Control
Tumblr media
Summary: Steve knows what’s best for you. You’re nothing without him, he knows this that’s why he’s in control.
CW: daddy kink, ditzy!reader, controlling!steve, mean!steve, ddlg undertones, cock warming.
Tumblr media
“No, go change” he states giving you a light nudge to the the room. “But I like these-” you try to protest but he gives you a stern look and you nod walking back into the room. “What should I wear daddy?” You ask looking through your dresser. “Some thing that doesn’t show your legs, you know Eddie has a crush on you.” He tells you. “Okay” you peep grabbing some plain black leggings. As you come back out in your new outfit Steve smiles and give you a kiss on the forehead. “Perfect, you look beautiful” he says softly grabbing his car keys. You take ahold of his hand, lord knows where you would end up if Steve wasn’t there to guide you from the front yard to the driveway.
“You don’t like pesto sauce baby, you always make a grossed out face when you see it. Choose something like lasagna or chicken penne.” He says pointing to the menu. “Oh, okay, thanks Stevie” you smile looking back at the menu. The waiter come back, “okay is everyone ready to order?” He asks holding up his notepad. “Yeah we’re ready” Steve replies. “I’ll have the lemon chicken piccata and she’ll have the lasagna” he tells the waiter. “Okay, that should be right up, just let me know if you two need anything else” the waiter speaks walking off to the kitchen. “Daddy, I need a refill” you peep. “The waiter was just here why didn’t you tell me?” He asks, “was nervous she looks mean” you look down ashamed. “Hey, it’s okay I’ll let him know to get you some more. M’not mad okay?” He tells you giving you a kiss on the cheeks and poking your side making you giggle.
After dinner you guys were heading to Robins to drink and watch the football game since it was Sunday. Well, Steve was drinking, your not allowed to drink. As you two get there Steve leads you into the house greeting everyone as you guys make your way to the couch. Steve take a seat at one end and you sit next to him in the middle. After a couple of minutes Eddie come in and plops down on the opposite end next to you. “Hey sweetheart” he says to you. “Hi, Eddie” you smile. Steve looks at Eddie up and down. “Get on my lap princess” Steve tells you bitterly. “Are you sure I-” you go to speak but he cuts you off, “now” he states you nod sitting on lap laying you head on his chest.
As the night went on Steve started to get drunk and that’s when he became more lenient with what you could do. He asked you to get him another and as you made you way into the kitchen. Robin asks for the Pringles on the fridge. You get the beer and open it then reach for the chips, but as you stand on your tippy toes you still can’t reach it. You huff in annoyance, when a warm body presses up against you and grabs the chips and holds them up higher. You turn around quickly. “Eddie give ‘em” you tell him with a smile. “Oh did you need this baby?” He asks with faux confusion. You giggle and try to reach for them. He moves them higher. “Eddie! Need to give daddy his beer, give ‘em” you say playfully. “Poor daddy doesn’t have his beer oh no. The worlds ending” he jokes. You laugh trying to reach the chips in his hand jumping up lightly to try and grab them.
Then, “ahem” an angry Steve stands in the doorway with his hands on his hips. You back up quickly, “sorry daddy, I was trying to get the chips, h-here’s your beer” you hand it to him. He sighs putting the beer down on the counter. “Munson didn’t we talk about staying away from things that aren’t yours” Steve asks walking closer to Eddie. “Yeah, but she’s a person not a thing and you don’t own her” Eddie replies crossing his arms. Steve chuckles darkly looking Eddie up and down. “Sweetheart get in the car” Steve says looking back at you. You nod and scurry off. “You even look at her the wrong way I’ll slice your throat and cut you dick off.” Steve says with a twisted smile. Eddie’s face falls, Steve pats his chest and walks off. You were already waiting in the car, hoping he wasn’t too pissed at you. Since you were still recovering from the spanking he gave you two days ago. As he opened the door it caused you to snap out of your thoughts you look at him, he didn’t show signs of any emotion that you could detect.
The whole car ride was silent, he knuckles turned white as the gripped the steering wheel. As you guys pulled into the driveway he got out slamming the door behind him doing the same to the front door. You were scared to move, scared to go inside. But you wanted to hold him, tell him your sorry. You didn’t mean to ruin his night. You felt horrible. Finally working up the courage you walk inside and steve is sitting on the couch in the living room. Manspreading and a beer in hand. You let out a quiet shaky breath before taking your shoes off and sitting your purse down. You calming walk over to the couch sitting next to him still not saying anything. “Get on my lap” he says rough and demanding. You look and him and nod scurrying to straddle him. He undoes his belt and his jeans. Pulling out his hard cock, “c’mon sit” he says not even looking at you. As you situate yourself to hover over him before sinking down on him letting a small whimper fall from your lips. “Daddy, I’m sorry” you tells him giving his jaw a small wet kiss. “I know, baby. Just sit here while daddy watches the game and then you can show me how sorry you are” he coos kissing your cheek before focusing his attention back to the game. “Oh and don’t think about moving, if you do I’ll tie you up and edge you til your crying” he says softly rubbing your back soothingly. You nod laying your head in the crook of his neck.
This was gonna be a long night.

my meal plan this week :
~ i find i eat less when im not counting calories because i always feel like when im counting i can justify eating more (esp when im trying to put my protein higher) (idk paying attention to calories makes me binge but when i record what i eat without cals i eat less) so i’ve decided not to count calories and instead stick to strict control of portions + planning of 1 or 2 meals and 2 or 3 snacks a day (one during the day and one at night) (on days i have 1 meal i have 3 snacks, 2 meals = 2 snacks)
my meals are
penne meatballs and marinara my bf made
6 perogies with onions, kraut, sour cream, 2 slices of bacon
pasta and pesto + boursin
beef veggie soup (rutabaga, beets, cabbage, beef, beef broth, parmesan rind, potatoes)
pumpkin soup (roasted pumpkin + onions, mash and cook with water and seasonings and a little maple syrup and ricotta for thickening, serve with chicken empanadas)
mashed rutabaga n ground beef w parm 😋
oatmeal + cream
my snacks are
cookies (pilsbury autumn ones i can have as a snack but only one serving)
protein shake w/ water
empanadas
baked potatoes w/ bacon n parm
roasted n mashed pumpkin w maple syrup
hot cocoa 😋
aiming for 3l of water a day but tea is included
~
this meal plan allows me food freedom and to create space for foods i enjoy without obsessing about calories or protein goals, last time i did this i lost like 20 lbs but went back to counting and ended up binging because i ate based on calories instead of satiating physical hunger, now im focusing on satiating hunger and portion control (i will measure all my food and only eating those servings)
i also plan on waking up early and doing a yoga flow in the mornings + a yoga flow at night (sun and moon salutations) 🧘🏻‍♀️ and different mat workouts m w f and weekend but this is something i aim for every day lol
Tumblr media
using this for when i feel hunger to determine wether im hungry or its something else so i only eat when its physical hunger

National Pasta Day
Life is too short, and I’m Italian. I’d much rather eat pasta and drink wine than be a size 0. -  Sophia Bush
Picture this….a warm steaming pile of spaghetti in a rich red sauce, littered with seasoned sausage, black olives, and mushrooms served with crusty garlic bread on the side.
Or, perhaps the idea of a rich Chicken Fettuccine in a creamy garlic white sauce is more likely to be what blows your mind.
Pasta comes in over 600 shapes known to mankind, and their names are usually Italian words that are delightfully descriptive of their shapes. Spaghetti (‘cord’), vermicelli (‘little worms’), rotini (‘spirals’), fusilli (‘spindles’), tortellini (‘little cakes’), linguini (‘little tongues’), conchiglie (‘shells’), fettuccine (‘small ribbons’), penne (‘quills’) and capellini (‘fine hairs’) are the savory little goodies that are essential to any pantry.
While Italian food made it famous, that was actually only a gateway to pasta. Chinese Chow Mein and German Spaetzle are just a couple of the ways the world has taken pasta and fallen in love with it all over again.
And World Pasta Day is the perfect time to celebrate this love!
History of World Pasta Day
World Pasta Day was brought into existence as part of the World Pasta Congress on the 25th of October in 1995. Experts from all over the world came together to discuss the glories of the noodle, with particular emphasis on the importance of spreading knowledge of the world’s panorama of pasta. This organization uses World Pasta Day to promote the eating of pasta, along with its cultural and culinary importance.
The World Pasta Congress engages in everything from encouraging consumers to try new pasta to providing important information to institutions and promotions of this increasingly popular food. Every country is encouraged to celebrate the day in its own way while sharing the logo of the official organization and participating in the global strategy of World Pasta Day.
How to Celebrate World Pasta Day
Food days are simple and easy to celebrate, but they can come with a variety of layers as well. Look to these ideas for inspiration, then create your own ways to celebrate World Pasta Day:
Eat Pasta–and Lots of It!
One of the best ways to celebrate World Pasta Day is by preparing a favorite dish and enjoying the delicious flavors and textures that come along with that noodly goodness. There’s no better way to renew a deep appreciation for it than by wolfing down this healthy and semi-nutritious food.
Most people don’t enjoy eating pasta without any sauce, but the options for what to put on it range from the simple to the complex. Try it with a little melted butter and garlic. Cheese sauce (such as alfredo), tomato sauce (bolognese or marinara), and pesto are traditional options. But some people like to get super creative with unique flavors like butternut squash carbonara, avocado and mango sauce, or herbed white wine sauce. The options are virtually endless!
Host a World Pasta Day Party
Folks who are feeling like they want to share the day can go all out and host a World Pasta day party. This is a great way for everyone to come together to share their favorite pasta dish, or exchange recipe ideas with other guests to help the love of the noodle spread. Be sure to be prepared for one momentous night of rich and creamy carbohydrate overload. It may be that naps will be mandatory, but stomachs will most definitely be full!
For the truly daring, enhance the party by having participants only bring pasta dishes that they have never tried before. Try new noodle types, or even making your own pasta. Experiment with sauces and flavors that may be outside of the normal palate.
Try Making Homemade Pasta
Some people find it a little difficult and time-consuming, but the benefits of making fresh, homemade pasta are absolutely worth it! The easiest way to make it is by using an at-home pasta maker, which can be a little bulky to store in the kitchen but turns pasta-making into a breeze.
The recipe for pasta is fairly simple, using just a few ingredients. Basic pasta will consist of semolina wheat flour, eggs, olive oil and a bit of sea salt. Some pasta recipes don’t include eggs, while others might have a more unique flavor, such as spinach, sun-dried tomato, saffron, roasted red pepper and more.
Those who don’t have a pasta maker can certainly make it by hand, as it was done for hundreds of years in every home in Italy! It takes a little more work in the rolling, but it’s a fun, adventurous project in the kitchen. A food processor and stand mixer will help this process immensely, and a pasta drying rack is also a useful tool.
Try Something New (Or Very Old) In Pasta
This is the ideal day to get creative and experiment with different flavors and dishes. For instance, many people don’t know that Spaetzle was traditionally served with a sour sauce/gravy for Sauerbraten. It’s amazing! Imagine what else could unfold into the culinary world for those who will take World Pasta Day to broaden their horizons!
Attend World Pasta Day Events
All over the world, in various communities, people are celebrating pasta on this day. Get online or check out a local announcements board to find out which events might be happening in the area. For instance, some folks might have a pasta cook-off, while others might create a pasta festival. Those who can’t find a World Pasta Day event in their local area could certainly consider creating one! After all, it’s for the love of pasta.

Sorry for posting this in just about every place I have said a word but I'm really proud of supper and the fact I actually Made Food.
It's a chicken pesto salad. I seasoned the chicken with: garlic + onion powder, plus paprika, and oregano and Italian seasoning. Cooked it in a pan with butter until most pieces were browned and then I set it aside to cool down.
The pasta shape is penne, which I cooked per box instructions and salted the water. Once it was cooked I drained the pasta, let it cool off as well and, in the strainer I tossed the pasta in a little oil to prevent sticking.
As the pasta cooled I cut my veggies: Almost an entire orange bell pepper, about half of an already previously used cucumber (it was a big cucumber), about half of a tomato, and a small white onion. I cut all of them to be roughly the same size, aka, bite sized/small dice.
Then, I mixed my pasta and chicken together in a bowl with 1/2 cup of pesto, then added my veggies (I did this 1. Because it made a good picture but also 2. laying them out like this let me see if I would've needed more of anything), and then mixed everything together. After this, I added the last bit of pesto in my jar and mixed it again!
Finally, I scooped myself a big bowlful and topped it off with Parmesan cheese and some black pepper!!

Balsamic Chicken Pesto
Penne Noodles
Chicken Breast
Tomatoes
Sunflower Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Pesto
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Boil the penne until they're chewy, or not. Make them how you like. I like mine a bit on the firm side personally.
While the penne is boiling, cut up your chicken and tomatoes.
Get a skillet.
Put your sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, chicken, and tomato into the aforementioned skillet that you definitely do have.
Let the penne finish boiling, drain it, rinse it, and add it to the skillet.
Fry on medium heat.
After however long it takes for the chicken to be fully cooked, add the pesto in and mix.
Let it fry for a bit longer, maybe on medium-high. Don't let it burn that's rude to the food.
You should be done by now but idk I just made this for the first time.
