You pack a bag after your last big blow up, shame dogging your every move. A week. Maybe a little more. However long it takes you to stop feeling like a monster, to rein in these dark impulses that have taken hold of you.

He stops you at the door with a firm grip around your arm. Looming over you, leaning down until he's in your space.

"Why?"

How can you even respond. Why? Isn't he angry with you? Doesn't he see how unreasonable you're being?

You tell him the truth. "I'm embarrassed, Keigo."

His hold on you tightens. "So you're running away?"

"I'm not--" You let out a long breath. "I just need to calm down. Get a hold of myself."

"You can do that here. At home."

You tug. He doesn't release you.

"I don't want you to see me like this."

His expression turns stormy.

"You want to keep secrets from me?" You can't even question this before he's continuing, eyes amber bright and sharp as he pulls you further into his space. "You don't want me to see you what --jealous? Don't I have a right to know? Don't I deserve to be with you for this? We're lovers, and you still want to hide pieces of yourself from me?"

Trembling, you let yourself be drawn back into the penthouse. You couldn't fight him even if you tried.

He sets you on the bed, so he can push you down, curl up on top of you, all around you. Caging you in.

"There," he says. "You're not going anywhere. Would it help if I told you about all the times I wanted to kill anyone who touches you? How about how I want to lock you up, forever and ever? I can show you the collar I picked out, if that would make you feel better." He leans up so he can nibble your ear, whisper, "Or you could put it on me, if you want."

Just thinking about s4 but when Alpha!Eddie grabs Steve to shove the bottle against his neck, he doesn't realize Steve is an omega and accidentally scruffs him. And Steve is just boneless, kinda goes down. And Eddie isn't expecting deadweight and almost falls ontop of Steve but realizes what's happening (let's just say he's fought off a few bullies who scruffed members of his pack). He immediately drops the bottle and holds onto Steve, who tries to scent Eddie. Just shoves his face into Eddie's neck and nuzzles it, lets out a purr unintentionally.

it's abouttttttttt how misa defines herself as someone who is in love with light and how the narrative goes out of its way to superficially agree with her (htr describes her as "the second kira who loves light" like it's her defining personality trait other than the mass murder) but also she definitely does not love him. she has like two panels max "justifying" why she likes light and both of them are the most weak "he's cute and perfect" justifications i've ever seen. misa amane i love you i love that there is a hole where your heart should be after your parents' deaths ripped it out of you. you can try to refill it all you like but you're never getting it back

i love all the batch for various reasons but crosshair is the one i can't think about for very long. not only did he view the rest of the batch's decision to leave the Empire as a personal betrayal, but he lost so much time with them. yk that bit where he and omega are meditating on pabu and she says smth along the lines of, "you missed a lot." yeah. shit had me sobbing for a good thirty minutes. cos he comes back and not only does he get to see the squad being brothers to omega, but.. he never gets to see tech with her. he notices that tech is missing in everything he does. sleeping, eating, spitting out one of his sly little comments and not having a pair of eyes to instantly dart to for validation. none of it is the same, and he never had the chance to make amends for his terrible decision. he never talks about it - doesn't even like to think about it. at times it can be unbearable because there's nowhere to run - just the memory of his brother's face and voice looping in his mind. nothing can make it go away.

What did/do you like about Pharah?

Uh, gameplay-wise, I really love characters in shooters who rely on three-dimensional movement techs. Chaining together hover and jump to stay in the air for as long as possible and keep momentum is so satisfying, and picking enemies off from the sky made me feel like a bird of prey. I was a good Pharah main.

Story-wise, there unfortunately isn't much to canonically go off because Pharah is so underutilized and neglected. Her personality's pretty boilerplate "heroic hero" (she's literally inspired by Captain America).

But it's the crumbs/bits and pieces that I really latched onto. Pharah's a confirmed lesbian; her short story with Baptiste implies she harbors a crush on Mercy (fucking thank you.). She's biracial Egyptian/First Nations. She has major mommy issues, having grown up both admiring and resenting Ana. She's the bridge between Old Overwatch, inspired by the idealized heroes who surrounded her childhood, and New Overwatch. She's one of the only inter-generational characters in the cast; someone whose experiences span the gap, which is why I seriously believe Pharah would make a great main character.

There isn't much to go off of, though; she's a very uncomplicated character (she's a soldier for a private military corporation, lol.). But that just means she's a blank slate character, so I've seen fanfic writers run wild and create some really interesting takes on her. My favorite interpretation of her's a dense, herbo gym-bro type (a lot of her liens are about work outs, exercising, and playing sports) who's easily excitable under her seemingly self-serious, armored visage. We see how she tends to gloat and hype herself up when she's on a streak too, so Pharah definitely has a competitive and boastful side under her more professional and militant performance.

Now Mercy? Mercy is a real complex character.

And now I’m all in my feels about just how joined at the hip they truly must be … they hold hands so much through the series just for the sake of friendship can you imagine how much they hold hands when they’re more secure in their relationship?

no because the interaction between them must be off the charts… they both take such a comfort in the other’s physical presence, as you say holding hands and of course all of the bed sharing and other entirely unnecessary but extremely married little touches that they share throughout the series (think peeta rubbing at a tense spot on her back when she can’t figure out the spile in the quell, and katniss stroking his hair back when they’re in the middle of a war zone underneath the capitol).

so when they’re actually together together, i think that they’re almost always touching.

he loops an arm around her waist while they walk through town, while she slips her hand into his pocket. on the couch at home, they either sit curled up together or with her legs across his lap as he sketches. sometimes, if he hasn’t slept great the night before she’ll sit with his head on her lap and play with his hair until he dozes off. he often returns the favor, running his blunt nails up and down her bare shoulders and back while she sprawls on her tummy on their bed. they’re not kissy in public, but in crowded places she likes to either hold his hand or he’ll walk close behind her with a hand somewhere on her just so she’s reminded of his presence. however in the comfort of their own home they are VERY kissy, greeting each other with little pecks to say hello and goodbye (katniss goes into a foul mood if he doesn’t kiss her goodbye in the mornings, even if he hates to wake her when she’s sleeping peacefully).
