So today I found a little field mouse balled up in one of the garages at work, covered in snow.

I noticed his back legs and tail had been chewed off. And he only seems to have one good eye.

I don’t know what he got away from or how but he’s a little warrior. The wounds aren’t fresh and I wonder how long he’s been dragging himself around like that.

I’ve had him with me all day. He’s kept warm, a big box full of insulation for him, he’s been able to drink and eat a little bit.. I’ve attempted to clean his stumps and his other eye is opening up more. If he survives the night, my friend is going to bring me a small tank and some bedding. And proper food because all I have for him are cheetos😂

He’ll be coming to work with me again so I can keep an eye on him.
