◈ @jynxd [ ⋯ ] Send “I’ve got you” . ⸻ "I’ve got you” (for baroness?)
⸻ [ S ] OMETIMES, AN EXECUTION WENT OFF WITHOUT a hitch, and sometimes they made it messy. The assassin had a high kill rate, good at her job, and never failed. She never missed. Even now, the body lay to ruin the streets of Zaun after the tussle. Course not every job is clean, but it doesn't mean it's not finished. An animal always fought back when placed against the wall; even a deer's hooves were as deadly as a tiger's claws. The Snow leopard never let her prey escape though, as she stepped through the doors of the cafe. Eyes shot up, a quick note that it was the Baroness, and instantly the barista at the counter calmed. The guards moved to stand but she lifted her hand, a shake of her head that she would be fine.
Silence lingered as her deputy followed to the door and then to her place outside to allow the Baroness the time to clean herself. As silent as any predator, she walked into her bathroom and stared in the mirror. Her face was shadowed by the hood over head her, darkening her ocean blue eyes. Reaching up she pulled off the hood down, and then started to pull off the rest of her armor. It was only then when she hissed, pulling down the sleeve of her outfit that the wound was noticed among her body. Scars littered her skin like trophies, along her forearms, her back, and her legs. It never bothered her, but the pain annoyed the Baroness.
Just as she stripped down to nothing, she heard the voice behind her. "Little sapphire, did you come through my window?" Caitlyn huffed through tired lips, looking through the mirror at her. Jinx would notice the cut against her cheek, the blood trickling down like a candlewax painting. A gasp-like x adored her left arm and blood over her hands. "It's worse then it looks," Caitlyn tried to console the younger one, as she reached over to turn on her bathtub, running some hot water as she climbed in and sat down, clearly exhausted from her hunt. Thrilled, excited, but tired.

⌜ ♥ @goldenmedic ⌟ ―― Baroness Caitlyn & Alexis ► 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 = ❝ Only if you'd like. Maybe a case of mistaken identity and Baroness thinks Alexis is someone else or if you have another idea that's fine too of course: REVERSED [ CHAINS ] receiver’s muse wakes up with their arms chained above their heads and sender’s muse is standing in front of them, waiting for them to wake up. ((Alexis being the one chained up)) ❞
Caitlyn tugged at her leather jacket, pulling it off of her shoulders, and arranged it over a chair where a table lay, adored with several different instruments of torment. Her red tank top was adorned with a red buckle top that rested against her shoulders. A chain draped from the left top down to her right hip as she started to pull off her gloves. Precision was the key to torture, knowing just how to make someone sing without killing them. What use would this person be if she just stabbed and mauled and sent him into shock so he couldn't talk? No, there was an artistic design to torture that had to be balanced. Providing just enough means of a push without throwing someone over the edge that they would slur their speech and be useless.
The gloves would only hinder her ability, she had to know just the right amount of pressure to apply. Her hands grabbed her chair, tugging on it as the scrapping screeching sound echoed in the room. "come on now," Caitlyn said, patting the side of their face, oddly sweet in her actions despite the fact they were hanging from the ceiling and their feet unable to touch the ground. She dropped down into the chair, waiting til finally, the other started to rouse from their sleep. "Finally, I was starting to think they drugged you a little too much," Caitlyn smiled, her hands folded over her stomach, and leather-bound legs crossed as she tapped her foot in the air.
The room was dark, stone walls all around without any windows to view outside. A single door was visible behind Caitlyn, closed for now. Despite the dark stone walls, some neon lights provided enough ambiance to see without being overbearing to the eyes. "Let's see those eyes, and how about you give me a name,"

Caitlyn Kiramman (14) had been attacked and chased down the streets of Piltover til she got to the bridge, which she was thrown over. When she woke up, she was in the undercity, soaking wet and clueless of how she got there. Her memory was shaky and she had no idea how to return to Piltover, and a man by the name of Silco found her, leaving her at Babette's in the thought of using her.
However, after half a year of searching, Piltover told the Kiramman family to give up, and that she died at sea, as the last place the clues lead was the bridge that she fell to her death and drown with no body to recover. This left Caitlyn broken, abandoned by the city she thought would find her one day (Unaware that her family did keep searching for years despite publically accepting this death claim). With that, she gave up on Piltover and embraced Zaun. She started to learn how to be violent, using her confidence and skills with a knife while learning the darker side she had: She was good at hiding in shadows and using it to her skill. At the age of 14, Caitlyn met an assassin, and started to train with them, developing her skills and abilities. She had to learn to defend ehrself in ways and this was one of the things she found herself skilled with. She didn't new brute strength but finesse and timing.
When she turned 20, she started her own business, built from the ground up and becoming her own made Chem Baroness. People feared her, not just for her assassin skills and contracts, but the fact that she had gained the loyalty from many people due to her style of leadership. She has opened multiple businesses, including a restaurant, brothel house, and a small cafe bar, all for the pleasures of Piltover brought to Zaun. She is known for giving the best Piltovan experience money can buy without having to be overpriced or under impressed. But, while the cafe, named Cupcakes and Cappuccino, does sell pastries and drinks and liquor, its all a front. Her real business comes from her deals behind doors. She is a highly adept smuggler (plenty of lessons from Piltover she uses to her advantage) but also her use of contracts. It can be contracts to use her assassins, or to smuggle something whether it be Noxian liquor or Piltover sweets, she can get her hand on almost anything due to her connections in Piltover (with manipulation and influence of her contracts). They do not know her as Caitlyn in Piltover anymore, those she works with she takes the name "Cira Ketamine" and they never see her face. If she does go topside, she wears a wig to ensure that no one knows who she actually is.
Caitlyn considers herself a true neutral Chem Baroness, she does not want much territory and she is not looking for power. All she cares about is running her business, providing services to Zaun while also protecting the people of her territory.

◈ ⇢ @jynxd ⋯ DND 5e SKILLS STARTERS . ❝ D20 roll = 15 . Jinx successful infultrates a sweet shoppe and steals some sweeties . ❞
⊰ ⸻ ⊱ 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐱'𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐡𝐞 found herself comforted by her presence. They moved into the streets of Zaun, shifting and curving around as Caitlyn pulled her hood over her head more. It still felt surreal, wearing Zaunite clothing when she had always worn Piltovan garbs. The dark material clung to her body and made her blend easier into the shadows and people didn't look at her as intensely as before. "Jinx, where are we going?" She questioned, as she paused and suddenly Jinx was climbing up a ladder.
With her height, she didn't have to jump like Jinx did and climbed up the bars into a small rafter of a building. Caitlyn ducked down, her claws digging into the wood yet she was as silent as the feline she descended from. She settled down on the wood and glanced over to Jinx.
She saw a finger put up to her lip and the girl was smiling, like a sneaky little mouse prowling into the building. Caitlyn kept quiet as she watched Jinx who lowered down and jumped into the ground and Caitlyn tilted her head, watching her. She started to sneak around the sweet shoppe, and was stuffing her jacket with things. Caitlyn hadn't had a chocolate bar in months, she honestly missed the sweet shoppe she would often go to. Her mouth watered just at the thought of it as she took a breath, trying to contain her desire to have a cupcake. This was Jinx's little stealth mission and she wasn't going to interrupt.
After ten minutes, Jinx was back up in the rafter and Caitlyn grinned. "You're good at this," Caitlyn whispered when a little creak of a door sounded. "Is someone there?" Called out a high tone male voice as Caitlyn twisted around and crawled out of the hole they had entered with Jinx right behind her. Once back outside, Caitlyn scaled up the side of the building to the roof and plopped down on it.
"You've done this before, haven't you?" Caitlyn asked.

Caitlyn gave a quiet thank you to Sevika, an old habit that never died despite aligning with Zaun. She provided as much detail as she could to the kingpin, doing her job not just efficiently but effectively. She leaned back in the chair, crossing her legs over one another, and moved her hands to settle in her lap. Just as Sevika had predicted, her news of the Noxian spoke gained interest and she waited for Silco to respond on how he would like to act. Her foot tapped lightly in the air, as she turned her eyes toward the device Silco picked up and allowed him to use its function that picked up the sounds. A brief turn of her head watched Jinx thoughtfully as she inspected the workmanship of the device before giving her attention back to Silco.
"He has yet to pinpoint you in any affairs currently, though he's suspicious of the Lanes and he's convinced he will get answers in this location. He's been investigating Margot's territory currently, seeing what he can pick up and hear there. He's learned of the territories, including Renni's, and Smeech, as well as digging into what their positions are. He says his next target is investigating the medical wing, including Renata's affairs. How much of what he knows he did not tell me as of yet, only that he is slowly collecting information on every territory and mapping their districts and the threat level of each," Caitlyn explained and turned to look at Sevika.
A smile touched her lips, unable to hide the chuckle at Sevika's confidence in her skills; and Caitlyn knew it wasn't bolster but truth. She wasn't just good, Sevika had the prowess of any warrior that could make a man piss himself just by looking at her.
the sudden squeal caused Caitlyn to whip her head back toward Jinx who caught the device. "If you want, Jinx, I can get you a pair if you want to tinker with it. Who knows, you might make it work better," She offered the blue-haired woman before giving a small shrug at Jinx's offer. Her bloodlust never ended and it appealed to the Piltovan as she never grew tired of watching the young woman thrive on a hunt. However, her attention immediately snapped back to Silco the moment he spoke and nodded.
"Yes, I can get one of them to speak to them. I know exactly who to deliver the message to," Caitlyn said, a form of subtle insult to Finn but also knowing the deputy would be far more effective in his duties than the pseudo powerhouse Finn thought he was. Caitlyn quite enjoyed the thought of insulting Finn, always little reminders that despite him having his reign longer, she had more confidence in her abilities than he ever could prove. "He'll make sure the job is done immediately,"
Inside his office, Silco marched over towards his desk. As he took a seat, Jinx hopped on the table beside him, crossing her legs. Her sapphire eyes darted between the people in the room. Sevika had brushed the chair, Caitlyn was going to sit on, clean of dust and now settled down on the couch. Everybody's eyes rested on Caitlyn as the restaurant chain owner and master of espionage began to speak.
The rookie Enforcer wouldn't be much of a problem. A small scare, which barely gave him a peek behind the curtain should be enough to chase him out of Zaun and back into Marcus' arms. Of course, Silco would have to remind Marcus harshly to reprimand his man and remember the agreement: None of the Enforcers were to set foot in the Lanes unless Silco explicitly ordered them to. They were there to add additional pressure to the Firelights, not the people of Zaun. Yes, technically the Firelights were Zaunites too, but they were actively working against him on a regular enough basis to be considered a threat.
It was the other news, which Caitlyn revealed, that caught Silco's attention. A Noxian double-agent, who was mostly there to keep tabs on the ongoings between Zaun and Piltover. Someone, who tried to unravel how the City of Iron and Glass worked. Something, which Silco couldn't stand. Noxus was a nation of conquerors. While it was extremely unlikely that they would care enough to invade Zaun as marching an army into the convoluted labyrinth of pipes, narrow streets and gorges was almost impossible, they shouldn't be spying on the Undercity at all.
Silco picked up the small secondary bug, Caitlyn had placed on the desk. He gave the regulation dial a few careful twists with his fingers. Holding it briefly against his ears, he could dimly make out faint whispers and a few fractured, spoken words. A thoughtful hum escaped his lips and he placed the bug back down. Jinx leaned over and scooped it up, curiously inspecting it herself. Silco ignored her.
He inquired: "Did the spy tell you all relevant information? Or do you feel like he might still be hiding something from us? Do you know how much he has already unravelled about Zaun?" Mismatched eyes turned towards his deputy. "Sevika, do you believe you could bait him into spilling his guts? Make his training as a soldier fail him and start blabbing. I want him dead, of course, however, there is no point in murdering someone, if they have not used up all their utility."
"Oh, don't worry, Sir." There was an almost perverted joy in Sevika's voice as her lips flashed hard, chiselled teeth in a vile grin. "I know how to bait someone. That spy will be telling us of the first time, he made in his diapers in no time."
Jinx cut off the tense tone of the conversation with a confused squeal as she had accidentally almost dropped the bug and was now wildly leaning forwards in an effort to catch it. As per usual, the girl had only half listened to what Sevika had to say. Silco cleared his throat and held out his open hand.
"Jinx", he insisted and his daughter forked over the device.
"Okay, but why can we not just kill the spy immediately?", inquired Jinx, her almost unquenchable bloodthirst making her prone to the most extreme solution, "You said you wanted him dead anyway." His little predator always looked for the next opportunity for a hunt. And sometimes, she forgot the value of patience in that.
"We will in due time, Jinx", Silco said and addressed Caitlyn: "Your girls? Can one of them deliver a message towards the Slickjaws? I need Finn's men to deliver a little scare to the baby Enforcer. Just enough that he runs back to Piltover. The rookie is not a big priority, hence why we just need to get him back out of Zaun. He is not worth a kill."

My first Finn ask!! Yay! I hope this is good!
"I watched arcane for the plot." The plot:
(fluff, gn!reader, a little smidge of a jealous reader, I think this is it!)
˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰
Your job is pretty easy, you may have a bunch of stuff to do. But it's not too stressful, especially since your boss is none other than your husband. You're sitting on the edge of his desk as he's going on about the stuff that happened today, how the assignment he gave the chem barons got messed up by the firelights. You're not even sure if you're fully listening, you're honestly just staring at him. His words go in one ear and out the other, but the way his voice scratches your brain enables you from diverting your attention.
The moment is interrupted by a loud knock at the door, you quickly hop off his desk and take your place beside him. “Come in.” Finn's voice drones, clearly already uninterested and the person isn't even inside his office yet. One of the chem-baroness’ awkwardly steps inside the office, you don't recognize her, although you've seen her around. Finn looks up from his desk, his gaze staring holes in the poor woman, he leans back in his chair and motions for her to start talking, and she does. Finn listens to her, not as intently as she would have liked, occasionally butting in to give his comments, though he doesn't do or say much else.
When she leaves there's a, uncomfortable, silence that takes over the room. You have to give it to her, she goes on for a long while, longer than you would have liked, but it's impressive nonetheless. Although you felt like ripping her hair out halfway through when she started to give Finn the ‘fuck me’ eyes, though you don't blame her, and if it weren't for Finn grabbing your thigh and silently telling you no, you would have.
You scoff, “I don't think I've ever heard someone talk so long before.” You sit back up on the edge of his desk, swinging your legs over so you're facing Finn this time. One of his hands rests comfortably on your thigh, rubbing it as he shakes his head, fighting a smile. “She made some interesting points.” He looks up at you, leaning his cheek on your knee, the cold metal of his prosthetic jaw causes you to flinch away from him. He laughs at your antics and gives your knee a kiss, as good of a kiss as he can.
You grab on to his left arm, lifting it up to grab his hand. You trace your finger over the cold metal of the wedding band that adorns his ring finger. He chuckles and his eyes flick down to your own wedding band. “I have no idea how no one has noticed yet,” you think out loud, your finger trailing up his ring finger and up his arm, tracing some of his tattoos. “I mean, it's not like we actively hide it.” You finish your thought, looking at the tattoo on his chest and tracing it with your finger, he sighs and grabs your hand. “I don't know.” He brings your hand up to kiss your palm.
You slide off the desk and into his lap, placing your arms around his neck, as he lets go of your hand, moving to cup your face, he brings his face closer, connecting your lips together. A soft kiss, his silent way of saying ‘I love you.’ You reciprocate before pulling away and resting your forehead on his. You smile and he kisses you again, it's a little awkward to kiss someone with a prosthetic jaw, but you've gotten used to it.
It's these soft moments that you two have together to remind you both that, no matter what, you will always have each other. “Till death do us part.” He mumbles into the kiss and you laugh breathlessly. “Till death do us part.” You repeat him, resting your head on his shoulder. Both of you enjoying the peace of the moment.

☾ * ― Baroness Caitlyn has a meeting with Chem Baron Finn, and it doesn't go according to his plan.
The Baroness sat in her little coffee shop, in the far corner of a plush dark blue leather seat. Her legs crossed, as her finger tapped lightly against the back of the seat. She didn't need a shower of gold, or people around her to elude the sense of power she displayed. Her arms spread out like a pair of wings, and the tapping of metal talons on her pointer finger displays her predatory nature despite her origins in Piltovan blood. Most people were completely unaware of her Ionian history, and she liked to keep it that way. However, her face displayed a fashion of boredom, her lips pursed with eyes narrowed on the preening yellow jacket of the chem-baron before her. "Bold, Finn, marching into my territory as if you own the place,"
Tap. Tap. Tap.
A tilt of her head came just slightly as she watched Finn's walk. Heavy steps, stretching out his legs like a false predator. Stretching out his jacket like peacock feathers as he settled down in a chair across from Caitlyn and she pointed her finger. "Close enough," She threatened a hint of danger on the tip of her tongue. The false bravado of the man came with a smile as he leaned forward, arms against his knees as he twisted the lighter in his hand. A slickjaw, golden lines to enhance his 'display' of his power. Even his tattoos meant to give him a bigger display of danger yet a peacock's feathers, like his markings, were all display and no action. Every mark meant to make him look dangerous. The tattoo of kill emboldened on his chest, the hyena on his neck. She wondered if Finn realized that Male hyenas had absolutely no power. Male hyenas were hated by the females, and the females were often aggressive and cruel to males. A male hyena can not dominate a female hyena, and she had no problem displaying that here in this moment.
"I think, you and I should have a talk, Caitlyn," Immediately Caitlyn's hair prickled against the back of her neck as she grabbed her cane and pressed it up against Finn's chest.
"Baroness. Make the mistake again to informally calling me by my name again, and I'll carve it into your chest," Caitlyn threatened, refusing to get on friendly terms with the prick. Finn let out a chuckle, as if amused by her behavior yet Caitlyn knew she had power in this room; Finn's arrogance could only go so far to protect him. He was on her territory, she could easily kill him right now for walking into her place without a formal invitation. However, he had a use, one that she would not take away from Silco. Finn was the garbage boy, and she enjoyed the amusement of watching him clean up the messes. "I would prefer to be on friendly terms, you and I have a lot in common; despite your unfortunate origin," Low blow. Caitlyn just smiled as she crossed her legs, bouncing her foot lightly.
"Speak plainly, Finn, I do not have time for flamboyant conversations," She spoke, another couple of taps from her talon pointer finger. A quiet yet subtle threat. Finn waved his hand a little annoyed but leaned back up and gave a nod. "I'm offering a hand of partnership. You never know when things change down here, Baroness, in a brief span of hours, the change of leadership can happen," Caitlyn didn't react, but she could tell Finn trying to make her fearful, cornered, perhaps trying to make her desperate to seek out partnerships. If she did that, it would continue to make her look weak. Unlike Finn, Caitlyn knew she held more power than what Finn knew. Picking up a cigarette, he placed it in his mouth and lit the end of it, taking his time. "You would do well to have me as an ally, rather than an enemy,"
A little smile touched Caitlyn's lips as she tilted her head. "Feeling threatened?" Caitlyn quieted, letting Finn pause as he pulled the cigarette from his lips. "What do you imply, Baroness," Caitlyn gave a small shrug as she stood up, the heels of her boots clicking against the ground as everyone went silent in the cafe. The barista behind the counter stopped cleaning the cup and took a step back, a couple in the corner froze mid-eating a cupcake and eyes on Caitlyn. The entire room silent and focused on the Chem-Baroness. Power eluded from her walk, slow and steady as she started to walk around Finn and she placed a hand on his shoulder, digging her talon pointer finger against him. "I'm implying that you are the one looking for allies, not me," She whispered and leaned over his shoulder, leaning closer toward his exposed neck and a whisper in his ear.
Finn tensed under her hands and growled, and all Caitlyn could do was smile. "Be careful what you say, your actions speak more than your words, Finn. I don't need you, and you should count yourself lucky that I don't rip out your throat right now. Now, on the term of allies," Caitlyn said, letting go of his shoulder and walking the rest of the way around him, stalking him like a wolf as she was back in front of him. "I'll send a message your way if I ever need your services. But next time you want to speak, you better send a runner. Otherwise, I won't hesitate to kill you. In fact, I know a couple of people who would quite enjoy to feast on your blood," Caitlyn spoke and before Finn could speak Caitlyn lifted her hand to stop him.
"Leave. We're through. Take your ruffled feathers and get out of my territory before I unleash my people on you," Caitlyn demanded, her icy blue eyes narrowed on him as Finn let out a growl before laughing.
"Big mistake, Baroness. Remember, you need friends down here, we all know a Piltie can't make it in these harsh streets," Caitlyn allowed a cruel smile to touch her lips.
"Oh Finn, it's cute when you try to scare me. You have nothing to say that I haven't heard already. Now tuck your pretty little feathers and go on," She said, as she saw the disgruntled look in the chem-baron as he walked out of the cafe. Caitlyn turned toward one of her henchmen and tilted her head. "Make sure he leaves, I don't want to see him in our streets without invitation," Caitlyn said, as the brawler of a man tipped his head and immediately walked out with three others behind him. A little soft sigh left her lips as she walked to the counter and the barista had already made up a cup of chai for her. Taking it, she took a sip and sat back down on her couch. "He's getting scared, he's going to make a move," She whispered to herself and smirked. She wondered what had set him off to start looking for allies. She would have to tell Silco about this, she would be sure he would find the information most illuminating.

"No you didn't, though you are welcome to leave now. Again, you have my apologies for the mistaken identity," She tipped her head, and despite her harsh nature, she was respectful in accepting her mistake. Caitlyn moved over to find a piece of paper, pressed a seal into it, and then moved back toward Alexis to pass them the paper. "Visit one of the shops in my territory, when they see this, they will get you whatever new clothes you need free of charge. It's on me," Caitlyn expressed and then narrowed her eyes toward the man hanging in the air in the chains with a nod.
A dark chuckle left Caitlyn's lips. "Accident my arse. You knew what you were doing," Caitlyn said and then glanced over to Alexis to see their response. "Have a good day," She tipped her head toward Alexis who seemed uninterested in taking his revenge so she turned back toward the table to grab a knife but stopped when the man hanging in the changes defiantly spat words out and Caitlyn's brow raised. Her hand flipped the switchblade in her palm, ready to cut his tongue out. He spoke a lot of filthy words for someone in a terrible position.
"No offense taken, you are allowed to leave when you wish, Alexis. You've done nothing against me," A mistake she had rightfully apologized for. Stepping aside, Caitlyn allowed Alexis privy to everything on the table as she twisted the blade back and forth in her hand, letting it whistle as she rolled her eyes at the idiotic man who just signed his death warrant. Yet at the same time, she wondered what Alexis could do, what pain could they draw from that knife he picked up. Caitlyn leaned her arms up against a chair as she saw the man realizing the mistake he made by speaking out so poorly. The echoing scream came from the man's lip as the knife not only cut the shirt but started to slice into his skin and Caitlyn just smirked, as she heard the sputtering words of the man echo out.
"Come on, this, this isn't needed! Baroness, I'll give you all the money and more!" His voice snapped in begging pleads as Caitlyn pulled the chair to the side, so she could watch. She crossed her leg as the switchblade closed and crossed her arms so the cover of the blade tapped against her lip. "But it is needed. You terrorized my people and stole money from them. No, I think you need a little pain to remember exactly who you are messing with. Plus, you insulted this person here by using them to get away with such actions. Oh no, they get a chance to punish you for your insolence. We'll see if I want to spare you or not, right now; I want you to suffer," Caitlyn's lips pooled with venom, angered by the man's actions to haunt her territory like some predator. No, he was prey, and now trapped in the grips of chains. She waved her hand toward Alexis, allowing them to continue with what they wanted to do first.
Of course there were protests, and whining from the man as he got escorted back by Caitlyn and her bodyguard. Not that any of it did any good, and he got quite a bit more desperate before finally giving up and just kind of stumbling along. It wasn’t as though he could put up any real kind of resistance. His fate was now in the Chem-Baronesses hands, and for all his ego and confidence he wasn’t so egotistical as to believe he could get away now. His safety had rested in not being found, and in shoving someone else into Caitlyn’s view. Both of those things had failed, and now all he could do is pray for some small mercy.
A knee up, and elbow braced against it Alexis took a drag off of their cigarette as their eyes moved towards Caitlyn and the newcomer. “I didn’t try to leave at least.” No reason to deny that they had indeed gotten more comfortable it’d be insulting to the both of them. Head turning watching someone else get hung up in their place Alexis took a deep breath before pushing themselves up off of the floor. “No objections to a new shirt, and he did put me in harm’s way yes.” Eyes narrowing ever so slightly behind the glasses on their face Alexis considered the man who was sputtering and pleading.
“Come now friend it, it was just an accident! A misunderstanding! It’s not my fault you look so similar to me. My brother from another mother yes? There must be some kind of arrangement we can come to!” All his arrogance quickly leaving as his attention went from Alexis to Caitlyn than back again.
A long drag off of their cigarette as a dark glimmer hit Alexis eyes, and one more long slow breath came from them. “Not your brother nor your friend.” They could feel that urge growing inside of them. The desire to hurt someone that had wronged them which wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t live side by side with their blood lust and enjoyment of hurting people. It wasn’t an urge they truly wanted to give into however, and so with a faint movement of their head that was nearly a shake side to side they started to turn to leave assuming Caitlyn would allow it. However than the man spoke once more.
“Fuck you than! That’s right just leave, and run away. Another worthless fucker whose family probably thinks he’s dead, and is grateful for it. They should be grateful too! No one needs one more street rat in the family. At least I accomplished something, and my boss will know who snatched me up and there’s going to be trouble coming cause of this. You better believe that!” Anger, and ego overwhelming the man as he saw what he perceived to be a weak person about to pull away from the situation with a freedom he’d likely never again have.
Alexis went still for a second before pulling their cigarette away from their lips, and snuffing it between two fingers. Putting it away into their pack of smokes not wanting to waste it, and than pulling their glasses off they rotated their glasses in their hands before putting their glasses into a pocket. “I was going to leave. Unless the Baroness here took offense to that of course. I was going to offer you the mercy, and kindness of not becoming involved in this any further than I already am.” A few steps over to the nearby table, and their fingers drifted over a range of different things all usable for the infliction of pain. “However you were already on my bad side, and now… well,” hand closing around the hilt of a different knife than the one Caitlyn had used they looked back to the man with an odd smile. It was equal parts sad, and anticipatory. “I do wish I wasn’t going to enjoy this. I am though.
Turning they headed right for the chained up man whose eyes widened suddenly realizing he had very much misjudged the situation. Alexis’ gaze had shifted, their stance changed, and their movements differed as well. They had gone from someone a touch subservient if mouthy to a predator. Left hand reaching for the man’s collar to hold him in place their right hand with the knife slid up along his abdomen to his chest cutting through his shirt, and leaving one long red line that crimson droplets started to bead up from. “You have one hope right now. Which is that the Baroness here decides you’ve had enough. That you tell her whatever she wants to know, and says that what’s happened to you is enough. Don’t plead to me. Don’t ask for mercy from me. She’s your hope. Not me.” The man had nothing for Alexis that they wanted. Nothing except for his blood, and tears, and screams.

☾ * ―― Baroness Caitlyn has a meeting with Chem Baron Finn, and it doesn't go according to his plan.

I was wondering if I wanted to share my thoughts on season 2 and the final act here, or rather my criticism of season 2, and I guess I'm doing this.
I want to start this post by saying -- if you loved s2 and don't want to read any criticism of it, just don't read this post. While I loved the show overall, and the season as well (the animation was especially beautiful, they made something even more stunning than s1 and I didn't think it possible), I have many issues with it as well, which I'll be discussing in this post.
So, without further ado
ARCANE SEASON 2 SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT
I wanted to start with my biggest issue -- and that is the conflict of Piltover and Zaun and how it was resolved.
Since the very beginning of s1, class issues and class discrimination were one of the main subjects in Arcane -- we literally start the show by seeing how the rebellion of Zaun against Piltover fails. The treatment of Zaunites is what pushes the plot forward -- and if Piltover and Zaun were not in conflict, there would be no story and no Arcane.
Act 1 of season 2 started very promising in that regard -- we get to see how Caitlyn's privilege allows her to use her grief against Zaun and gas the entire undercity with no repercussions, just under the excuse of finding one criminal. The law is on Caitlyn's side -- she is a Kiramman after all, her name means so much in Piltover. We are shown in those first three episodes that no matter the losses that Zaunites experience, they will always be seen as the aggressors in the eyes of Piltover and the law that Piltover dictates. After all, the chem-baroness Renni attacked the memorial to get revenge for her son who was killed by one of the councilors -- a councilor who, let's not forget, didn't face any repercussions for attacking that factory and killing that boy, and didn't lose his title either. Where I'm going with this is -- in the eyes of Zaunites this would very much mean that the council stands by Jayce and his actions, which makes the crime Jayce committed no longer a crime in the eyes of the law -- and if a councilor can crash onto their streets and kill innocent children without any repercussions, then how are they supposed to ever feel like they'll get justice when something like this will happen again?
Then Caitlyn comes in, gassing the streets (and before someone says "she only targeted certain locations where the gangs were hanging out" -- a) we see civilians running away from it, b) it's a gas, it's going to spread out and innocent people will get affected, and we see how dangerous it is in the montage at the beginning of ep3). Caitlyn who is an Enforcer, and is doing all of this with the council's approval. It paints a very grim picture for Zaun -- Piltover can retaliate for any crime committed against it, but Zaun can do nothing, no matter how badly they're treated. They can rebel, but they don't have the fire-power and technology that Piltover has. They are treated like animals and have no one to turn to.
This issue has been built up over the course of 13 episodes -- 13 EPISODES, only to be brushed aside because the bigger bad entered the scene and now despite all the conflict and hatred between them, Piltover and Zaun have to join forces to fight against it and save themselves.
I don't hate that -- the fact that Piltover and Zaun joined forces to survive, it makes perfect sense. What I hate is that, after all that build-up, we get no resolution to this conflict. What we get instead is -- Sevika joining the council, the burning paper ceremony, and that's it. A several-minute-long montage to resolve the conflict that was central to the narrative for more than 13 episodes. That's not a satisfying ending to a conflict this huge. Not even close. To me, it felt a little bit like a slap in the face -- did everyone forget how serious the situation between Piltover and Zaun was? Zaunites sure as hell wouldn't forget; Sevika, Ekko, the Firelights wouldn't forget how they were treated like animals and caged, sent to prison just because they dared to oppose Piltover.
The fact that the ending is narrated by Caitlyn only makes it worse. What do you mean the person responsible for half the shit that Zaunites went through in ep3 and act 2 is narrating this? What message does it send? Definitely not one of unity -- more like Piltover winning once again and dictating Zaun's fate once again.
I don't know why this decision was made -- but it feels incredibly disrespectful to the storyline of conflict between the two cities and the oppression Zaunites experienced by the hand of Pilties.
Now, onto my other point -- Caitlyn Kiramman and how her arc was butchered in the two final acts. Once again -- I loved how her arc was set up in act 1 and was excited to see how it would develop. I wanted to see how Caitlyn would redeem herself after everything she did in act 1 and all the hatred she's shown towards Zaunites, and also see her finally get over her prejudice. Because since s1ep1 Caitlyn was established as a character with a lot of prejudice towards the Undercity and its people that she never fully resolved in s1. Her falling into her hatred after Jinx killed her mother was perfect -- a way to show how easy it was to fall back into beliefs she was taught since she was a kid after a personal tragedy befell her, and how easy it was to disregard the awful conditions people in Zaun faced and hide behind her resentment. I was expecting to see her realize how wrong she was for what she did and understand how her prejudice condemned so many innocent people; maybe she would figure out the attack on the memorial was Ambessa's idea to help her seize the power in Piltover? Maybe she would see corpses of other mothers, of sisters, aunts, fathers, brothers, and realize that her grief was not an excuse to bring that same suffering onto hundreds of others?
I wanted anything. I got nothing.
We start episode 4 with Caitlyn already doubting everything she did. There's no reason for it, no explanation -- just magically Caitlyn is back on her "why is peace always the justification for violence?" shit and any realization she might've had happened behind the scenes. There are no repercussions for what she did in act 1, there isn't even a discussion of the crimes she committed -- because she committed WAR CRIMES while she was the one holding power!! That's a huge issue, and it has been completely overlooked, and once again people of the Undercity don't get any justice for what was done to them.
I am expected to believe that Caitlyn changed, but I have no proof to support that notion, because it happened BEHIND THE SCENES. That's not good writing. That's the opposite of good writing and the worst part is that it doesn't end there.
No, her reunion with Vi was just as disappointing -- but I wasn't mad about how their reunion in ep6 specifically went, it made sense for Vi to be so desperate and focused on getting Vander back that everything Caitlyn did wasn't addressed. But I hoped for something in act 3 -- and that short argument in ep8 was not it. Once again, Caitlyn's actions were swept under the rug, and her conflict with Vi was not resolved. And I know that a lot of people will hate what I'm about to say -- but I don;t care about the sex scene and them being together at the end. I don't care about CaitVi in general at this point -- and it breaks my heart, because I loved the idea of them in s1 and the potential they had, but the way Caitlyn's character was handled completely killed any excitement and interest I had in these two.
CaitVi could've been a great lesbian representation and a relationship that tackled all the class issues that were introduced in this show -- but instead, we got this. Caitlyn getting a happy ending doesn't feel deserved, because none of her crimes were ever addressed! Caitlyn getting the ending she got doesn't feel satisfying because none of the changes her character went through were shown on screen! All this ending does is really further drive the point of just how privileged Caitlyn is -- even when the whole world burned down, even when most people lost everything, she still got her love interest.
I don't think I was ever more disappointed in a ship than this one. The fact that we got a show with a lesbian couple being the main couple, and then it got butchered like this breaks my heart. This is not a win for me -- it's a loss that I'll find super hard to get over.
On the topic of couples -- the only couple that got worse treatment than CaitVi was Jayce and Mel -- because what the hell was that?? Genuinely, if JayVik saving the world from the hexcore together was always the end goal, why introduce MelJay at all? Why not give them a break-up at the beginning of the season, or even in ep8 when they meet again, so that the transition to Jayce and Viktor saving the world together wouldn't come at the expense of Mel and her dynamic with Jayce? Because their relationship never got a proper ending either -- they meet again, Jayce throws a bunch of accusations at Mel (most of which Mel even can't defend herself, because she literally didn't know about her powers), and then they fight Viktor's puppet soldier, and then there's the apology and "you'll never be a passenger", then the council meeting, the end.
We are talking about the relationship that very much shaped the situation between Piltover and Zaun in s1. Mel and Jayce were so important to the plot and the direction it took in s1, and yet they were separated from the beginning of s2 with no resolution whatsoever. Jayce says "we're meant to lose this fight" and there's no scene of him and Mel after that? No goodbye, no "good luck, you got this", nothing? What? Am I missing something? What happened?
I would've taken anything -- because Mel's character deserved better treatment than what she got. And let's be real -- there's a lot of misogyny and racism in fandoms, and there's plenty of people who already were hating on Mel for standing between JayVik after season 1; so why give them even more ammunition to hate on Mel instead of giving us some resolution to this relationship? Why not give Mel any closure before Jayce inevitably disappears? I don't know, I found the way they handled MelJay so weird and disappointing, but given how CaitVi was handled, I shouldn't be surprised.
I've gonna admit -- I'm very salty about this particular couple because it's always the woc girlies that are treated like that in media and it makes me wanna scream. Mel deserved better! Mel deserved to kiss women first of all (Sevika and Lest Sevika and Lest Sevika and Lest), but also deserved for her romance plot-line to get a proper ending!!!
On the topic of Mel -- I wish that her story with the Black Rose had more time to be properly explored, especially on topic of Mel's powers. We don't get much info on what happened between Ambessa, Kino and the Black Rose, we don't get much info on Mel's birth and her powers. I wouldn't even say that I have an issue with how this particular plotline was handled -- I just wish they gave it more space to grow and for us to learn more about it as well.
Now, Ekko -- my dear, my darling, best boy of Arcane. What happened to his tree? Was it salvaged by getting rid of the hexcore? After all that Ekko went through, after all the Firelights went through, I just wanted to know if their tree survived. I wanted closure.
Another thing that really bothered me is that we didn't get any Ekko and Vi scenes at all, except for the fight in ep9. Once again, what happened? I didn't mind them not interacting in act 1, even when I felt it was weird Vi didn't try to find Ekko since the last she saw him was on the bridge -- but I thought, for sure we'll get some moments with these two later in the season. And we didn't.
I'm not gonna sit here and say it isn't disappointing -- because it is very disappointing, especially when at the end of the season Ekko is all alone and his arc ends with nothing but grief and tragedy. He lost Jinx after he finally connected with her, he lost Heimerdinger and watched him sacrifice himself for Ekko. Why is he alone at the end? Why not show the tree, the Firelights consoling him, anything? Why couldn't we get Vi and Ekko grieving Jinx together, being the brother and sister they once were to one another?
For a story that was very much about found family and how blood isn't what makes one's family, there was very little of it left at the end of the season.
Because Ekko and Vi are not the only childhood friendship that was lost in the show -- Jayce and Caitlyn are also the victims of that. We get one scene of the two in ep1 and then -- nothing. We don't see Caitlyn wonder what happened to Jayce, we don't see her reaction to seeing Jayce back. We don't see Jayce's reaction to Caitlyn being a general either -- but I guess, in the end, with how Jayce&Mel and Caitlyn-in-general were written, this was just a minor issue I had and one I could've easily ignored if other, more plot-related relationships of these two were better written. (And they weren't, so I'm not ignoring it.)
And this brings me to my last point -- Vi and grief, or lack thereof.
I'm gonna admit -- I am torn when it comes to Vi, because while I loved what I got this season, I also feel like she was done dirty by the narrative (although not nearly as much as Caitlyn in my opinion).
I already mentioned the lack of Ekko&Vi content -- but I feel like in general the topic of her trauma, her dilemmas, the way she deals with the "silco didn't create jinx. you did" issue could have been explored way more in-depth. It's hard for me to feel fully satisfied with her character arc, when I feel like the topic of her mental health was brushed aside in act 3 nearly entirely. I loved act 2 Vi -- all the trauma, sadness, anger, and desperation to go back in time and fix things, it was all so good and gave us such a clear image of who she was and how young she still was, how all the trauma she went through froze her in time in a way and it all started to spill out of her when she saw Vander. But act 3? Next to nothing again. I think I lack the words to properly explain why that bothers me so much -- because I feel like in the end Vi's character was reduced to her romantic plot-line (a very unsatisfying romantic plot-line at that) and little else. She was older-sister-fied -- a character who will always be placed in the role of the fighter, protector, caregiver, but never the victim, not truly, not in a way that allows her to feel all her grief and work through it.
Because in two seasons of Arcane, Vi never got to grieve. I'll never understand why she wasn't shown grieving Jinx in any way -- her and Ekko having a moment together would be perfect here, because they both loved her and tried to help her! They were a family once! They could support each other in a way they couldn't the first time around, when Vander and Benzo died; it would've been such a beautiful ending to their realtionship we see on screen as well: we didn't get to be here for one another the first time, but we are now. We can be a family now.
I wish we got a proper grieving scene before Vi humming that song -- because while I love how we start and end the show with the same song, first hummed by Powder, now by Vi, it still doesn't feel like a satisfying ending.
LET VI GRIEVE! I BEG YOU!
Now, to bring it all together -- I think that this show suffered for the lack of time to properly explore all the topics they introduced. I don't know who decided for s2 to be the final season, if maybe the initial plan was to have more episodes and later was cut down to one more season, and that's why a lot of the things were brushed aside. I really wish the creators had given themselves more time -- if not another season, then at least three more episodes to resolve the Piltover/Zaun conflict, to show us Caitlyn's change between act 1 and 2, to let Vi grieve her sister and father, to let Ekko grieve Jinx and Heimer and see his tree grow healthy once more, to have a resolution between Mel and Jayce. The amount of material we had here, in this season, was too much to tackle in just nine episodes -- and while I love what we got, and there are so many moments in this season that I'll treasure forever, I can't say that I'm satisfied with the ending. It breaks my heart a little, because this show has a special place in my heart, but it is what it is. Done. Too late to change that.
That being said -- I still consider Arcane to be one of the best pieces of media I have ever had the pleasure of watching. The animation is out of this world, the music is so incredibly beautiful, the actors ate, there are so many characters with wonderful stories and arcs, and I'm happy that I could watch a show like this. I'm glad a show like Arcane exists and I hope it'll pave the way for more similar shows, with amazing and diverse casts, so heartbreaking that they make you cry in every episode.
This was a wonderful journey and I'm sad to see it end, but I'm happy that I could be here for it.

Caitlyn saw the confused look on her face and immediately her own eyes softened as she reached over and placed her hands against her cheek. "No no, my Angel, you haven't done anything to upset me," A tender smile came, reserved for only a select few in this undercity. Her thumbs brushed against her cheek as she pulled her closer to her in a hug. She brushed her cheek up against the side of her head as she hummed softly. "Please, do not worry. I could never be upset with you, you have always been by my side since I was little," Caitlyn reassured and then pulled back and took her hands.
"Your song, it did something to me. I could resist, not sure how, but it created this kind of… hypnotic feel to it. Like it drew me in, and I could feel this almost… innate desire to do anything for you," Caitlyn expressed as she pulled Angelica over to a couch and sat down with her. Her feet shifted to rest against it and took a moment to let the thoughts sink into Angelica's mind of what had happened.
"I remember reading stories of vastayan who have a sort of compulsion over people by song, but I never thought I would experience it first hand,"
There was only one presence that didn't make her nervous since her new life begun: Caitlyn. There was also only one person Angelica didn't mind approaching her or touching her, and that was also Caitlyn.
Still, the question got her a bit confused and uneasy. Head tilted to a side and her eyes, as transparent as they had always been, stared at the blue ones from her old time friend. "I don't understand. What do you mean by 'more potent'?" Whatever her voice was causing the others, she was unaware of that. Quite possible it was something she couldn't even control.
"Did I upset you, Cait?" Different from her family, she never called her 'Miss. Kiramman', unless the situation called for it. Angelica corrected her posture, muscles tensing up as she feared some sort of repreension from the other. Irrational, as the Chem Baroness had never hurt her, not even once.

☾*:・゚✧. Reader is plus sized, a bit too sweet, and optimistic. Kind of a bimbo really. Reader talks a shit ton as well, just talks and talks and talks; everyone apart from Vi is complaining. Vi is a Chem-Baroness here; though only her authority (not what she does outside of The Last Drop) is only the focal point in this story. I don't want to get into the technicalities of Chem-Barons. Reader is also really cute in here, and Vi is daddy. I will say no more.
VIOLET didn’t think she was a jealous girlfriend, possessive? No. She never thought she cared about anyone else looking at you, she never bothered to worry about what kind of friends you had, Vi didn’t think she burned with jealousy every time you smiled and laughed at somebody who was obviously flirting with you. Sure, she tightened her hold around your waist when some weirdos looked at you a little too long. That could be caution. There could be some very perverted creeps around the streets of Zaun. She scowled whenever loud bystanders complimented you on your thick thighs, large bust, or the way your dresses hugged your curves right. That could be disgust. Why are you talking about someone’s body like that? She would always glare after anyone who tried to get your attention; her fists itching to show to just about anyone who you belong to.
She was looking out for you, protecting you. Vi trusted you, always; she knew a sweet thing like you wouldn’t even dare to give anyone other than Vi your attention. You were Violet’s. You knew that, Violet definitely knew that, most of Zaun did as well, yet there were still some people that thought they had enough of a presence to catch your attention and steal you away from Vi. Vi wouldn’t allow that, not until it came out from your own mouth that you wanted to leave her. Oh. Vi is a jealous, possessive girlfriend.
It wasn’t your fault that you were so sweet, maybe a little naive. You went out of your way to help people, smile at anyone you walked past. You always made sure to thank Jericho for the lovely food he took time to prepare, always apologised to anyone that bumped into you; whether it was your fault or not. You stuck out like a sore thumb in the dark streets of Zaun; whether it'd be your unnerving optimism, or the way your pretty dresses fluttered after you in the wind; somebody, somewhere craned their necks to catch a glimpse of you.
It wasn’t Vi’s fault for falling for such a pretty thing like you either. She was just like everybody else, so keen on keeping her gaze on you; she nearly tripped a few times. Really. It was as if the first time she saw you, she had to have more. She was guilty of having lustful thoughts about you; she liked the way your skin shimmered under the streetlights, or the way the fat in your thighs jiggled every time you moved. Violet knew what she was getting into when she asked you out on a date, and she was ready to protect you, to tell the streets to back off, if necessary.
And she did. She did her job well; she wasn’t called ‘Vander’s Prodigy’ for nothing. All she had to do was hold you tightly against her muscled body, curl her nose up at anyone who let their gaze wander, and before you know it; you were known as ‘Vi’s sweetheart’. There were more titles of course, but that was the most popular one, it almost felt like your own name. You still remember the night you first met her, Vi had seen you around before that of course, but you were too busy smiling at babies and looking at flowers to even realise someone like Vi had her eyes on you.
You had walked into The Last Drop- Vi’s bar, a rather bright smile on your face as you fluttered to the counter, unbeknownst to the stares you attracted. You didn’t realise the way the whole bar stilled; even stopped breathing to see who just walked through the door, and why were you so damn bright? For some it looked as though they never saw somebody as happy, and soft as you. You were quite literally like a walking sun. You just leaned your soft hands on the wood, smiling up at Vi asking for a drink.
“Could I have a margarita?”
Vi could only smirk a little, leaning on her hands; her fingers digging into the edge of the bar as she looked down at you; the tips of her falling down to the tips of her nose. “Sure, baby. You wanna open a tab?” You remembered just staring at her red, ruly hair, thinking that it was so bright she could be considered a sun alongside you as well.
You hummed, the corner of your mouth curled up thoughtfully. “Oh, I don’t think I’ll have that many!” You laughed, waving your hand dismissively making Vi’s mouth curl up in amusement.
“Okay, after 3 drinks it’s an automatic tab, kay?”
You just nodded, just a little distracted at the way the muscles in Vi’s arms moved along her black shirt. That's when you realised that Vi was quite the sight; you thought everyone was beautiful; but there was something about Vi that caught your attention and clung to it. She wasn’t like flowers, somehow her skin looked a lot softer than any petal you came across regardless of her course, scarred skin. She definitely wasn’t like babies; Vi was obviously too mature for that; with her sharp jaw, nice muscled arms and her equally broad, beautiful body. Maybe it was the way she held herself, as if she really didn’t give a fuck about what anyone thought of her, or as if she knew the kind of authority that ran through her entire body. Or maybe it was the way she effortlessly just called you ‘baby’, with that sexy smirk on her face; it made your whole body flush and the tattoos that ran along the back of her arms, or the sight of long, raised veins running along her arms and back of her hands, or the way she looked in her black button up shirt and suspenders. Or-
“Your margarita, doll.” You could feel your cheeks heat up, avoiding Vi’s gaze and her smirk. It was almost as if she knew. Vi couldn’t stop her mind from running either, she could finally see you up close; could finally see the intricate, miniscule patterns on your dress, could hear the way you laughed so much, she greedily drunk up the sweet, sweet smell of your perfume, all while wondering just how you managed to stay alive unscathed at all in this dog eat dog world.
You had only smiled behind your glass, your lips parting to take a sip before you furrowed your eyebrows. “Aren’t you meant to be bartending? Won’t you get in trouble for flirting with customers? You know in some places that’s against the rules? I think it’s also illegal somewhere in Ionia. Of course, different workplaces have different rules and regulations, but you can never be too sure! I don’t know, won’t your boss-”
“I own the damn place.” Oh. “Hell, I own this part of Zaun.” Oh. “Never heard of me, darling? The name’s Vi.” Vi had just placed her forearms on the counter, her eyes flitting over every inch of your body as she smirked. “What’s your name, pretty? What’s something as sweet as you doing in my Lanes?”
Well, it was safe to say you kept coming, Vi was addicting; the way she moved around the bar, how she effortlessly caught anyone’s attention with her big grey eyes and her witty words. For you at first it was the excitement of having a new friend, a new friend who was as hot and alluring as Vi- okay, it wasn’t the excitement of a new friend; it was just excitement. Pure unadulterated excitement. You had a crush on her the minute she called you ‘baby’, you melted every time she called you a pet name, she found a new one every time you’d see her; you just hoped it wasn’t too obvious with the way you stared up at her, with that dopey smile and red cheeks. So, you came, and came and came, you came until the whole bar was accustomed to your presence, so much so that no-one ever took your seat at the counter anymore, it was your seat. Vi didn’t complain either. Just had your margarita in front of you before you even sat down.
You never knew the full extent of Vi’s authority around her district, you always thought she was just showing off, maybe she was just cocky that she took over the bar; trying to impress you; wanted you to think highly of her. Well, that was until you saw it for yourself.
You were sitting in your usual seat by the bar, swinging your feet as you waited for Vi. That night was meant to be your 2nd date, you had seen an interesting flyer for a pottery class and had asked Vi to be your second date, your reasoning? The pottery class would have brownies. Vi complied of course; she quickly realised she couldn’t say no to you.
You were too focused on smoothing down your skirt to realise that somebody had sat too close behind you. Things like this happened all the time in bars; people bump into you all the time, and it had always quickly resolved in a quick apology, so you paid no mind, instead focused on whether your dress was appropriate for a second date. Was it too short? Was it too bright? It was blue, the darkest colour you have in your closet. Maybe you should have-
“Can I buy you a drink, sweetheart?”
You turn in your seat to look at a man, hunched over the counter. You had just looked him over once before shaking your head. “No, thanks. I’m waiting for someone.” You didn’t wait for his answer, as you turned your back to him again.
“Oh yeah? Where is he?”
You turned to face him again, smiling nervously, before your eyes flickered toward Vi; you remember your breath catching in your throat as you thought about how good she looked. Her muscled, tattooed arms were on display under her sleeveless turtleneck, her hair tied in a short low ponytail, with her hands slotted lazily in her pant pockets as she sauntered over to you.
The lazy smirk disappeared, and confidence saunter quickened when Vi caught sight of the man talking to you; to anyone else and you it was just a man that was talking to you, but for Vi; he was flirting, trying to get into your pan- uh skirt.
Vi had reached you quickly, flashing a quick look at you before her gaze hardened at the back of the man’s head. “Is there a problem?” Vi had said, her voice was as steady as ever, but to you and most of the patrons around you it sounded steely, firm.
The man; in all his stupidity, kept his gaze on you, waving his hand lazily behind him, at Vi, “Just trying to woo-” before the corner of his eyes caught sight of Vi. From the man’s view, Vi had an imposing height, her grey eyes squinted in slits. He could only follow her frame, as she slowly walked toward you, reaching down to place her arm on the counter, right by your waist; almost as if she had a hold on you, without even touching you.
Vi repeated her question, a little more loud, the noise vibrating through her chest and back of her throat. “Is there a problem?” The man stole another glance at you; his eyes flickering to Vi’s arm, before it diverted to Vi again, he soon dropped his gaze. “No, ma’am.”
Vi’s glare had soon chased the man away, burrowing himself further into the sea of bar customers to try to avoid her gaze, and only once did the man leave her line of sight did Vi look softly down at you, the same confident smirk plastered on her face again.
“Ready to go?”
You could only just stare up at her, dumbfounded, as she gently grasped your wrist to pull you out of her bar. Ma’am? You had never heard Vi been called that before, maybe ‘boss’ by Chuck at the Last Drop, or ‘Miss’ by a few customers; but that was rare. After that moment you had kept a lookout for anything else that had shown just how much Vi is respected; people moved out for her when you both walked through the Lanes, they lowered their eyes whenever they spoke to her, kept their tone and voice polite, tipped their heads in respect. This is Vi’s Lanes, her district; she kept her part of the streets in check.
Well, most parts of her streets anyway; there were always a few bad apples that thought they still had a chance with you. You were at Jericho’s food stall, your arms ladened with a small box of cookies that you had baked a few nights before. You had nearly dropped the box, too focused on waving wildly at Jericho, as you walked up to his stall.
“Hi, Jericho! I bought cookies!” You could only laugh as Jericho garbled in delight, leaning over his counter, smiling widely down at you. “I made a bit too much, so I thought I’d give you some as a thank you!”
Jericho blubbered out a response, his large hands eagerly taking the box; picking up a large cookie that looked a bit too small in his hands, before it dropped in his mouth, you watched on eagerly, waiting for him to swallow before he reached for another cookie, gibbering happily.
You begrudgingly accepted a bowl of fish from him for free, as his own thank you, even though you tried to tell him it defeated the whole purpose of giving him the cookies, but you liked food, so you accepted. You were halfway through your bowl, humming to yourself happily as a tall, burly woman walked up to you, leaning on the counter; she didn’t bother to order anything from Jericho as she smiled down at you.
“I like your dress.”
You stopped chewing, looking up at the woman; you swallowed the last of your food in your mouth, licking your teeth and gums of any remnants of food left in your mouth before smiling up at the lady. “Thanks! I actually bought this from Piltover, it was just a smidge expensive, but it was worth it! The fabric is soft, so it doesn’t stretch too much- I think I’ve had this for a few years now, so it lasted a while as well. If you wanted to buy this dress as well, I don’t think you’ll find it anymore- sorry; they rotate their stock very regularly, and that was a few years ago!” You look down at your dress, dragging your palms over the skirt. “I actually added the mesh overlay on myself! I had to buy the mesh from Piltover as well, that was also expensive! It isn’t that hard to sew it on; just a few stitches here and there!”
Vi knew she could hear your eager, loud voice from where she stood. It didn’t surprise her that she found you sitting at Jericho’s stall; the bowl of fish, half-finished as you were now talking animatedly about how different fabrics aren’t always the best to combine. You didn’t realise Vi had walked up behind you, until you felt the gentle touch of her rough hand on your lower back.
Vi couldn’t help but sneak a cautious glance at the mysterious, unnerving woman, before she looked down at you, her glare soon replaced with a tender laugh, as she sought out your bright smile and large eyes. “Hey, what are you up to?”
You only just smiled wider, accepting the large kiss from Vi, smacking your lips subconsciously before you straightened up in your seat, gesturing to Jericho. “We- I was giving some cookies to Jer! I made some and I had to give some to him, you know as a thank you.”
Vi chuckled, her hand slipping to wrap firmly around your waist, her gaze still fixed on the woman from the corner of her eye. What the fuck does she want? Why is she here? Why was she talking to you? “Oh yeah? Where’s my thank you?”
You just tut, the back of your hand reaching up to pat Vi’s belly. “Don’t worry, I have your batch at home.”
Vi just hums, her fingers tightening around your waist. Her gaze was solely on the woman now, her mouth set in a thin line, the woman hadn’t done anything to warrant a full reaction out of Vi, but she had taken the courage to smile up at Vi, holding her gaze. Oh?
You hadn’t realised the tension between your red-haired girlfriend and the new woman you made friends with, as you remembered that you hadn’t finished your bowl of fish. You didn’t bother talking as you bit into the last piece of fish before Vi started to speak again.
“Are you busy at all after this, princess?”
You wiped the corners of your mouth, smiling up at Vi. “I’m going to take a nap! I’m real tired.”
Vi just hums again, her eyes flitting down the woman’s broad frame, before Vi’s heavy hand finds their way around your waist again, gently guiding you out of the chair, holding your pudgy, soft body tightly against hers. “Well then, let’s go take a nap.”
Your body melts against Vi, your shoulders slumping as you walk alongside Vi, not forgetting to wave goodbye at Jericho, you were about to wave at the lady who asked about your dress, but Vi tightened her hold on you, making you look up at her. “What were you doing that you have to take a nap, hmm?”
You sighed exasperatedly, one hand absentmindedly playing with Vi’s belt buckle. “I was baking cookies.”
“Yeah? When was this?”
“A few days ago. Whew! Baking cookies is no joke.”
Vi just held you tighter against herself, laughing at your remark. She seemed a little better now that the lady was out of her sight, and away from you, but she still felt on edge, a little grumpy. You knew, you saw the way Vi’s breathing was more haggard, her body was more stiff, her grip on you was more forceful; you didn’t mention it though, just thought you could distract her mind about how you had nearly tripped over a cat a few days ago.
Vi found that funny; called you her clumsy bunny, and once you both reached her home; she took you to her bedroom, eagerly pressing you against the door, and pressing a large, rough kiss on your mouth.
You let out a surprised gasp, hands reaching up to hold onto Vi’s shoulders for support, as you felt your back press into the door, and Vi’s hands tighten around the inside of your knees, nearly bending you in half as she pressed her body flush against yours.
Vi’s mouth travelled from yours down to your jaw, finding their home in your neck, you just squirmed, letting out a breathless pant. “I-I thought we were going to take a nap.”
Vi just chuckled, the breath from her laugh tickling your nape. “Do you want to take a nap? Hm?” Vi asked, her hands trailing down your thighs to firmly wrap around your waist, pulling you closer to herself. As if you weren’t any closer.
You just stuttered out a response; one that Vi laughed at, holding you tighter as she carried you with ease to her bed. “Just want to make sure you know who you belong to. You want that?”
You stayed wide-eyed at her, letting her gently throw you to the bed; you could feel your heartbeat quicken, as Vi leaned down closer to you, pressing her hips in between your thighs. You could feel the mattress dip on either side of your head; where she caged you in with her hands.
“I asked you a question, pretty thing. I expect an answer.”
You were so close to her, you could see every feature; the way her grey eyes dilated and greedily took in your squirming form, the way her scarred soft mouth opened slightly at the sight of you. From the corner of your eyes you could see the muscles straining in her arms, it sent a shiver down your spine. You could only blush, and avert your eyes, letting out a quiet ‘yeah’.
“Hm, I thought so.” Vi lets one hand trail down your shoulder, your chest before finally resting on your bare thigh, just under the hem of your skirt. “Pretty dress.”
You swallowed thickly, suddenly feeling shy under Vi’s touch and stare. “I-I sewed the mesh on…”
Vi hums in response, her hand slowly slipping under your skirt; her fingers dancing lightly across your skin, before her fingers tighten around the fat, her thumb just lightly brushing against your clothed cunt. “I know you did. You did so well, it looks so beautiful on you.”
You let out a quiet whimper, feeling Vi’s hands under your skirt, blushing wildly at Vi’s coo of praise; Vi only smirked down at you, tilting her head, her smirk widening as you squirmed; feeling her thumb press a little onto your clit. “Were you thinking about me? I haven’t even touched you yet. You want me that bad, huh?”
“Vi, please..” You whined. You felt so embarrassed that you resulted in a whining, moaning mess already but you needed her any way you could get.
As always, Vi obliged; it wasn’t long before she had your legs hiked up on her broad shoulders, her rough fingers squeezing and keeping your thighs in place, lazily lapping up your juices, what got you more embarrassed was the sight of your panties- lace and lilac in colour- hanging off her thumb. Vi was loud as she ate you out, hummed into your cunt any time you let out a moan. Vi insisted that she get you ready, as wet as she can make you. Whenever you had the mind or strength to open your eyes; you would see the curve of Vi’s head under your dress, dipping high and low as she let her tongue drag across your wet folds, her nose pressing into your sensitive nub.
You lowered your head back onto the bed, your legs squirming as Vi hummed again, the vibrations pulsating through you, drawing out a broken moan. Vi’s strong arms soon wrapped around the base of your legs; near your hips, as she pulled you down closer to the edge of the bed, earning a gasp from you as your hands flew to claw at Vi’s strong forearms; you were definitely caged in now; you could barely move your body as Vi dug her face deeper into you, her tongue now only assaulting your clit, bringing you closer and closer to your pleasure before she stops.
You open your eyes, blinking up at her, whining quietly. Vi tuts, standing up to her full height. She looked good standing over you, the way her black shirt hugged her biceps and breasts, her cocky smirk glistening with your cum. Her hand falls heavily against your cunt, slapping it harshly. You jump at the sharp contact; whimpering in response.
“Stop whining. You’ll get what you want if you’re patient enough.” You took in a shuddering breath, looking up at the way Vi hastily threw your underwear to the floor; her hand reaching up to loosen the knot in her tie, letting it fall from her neck. God, she looked good doing that.
You watch on eagerly as Vi pops the first few buttons of her shirt, a small expanse of her skin peeking through, you try to let your eyes wander further down her shirt, but your gaze snaps to Vi’s face as she chuckles, leaning forward as she fastens her tie around your thigh; it was a part of her uniform after all, it would be a shame to lose it. “Patience.”
Your whining actually got somewhere; with Vi nestled in between your thighs, her mouth wrapped firmly around your nipple, as she stretched your pussy to its limit. You let out a strangled moan every time Vi’s strap buried in your further, her hips angling a little to hit just at the right spot. Vi’s hand was tight around your thigh, her fingers digging into the flesh as she kept it at a position she wanted.
“Pl-please.” You just whimpered, your pussy clenching around her as she sped up slightly, letting your nipple with a small ‘pop’ as she lazily smirks up at you. You could feel the small metal piercing Vi’s nipples dig into your stomach; the metal felt warm and smooth.
“Please what, baby? What do you need?” Vi leans up, letting her hands rest on the mattress beside your hips, even though she was talking to you; her whole attention was on your cunt; the way it swallowed her strap with such ease; she can feel the wetness of her own cum under the harness; which only spurred her on to carry on.
Your hand fists your dress; keeping the dress just under your breasts; Vi always liked to fuck you with your pretty dresses; your other hand trailing touching Vi’s hip slightly, letting your fingers wander to the tuft of pink hair behind her harness, following the trail up to her belly button. “You’re so pretty…”
Vi’s movements falter in surprise for a moment; before she lets out a smile through her pants, slowly sliding the strap out of you and driving it back in harshly, earning a shocked moan from you. “You’re the pretty one; with your pretty sounds, and your pretty body. God, you’re so soft. My pretty girl, so pretty for me. You’re such a gorgeous girl, aren’t you, baby?”
“Mhm..” You bit your bottom lip; something that drove Vi over the edge; you could see it in the way her nose flared; one hand pushing down in between your breasts, pinning you to the mattress, and her hips speeding up; slamming the strap into you over and over again. “Ah- God..” Your fingers clawed at Vi’s wrist closest to you, as you could only take the ruthless pace Vi had picked up.
“God’s not here to help you, baby. You’re gonna take what I give you, hm?” Vi didn’t wait for a response, slapping her hips against the back of your thighs, the sound of your cum squelching around her strap. “All mine, aren’t you? You’re gonna show everyone who you belong to, hm?”
You just gasped and whined, panting as you nodded. “Mhm. A-all yours.”
“Damn right.” Your thighs jerked every time Vi thrusted into you; Vi enjoyed seeing you like that; liked the way your body tensed up waiting for your much awaited orgasm, only for you to whine, begging her to speed up again, but once she did, your orgasm had wandered off, and Vi would fuck you to that point again, and again and again. Your body was flushed, your eyes dazed; chest rising and falling rapidly to even try and catch up to Vi; your pussy tightening around her strap. You ended up biting into the fabric of your dress, squeezing your eyes shut and letting your head fall back on the pillow; but that wasn’t enough for Vi.
“Eyes on me, darling. Eyes on me or you won’t be coming tonight; that’d be a shame, wouldn’t it?”
You did as she told, your eyebrows scrunching as tears fell down your cheeks. Your pussy felt sore at this point; your body would have been moving every time Vi drove into you if it weren't for her firm hold on your waist. Her hold was bruising, literally; you could see the red, angry outline of her hands wrapped around your midsection, Vi was serious about reminding you who you belonged to.
“Aw, baby. ‘S not your fault, you’re just so pretty, taking me so well. Pretty, pretty thing; no wonder everyone wants to get their hands on you. Everyone was looking at you, and it annoyed me a little, you don’t mind do you? Letting me fuck out my frustrations on you? Hm? I know you can take it, you’ve always been a good girl for me.”
You just gasped, widening your legs a little, your eyes weren’t completely focused, but you could just about make out her long, red fridge fall in her eyes, your jaw felt slack as you could barely feel the trail of drool slip past the corner of your mouth.
“God, I’ve fucked you dumb. Nothing else is on your mind right now is it? Just me and how I fill you up. That’s it. Good girl.” Vi leaned forward again, the bruising grip on your hips now onto your thighs, as she hiked your legs over her shoulders. The position drives Vi in deeper, and you can only let out a silent moan as you claw at any part of her back you can reach; your nails digging into the skin; there’ll definitely be marks tomorrow, not that either of you cared; you were just repaying the favour.
“C-can I cum? Please, please.”
“Well, when you beg like that..” Vi doesn’t let up, she’s panting as well, she can feel the strain in her legs and hips; her chest heaving, but she’s not going to stop.
Your orgasm hits you hard, wracking your whole body; you only clung onto Vi; your hands tight around her shoulder, as she finally slows to a halt, pulling out of you gently; enjoying the sight of your cum slowly oozing out of your pulsating hole. She sits back, deep pants escaping her mouth; her skin slick with sweat, as her fingers slowly trailed across the map of hickeys she left on your body, over the red silhouette of her hands embedded into your skin on your waist and hips with a satisfied smirk.
“That’ll ought to show them, hm? Who you belong to.”
