I don't have a full ref yet, but i really want to talk about my House MD oc!!

His name is Eddie Sting, pediatrician at the Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital. He doesn't truly interact with the Diagnostics team usually, although he's heard of them seeing how im pretty sure everyone in that hospital knows who they are😭

He interacts with them in an episode (the episode where he would be introduced for the first time :3) where a kid gets sick and accidentally gets like 3-4 kids also sick, but the doctors can't figure out what theyre suffering from. Cuddy gets House to take the case, and Eddie and him end up bickering over... pretty much everything ! Especially the fact that Eddie is a pediatrician 😭

Eddie would meet Wilson by accident while looking for House somewhere at the beginning of the episode, where they have a weird "have i seen you before?" moment (who knows whyyyy (me. i do 👁️👁️)). They get talking and actually like each other a lot, so much so that they have dinner together during the episode :D Wilson refuses to tell House about it because its the "annoying kiddie lover" that he cant stop bickering with, and I imagine his finding out scene to be like "Eddie???? THE PEDIATRICIAN?????" to Wilson lolol

Diagnosis is found for the kids, all is well, but Wilson and Eddie keep seeing each other obviously teehee!! House is super jealous (as he is quite often when Wilson has other friends)

This is the jist of his story, I obviously have more on his backstory and everything but this was just an intro post really! I imagine Eddie joins the cast sometimes between s01 and s02, I like the idea of him being a recurring character a little like Stacy or Amber after she leaves the fellowship. Not a main cast character but still some importance :3

If you have any thoughts or questions about him i would be more than delighted to answer and talk about him!! I have a lot of thoughts on his relationship and dynamics with the main cast 🙏🙏 I'm also drawing his ref rn, I'm working on it hehe

First we have tiny Stanley and Narrator because small :)

I really enjoy the hc that after Stanley leaves the parable he goes and gets a job that requires manual labor or as a florist. I feel like he would want to detach himself from office work as much as possible, even if there’s som layer of attachment due to familiarity. I really love this small doodle because I managed to successfully use more interesting lighting which is something I’m trying to improve.

I keep telling myself I should talk about my OCs more bc how else am i gonna lure people into talking about them with me??? So, i'm gonna be brave and i'm gonna use these sketches i made recently to introduce some of my little guys a bit.

With this out of the way, let's get into it:

The twin princes Hypnos and Thanatos. They are famously demigods, direct descendants of Erebus the moth god, and thus held to high standards. Hypnos is the face of the kingdom, adept at manipulating his way through social situations, while Thanatos is a warrior trained by the illustrious Illudo, leading the guards and the armies. Fiery, warm, but rational and distant Hypnos ; stoic, sharp, but emotional and honorable Thanatos ; they stand in stark contrast to each other, each one complementing the other's weaknesses, an inseparable duo.

Aubépine the Butterfly Knight. A well-known fgure among the Court, Aube is a flashy, charming, but responsible knight. Many ladies would offer him their heart without hesitation but this honorable knight remains single, too focused on his duty of protecting the castle, though some rumours (if you'd care to believe them) would have him already romantically entangled with a lowly criminal.

Acacia the honey mage. Every court needs its doctors, and as far as doctors go, the honey mages produced by honey bee and bumblebee colonies are the best equipped for the task. Acacia is a nervous but efficient worker, apt to tackle the difficult ordeal of keeping all of the chaotic figures of the court in relatively good shape. A tough job that nevertheless puts them in a privileged position to learn about many of the court's secrets...

Fallen a bit in love with the bittersweet idea of some bots being voluntary carriers (Carrys) during the war. All they do is try to repopulate.

Some of them enjoy the job, they want Cybertron to thrive and love bearing sparklings.

Others get too attached, they lapse into depression with each sparkling taken from them after birth, knowing they may never see the bitlet again, and the child may die a footsoldier before ever seeing peace on Cybertron.

It's a taboo job as well. Despite there being plenty of asexual reproduction methods, bots who take on this role are often seen as lesser, and derogatively referred to as "oil bots", the Cybertronian equivalent of hookers.

Best case scenario is being treated like a useful tool. You don't have the respect of an average mech, but at least you aren't viewed as worthless or used.

I do feel bad though because I really like how passionate people are about their characters! But as much as I like seeing that, I would rather see them in their own individual posts. No need for me to validate your ideas whatsoever. hope this makes sense for yall

Honestly this was difficult because I’m still getting used to drawing in this style & figuring out how I want to do things, but it was an amazing way to practice so thank you for lending me your characters for a bit😇🥹 I hope I did them justice!! 🙏💓
