimbus shrugs. "It was obviously impromptu, going off of what her uncle told us. She probably didn't have any time to snag anything she wanted."

Tune narrows her eyes to think before she nods in agreement. "If the kid was tryna get outta there, makes sense she couldn't grab anything."

Nimbus pauses before she opens her mouth, then closes it. She then speaks. "Maybe.. we could try and grab the stuff that was hers?"

"Ya mean me, don't ya?" Tune asks, a bit of amusement seeping into her tone.

Nimbus only looks forward, a small smile gracing her face. "I have no clue what you mean."

The two both chuckle softly, oblivious to the smile Mario has as he glances back at them.

Really, it isn't hard for Tune to sneak off as her fellow Avatars just reign havoc. She can hear the music from Nimbus's world, commotion from the kitchen, the cries of Ash's Pokémon.. everything, really.

She doesn't mind it, in all honestly.

But what she does mind is why every single damn thing she comes across is fake. Its honestly just pathetic, though Tune really expected no less.

She tosses a (very obviously) fake golden ring to the floor before she walks out, shaking her head. There were few trinkets actually worth grabbing, but even then she doubted their value..

Still though, the things she had grabbed were never the main focus.

With little care or concern, knowing everyone was preoccupied on the second floor (and she was on the theid), she makes her way ti Tulip's room. It's easy to find, seeing as how the kid's room wasn't as extravagant as the other doors.

Tune walks in, and she sets the bag she had been carrying with her on the ground. It was the bag Nimbus had been carrying earlier, having a change of clothes for Tulip. The teen had obviously changed out of the dress from before but left the high heels on.

The reason why still made Tune snicker, despite how sad it was.

"I want Archie to know just how much pain I felt when he tricked me."

Tune shakes her head to focus, and it's not too hard for her to find the small nooks and crannies a younger Tulip hid all the things the thief she knew the kid wanted.

She, of course, comes across some things that were clearly not to Tulip's taste, and she makes a point to either knock them to the floor or flat out makes it impossible for them to be found.

Tune puts the items into the bag, picks it up, and walks out. She glances around before shrugging.

Not her funeral when all the insurance costs came in to these deadbeat parents.

...

As the group make their way away from the manor, chaos still reigning in their, Tune shares a look with Nimbus and she hands the bag to the cat.

Nothing is said, but both know.

Tune glances forward to Tulip, who is being carried on Shantae's back.

A smile grows on her lips. She can't wait to see the look on the kid's face when they get back to the van.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? of all of them, i would probably say Several Notes; that one is the schmoopiest ending of them all, but next would def be outta my head.

(i don't want to count Recipe for Disaster since that's the same ending as the PD movie so... 😅)

8. Do you get hate on fics? i've been lucky to only get a little bit of screaming at me for it's a date, but not hate. they were all justifiably ASKLFAJLFASF at the plot twist, but it was all in good fun/still loved 🥰

If so, what kind? yes!! my number 5 most liked fic is just PWP! and it's always been cute fluffy "real" smut so far, like the two being goofy with each other and super in love and shit lmao 10. What’s the craziest one you’ve written? yeah! only the one though, my wip ST/SPN crossover fic You Will Never Walk Alone (You Can Always Reach Me); and to the previous question, my first smut was in chap 3 of this one and i am super proud of it still 😊

What’s your all time favorite ship? oh fuck...honestly? it's probably steddie. my OTP is destiel, like, they are the blueprint, they are the ones i have the most history with, but in complete honesty: in my head steddie is much more fluid/blorbo-y than destiel are. dean and cas are so fuckin' good in canon and kinda rare-er for me to find a good au with them that they still seem like themselves? if that makes sense?

with steddie, they are so moldable and fit into any spot you put them; i prefer canon adjacent but anything they do seems so correct, whereas dean and cas will always be a hunter and angel you know? that's how their story has been for so long, and all my fave fics of them are canon spn universe - a spell, a different timeline, a hunt, it's always them™

idk if that makes sense to anyone else, but maybe it's because destiel have been destiel for like 11 seasons and 15 years, and steddie have so little with only one season/summer that they are more moldable but... 🤷‍♀️

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? honestly, it's probably my hispanic!eddie au, but my casper!eddie has been falling off at an exponential rate and it's bumming me out tbh

What are your writing strengths? i think it's dialogue? i think that's the thing i've gotten the most comments about, the wit and snark of eddie and his internal voice, or just conversations in general. i like to think through how conversations will go in a fic first, like, how exactly they would realistically speak to each other or how an accent (wayne) would come through and how best to type it out so others can 'hear' it correctly 😊

17. What are your writing weaknesses? writing out action/feelings well. maybe it's cause i get super engrossed in what i'm writing and am looking at it too long, but a lot of the time it feels like i'm just writing "he did this 😐 and then he did this 😐 then said this."

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? i do my best!!! like with the short drabble i did that started the hispanic!eddie au, i did best i could to translate the couple spanish phrases in it, but i don't speak spanish myself. my husband is hispanic and is fluent, but when i wrote that one i was much to embarrassed by why i would be asking him, that i didn't ask him to translate 😭

19. First fandom you wrote for? stranger things! the st/steddie fandom was so supportive with my secret admirer drabble that i made it my first full fic!!!

20. Favorite fic you’ve written? my fave that i've written is my mixtape fic i'm outta my head over you. i wrote so much for it in such a short amount of time for steddie week but it really came together and was all me!

i do also LOVE how my version of a princess diaries rewrite came out, but the plot is just a copy of the movie and isn't really mine you know?

Hey, I just had an idea for what happened in Character Development skskks

After what happened to that disaster, the reader decided to ignore Joel cuz she done being with him being an "ugh," ya know? She desurvvvv. And Joel, being what he is, tries to um get notice by her, but failed everytime (I really forgot her name, but the one who's Joel supposed to "court" is with him then he spotted the reader, he be like nyooom but the reader is already poof! Gone). That Ellie had to have to make fun of it, like she being a little shit as usual. And the woman he "courting" is really confused by his behaviour and said, 'Ghurl, I'm outta here, you weird'

Then, someday, he noticed that whenever he sees her, she already had a bunch of flowers like a random ones that you picked out from some grass and bushes, holding it with a soft smile on her face, making him shuffle to the core and get jealous, and ask her but the reader answered, annoyed by his insistence: "Someone." and she's out.

Then, another day with a makeshift wrapped gift that has a card with a hand drawn heart. What really triggered him tho was a home cooked snack that tasted a little bit sussy (said by others, maybe Ellie), asked why she's still eating it, she said, "It's the thought that counts blah blah blah" making Joel getting more oomf. The other person jokingly said, "What? You gonna say yes to him now with all this wooing lmao." she answered with a wink. "Maybe"

And that my friend sets Joel off the space. My man said he ain't gonna back down, so he confronted her, then a whole ass argument happened, like shouting there, shouting here. The suprise was that all those gifts she was getting were from a little boy who had a crush on her, wooing her lolol (just thought's cute and hilarious hehe) making Joel embarrassed from what he's acting.

You can choose what is ending it be, but please make it a happy ending. My poor heart can't handle angst again... also add Ellie finding out what happened and making fun of his old man

heya nonnie! i gotta say, when I saw this I was really excited then really nervous HAHAHAH. i'm so honored that you got so into my fic to not only want another part, but to as well as send me this ask with a detailed plot. what you just gave me is a full on fic tbh and I am not in the business of rewriting someone else's brain child.

I think it's a really cute idea but it's not at all what I envisioned this fic to progress if I ever made a part two. I think if you really want a joel fic with that plot/theme, maybe write it! hopefully you could tag me and my fic if you do! I'd love to read it as well.

BUT! you should know i have decided to make a p2 😌 cos of the bad influence @sloanexx who should be thrown in JAIL. i love her but the way our minds just link should be illegal cause what about my sanity?
