#u know bc now I can convince my brain I slept a little bc I had my eyes closed for like 2h while listening to it #it’s like u can almost gaslight it into thinking that that podcast was actually dreaming bc we for sure were asleep yes #also this sucks bc it’s ahead of its schedule; I can’t sleep during summers so like what is this then #the climate change is affecting my insomnia cycle damnit #real unfortunate tho if it keeps going for longer (just been like 2ish weeks now) bc I got a thesis plus other shit to do #(also to anyone who’s unclear on the subject; yes I have slept during these 2ish weeks I'm not dying i'm just hella tired bc it’s not good #refreshing long sleeps bc mf it takes like 5 hours to fall asleep)#(except today bc it’s 7am and I’m giving up on it & hopefully will have a nap sometime during the day idk)#(im tired and getting increasingly more stressed abt becoming more tired and then not having the energy to do things that I fully neeed to #get done and how the stress just yes helps ah nice)#(sorry for ranting in thr tags; weird state of mind here bc of aforementioned)#march 2024 #2024

i was finally able 2 ask my mom today if she could call about my medication since shes home but o boy am i suffering even harder today

#my whole head is so tense my muscles in there feel like theyre constantly fatigued and that is the worse feeling #on top of the pain #i havent felt this awful in years #i am so overwhelmed with it all #the mental & physical issues im being beat with #im dangling on a string n they r just SMACK THWACK POW POW BANG THUD #i am so tired that it hurts no matter how much i sleep #and my acid reflux is acting up and it feels like my lungs r burning #my body hurts i want to lat down but then laying down everything is touching me #i cant think #ive jsut been sitting in front of my fan w my eyes closed begging for it all 2 go away #it's the only place i can kinda get away n get relief #anxiety can beat my ass like nothin else

HELLO MISCEANIMALIS AND THERIAN COMMUNITY!! It’s nesting season where I am and I CANT SLEEP!! It’s been 2 night stuck awake until 3 or 4 am and it’s taking a toll on me! please give me some hints or tips on how to sleep bc this is the second night in a row. It’s 3 am PLEASE

oh- below is what I’ve tried to cope

I tried building a nest but it’s too cold in my dorm to keep it up.

I have tried getting a snack or drink

I cant smell my alpha or scent them bc they’re 45 mins away and the hoodie I had from them that did smell no longer smells like them

I tried just listening to music or watching the little playlist of videos my alpha streams for me to watch if they pass out.

I’m new to the community (both A/B/O and therian though I’ve been aware of my therianism for a year) but never believed that the seasons have been effecting me like this bc it’s EVERY fall that this happens. I need help so bad PLEASE 🙏

Extra info that may be important is that I’m a bunny therian and omega. My alpha and I both just randomly realized one day that the shared “ghost limbs” we had were not simply autism but an actual thing non-autistic people experience.

just need a reality check real quick: its not normal to stay in bed all day if you dont have anything you absolutely have to do, right? like for ppl who arent depressed or w/e, even on a day off you usually get out of bed and do things right?
