At first, Lucc find it difficult to believe that someone could possess hair more beautiful than his own, as He prides himself on his appearance and considers himself almost unmatched in terms of physical perfection. He might initially brush off the idea, thinking it impossible because he is perfect in every way possible (prideful much)

But you are literally so pretty already,you never had a bad hair day and He know because he had Hattori watch you once a whole week,your hair stay as pretty and perfect as it always is,he find himself in a trance of admiration and envy

At some point,Lucci comes to terms with the reality of his girlfriend having more beautiful hair, he would likely observe it in quiet admiration. He might not openly express his thoughts or emotions, but he would secretly marvel at the sheer beauty and elegance of you hair and while trying to figure out your secret (your secret is not murdering people)

Lucci's competitive nature would likely kick in soon enough, and he would view his partner's hair as a challenge to his own perfection. He might start researching hair care techniques, seeking ways to improve his own locks to match or surpass hers. Lucci would not settle for anything less than being the best, even when it comes to hair.

Despite his efforts, Lucci might find it difficult to match the natural beauty of his your hair,at this point his envy of your pretty hair is at it's highest

Lucci will not vocalize his thoughts even if he was held at gunpoint ,he would occasionally drop subtle compliments about your hair,He would choose his words carefully, making sure to maintain his stoic demeanor while conveying his appreciation for your beauty. These compliments would be rare but sincere, serving as rare glimpses into his softer side

Lucci might start experimenting with different hair care products and techniques, driven by a desire to match or surpass your beauty

He went so far to have a secret hair care night with khalifa and made her swear on her life to not tell a soul about it ,they spent basically gossiping while trying to do a hair care routine that khalifa though would help him

At some Lucci would come to accept that his partner's hair is naturally more beautiful than his own just because perhaps you have amazing genes and the lack of murder can give your hair good karma unlike his owm

This probably slightly bruise his ego, but he recognize and appreciate your unique beauty. He would understand that there are aspects of you that surpass his own perfection, and he would learn to embrace and celebrate that rather than feel threatened by it because after all ,you HIS girlfriend so you're basically adding to his perfection (this is how he is coping with this)

Overall, Lucci's reaction would be a mixture of competitiveness, silent admiration, and grudging acceptance because he loves you but he is envious that he can't be perfect in this aspect

He might ask you to spare with him so he can kick your ass and feel superior again,DO not accept it ,let him learn how to be a loser for once (maybe twice if it's after water 7 LMAO)

And perhaps that's how he had his glow up as a Cipher Pol 0 Agent

Your feet were tired from the constant stading in high heels and formal talks with colleagues. The night was held by the world government in which Cipher Pol 0-9 gather along with other high ranking officers to catch up or enjoy a night of leisure.

Your eyes wander, looking for ocean eyes. Rob Lucci’s. The room was filled with people in suits and long gowns, mesmerizing silk and gold lingering. It was loud but quiet, whispers and mumbles filled the room along with minimized laughters. the smell of champagne and rose fill the hall. You were having a hard time looking for your person of interest, especially with black masks covering half of your face.

“(Name).”

A soft gasp left your lips as you felt his breath against your ear.

“Lucci,” you mumbled as everyone did.

He glanced on the huge glass door behind you that lead to the garden where no one was. It really shows how your coworkers really care about their reputations.

But who were you to judge?

He led the way while you follow, quietly slipping away from the crowd. You felt grass pricking your toes from you shoes, the whispers quietly became white noise as the sound of the water fountain relaxed you. No eyes were set on you or him, just the two of you away from prying eyes.

As you walked further to the garden, the voices diminished. The string quartet and piano started playing. The sound of shuffling and heels clacking echoed as the other agents started to dance. He removed his mask, the moon’s light softly caressing his sharp features. He walked around the water fountain, opposite of the glass door. You followed and sat on the fountain’s side, removing your mask. Lucci sat beside you, taking a deep breath of relief. He hated formalities but was forced to adhere to it.

You leaned to his shoulders, the scent of his cologne filling your nose. He let you do as you want, just not in front of other. Especially since you two are the golden children of cipher pol, if one of you messed up, people would pry and blame the relationship. People talk.

You have reputations. but with everybody watching you, you’re every move, you keep it secret.

The two of you won’t let the have it.

Shield of Elbaf

I think Guernica is plotting against the World Government.

I think his eyes are a visual cue of his duplicity. I think they are meant to represent Go pieces. CP-0 plays both side while reaping he benefits.

I think it was foreshadowed by Sakazuki who accused Cipher Pol of going over the Gorosei's head.

Guernica undermined the Gorosei in regards to Nika. He had a role in Luffy awakening bringing Joy Boy back into the world. Which I think might have more meaning.

He took the picture of Luffy in Gear 5 which became his bounty poster picture.

He has said some questionable things. He told Lucci that the World Government were no better than pirates.

He told X Drake he envied him for following his own sense of justice.

I think Guernica's betrayal will have a big impact because he was handling the governments illicit weapons deal that the navy were seemingly in the dark about.

Their last deal was apparently enough weapons for a war which is ominous.

I subscribe to the theory that some of the Sheep's House orphans became mask CP0 members.

I went back to see if any of the kids might match Guernica when I noticed this giant kid that went with Gerd to meet Big Mom. We never see his face and he disappears from the story.

When Shanks is in Elbaf we get a scene that is a call back to the first chapter with a giant child asking to join Shanks crew. And he has a helmet identical to the mystery giant child from Big Mom's past. I think Guernica was that giant child who passed down his helmet.

Giants celebrate the death and rebirth of Sun which makes Guernica's part in Luffy's awakening symbolic (if my theory is true).

Again I think his eyes reveal the truth he as one eye like Odin. Elbaf is inspired by Norse mythology the king of the giants in named Loki. As to how Guernica could be a giant I think it's because of a Devil Fruit. There is a non-canon Devil Fruit called the Mini Mini no Mi which decreases size that coincidentally were eaten by non-canon giants.

Speaking of giants it was revealed the New Giant Warrior Pirates are the ones who rescued Oharan books. Which apparently the navy did not see the value of.

They were led by Saul.

Who thought negatively about Elbaf giants. Doesn't really make sense does it.

Unless there was an inside man. I think Guernica was part of the survey crew on Ohara and covered up the books survival. I think he linked up Saul with his old comrades to rescue the books.
