Hiiiiii!!!! As a fellow goth, let me tell you it's not every day that I find someone who loves all colors, not just black, and also stays true to the spirit of goth fashion. It's so refreshing to see other girls and boys wearing black with pastels, or intricate colorful patterns, etc. You're an inspiration and your designs are to die for! So beautiful ❤️

Aw, thank you! Getting color into my wardrobe in a way I’m comfortable with has been a journey, there were many years without and playing around with it is fun— and what’s the point in being part of a subculture if it isn’t fun?

i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping

currently obsessed with the idea of everyone viewing percy as a forced to never be messed with. for the sea is unpredictable and does not like to be restrained and all that jazz. except, frank and hazel. who only see him as just a little guy. a soldier left to his own devices out on the streets with nothing to comfort him but a panda pillow pet and a lingering memory of a girl he loves. he's just a little guy you guys.

the second you tell satoru you’re pregnant, he vanishes — like, literally teleport-level gone — and reappears hours later with bags. so many bags. you’re pretty sure he cleared out an entire mall. he crashes into the bedroom like a tornado, tossing baby clothes in the air like it’s confetti, yelling “LOOK HOW TINY THIS IS!” every five seconds.

he’s cutting tags with his teeth, trying to fold onesies that end up looking like abstract art, and humming this completely off-key, made-up song about being “papa gojo, coolest dad in the world!” he’s glowing. absolutely unhinged. but glowing.

but then — then — there’s this tiny shift in him. he’s folding a soft little sleeper set, lips still curled in a smile, but his hands move a little slower. more gentle. he runs a thumb across the tiny little sleeve like he’s imagining holding someone impossibly small. his voice drops to a soft hum, and the ridiculous song fades into something quieter. warmer.

“i can’t believe there’s going to be a whole person… half me, half you. that’s wild”, he says, like it’s finally sinking in. his lips quiver slightly, his eyes soft.

you sit next to him, nudging him on the arm. “our baby will have the most extra dad on the planet”

“well of course”, he grins, his eyes glassy now. “i’m going to be so annoying. they’re going to roll their eyes every time i show up to school wearing sunglasses and a #1 dad’s shirt”

you smirk. “you mean you’re not already planning matching outfits?”

“oh i already ordered them”, he says proudly. “we’re going to slay preschool drop-off”

you laugh, but you also reach out and lace your fingers with his, both of you surrounded by little shoes, tiny clothes, toys, pacifiers, and a whole lot of love wrapped in absolute chaos.

I swear, you have the best thrift stores. Any time you post an ootd I despair a little when most of it is thrifted. (Though I love that you thrift so much. It's wonderful.) You are such a fashion icon!

I’ve lucked out with a couple local places; Pib’s Exchange (been a big one since I was 17 back when they cost about a third of what they do now, though with the construction in the area making them inaccessible I haven’t been in a couple years), an antique mall I find all kinds of cool things besides clothes, this state’s version of Goodwill I’ve found surprisingly good stuff very cheaply, and a store that specializes in vintage clothes called Decades. I’ve also done a bit of online thrifting through Etsy’s vintage sections, but that tends to get spendy so I don’t do it often unless I’m looking for something specific.

Also layering is life! My black and gold ensemble today is a top, lace dress split up the front, and two layered semi-sheer skirts, so mixing things up makes a difference.
