Cutting Agents Used in Cocaine
Tumblr media
Cocaine, a powerful and addictive stimulant, is rarely sold in its pure form on the streets. Dealers often mix it with a variety of cutting agents to increase its weight and profitability, but this practice makes the drug even more dangerous. Common cutting agents include substances like talcum powder, cornstarch, and sugars, but more hazardous additives like fentanyl, levamisole, and other toxic chemicals are sometimes used, significantly raising the risk of overdose and long-term health damage. These additives not only increase the unpredictability of each dose but can also introduce serious complications, such as infections, heart problems, and neurological damage.
To learn more about the risks posed by cocaine cutting agents and the hidden dangers of street drugs, visit our blog for comprehensive insights and important safety information.

dancesafe is a company that sells chemical reagents and test kits so that you can correctly identify what it is you are taking. fentanyl test strips are important but there are other substances you might want to avoid for other reasons.
per the website "It is critically important to understand that reagent testing is looking for red flags, not green lights." make sure you can see the flags in the first place.
I know i’m functionally a gay DARE officer at this point but I do in fact feel some sort of way about Cocaine being back in vogue. Surely I sound like a square + narc and I’ll concede ok do whatever you want, nobody can materially stop another person from using drugs if they really want to 🤷🏻 I don’t really care that it’s hip to do party drugs, moreso I want to articulate a general level of caution and concern that I never see a sidecar of harm reduction and safe using practices along with the commonplace clips of people straight up snorting coke I’ve seen for “brat summer!!!1!!”
You 🫵 are not immune to ingesting fentanyl or any number of other additives. Do you think drugs at the gay club are different than the drugs people are taking under bridges and in gutters? I promise they’re not! So if you want to use drugs and continue being alive, do your part to be safe. Protecting yourself protects others and your community.
Do not accept drugs from strangers. Test your drugs with fentanyl test strips. Carry narcan and know how to administer it. Never use alone. Have an exit strategy if you’re using drugs in a public space. Know the contact information for your local harm reduction groups, overdose emergency hotline, and if you need/want it, addiction treatment orgs. This is all the bare minimum for community care if you intend to be out in the world using drugs. Mainly I encourage you all to be buzzkills if it means you don’t have to die of an accidental overdose. Overdose is the leading cause of death for Americans under 40. I have a whole lot of social workers in my network and however bad you think the synthetic opioid crisis is, it’s worse. The war stories I’ve heard from my people on the ground are… The shit of nightmares. Don’t let it be you or anybody you love.
If you live in the state of Georgia, DM me for a longer list of resources.

It feels like a moot topic at this point, but any discussions about cancel culture (whatever that is even supposed to mean these days) always piss me off, especially working in news in media, particularly sports.
I don't think you guys even realize how toxic the sports environment actually is and how many players get away with the most heinous shit.
"You can't say anything anymore these days" "people are afraid to say what they think lest they get canceled" bla bla bla. I can name dozens of professional athletes with careers worth in the millions who are actively far right, racist, homophobic, transphobic or just fucked up in any other way. What they say is often waved away without any commotion or just a simple slap on the wrist.
For any person that gets unrightfully canceled, I can name you at least 20 athletes who weren't ever even though they should have been.

Düsseldorf police say pizza order No. 40 came with side of cocaine
Police in Düsseldorf busted a drug trafficking gang on Tuesday that was selling cocaine through a pizzeria.
According to police, the pizzeria in Düsseldorf’s Old Town had been selling pizza number 40 with an unusual garnish on top for months. By placing an order, anyone interested could buy cocaine. According to criminal police chief Michael Graf von Moltke, it was one of the best-selling pizzas.
The first suspicion of illegal activities of the pizzeria arose in March 2024 during a grocery check. From that moment on, the establishment began to be monitored by the drug offences investigation unit.
The seller of cocaine pizza was a 36-year-old man who had never been on law enforcement’s radar before. But when police came to search the place, he threw a huge bag of drugs out the window.
“It fell right into the hands of the police officers. They seized 1.6kg of cocaine, 400 grams of marijuana and 268,000 euros,” police said.
But the operator of the pizzeria decided to let him go in order to trace the supply chain. This is how the police managed to find the drug trafficker. He turned out to be a 22-year-old man who dealt in both cocaine and cannabis. He also attacked and robbed rival dealers.
In addition to the main drug dealer, police also arrested two other suspects involved in the drug pizza case, men aged 28 and 30. The police also found two cannabis plantations in both Solingen and Mönchengladbach. During the searches, knives, stabbing weapons, a pistol, expensive watches and cash were confiscated.

There are lots of getaways for people when it comes to movies, but I happen to find crime movies amazing.
