If the economy NEEDS workers working in degrading, dehumanizing, dangerous jobs where they have very little power, then you need to get a different economy. Any world that relies upon the exploitation and abuse of the workers needs to be burned to the ground and rebuilt. We can make a society where no one has to work a job that’s physically, mentally, spiritually, socially, emotionally, or environmentally unhealthy or unsafe for them. We need to create that society.

i think western celebrity worship culture is such a strange prison. Free yourself. You will become an entirely different person if you just let go of these people who will never care about you, about us as a whole. Go for a walk. Read a book. Paint, dance, forget about them. go watch a foreign film. go watch an old film or an indie film from a director you've never heard of. Look at all the different faces. Find peace in the fact that you recognize none of them.

As a disabled wheelchair user something that has always annoyed me about the x-men fandom is how they ignore and “fix” Charles disability

Either people write that the bullet missed him or he got better or they just completely ignore the fact that he is a paralysed wheelchair user

Like why is him being disabled so much more difficult to write then him being able bodied

Why does Charles have to be able bodied in order to be in a romantic relationship

Why does fan art cut out his wheelchair

Why does no one want to see a disabled person being represented
