leading her towards the table, he too pulls a chair out for her, throwing a reassuring smile her way. it took quite a lot for oscar to feel jealous and he trusted edwina, so whatever they had wandered into was exactly what they claimed it to be. in spite of her suspicious behaviour. he knew her well enough to know it was almost in her nature, he didn't think twice about it and attempted to offer chelsea a reassuring glance too, prompting her to recognise the same. "i'll help you, mate. can't have you bring four drinks over here by yourself." he didn't know much about victor, but he felt no malice towards him. so what if they were betrothed to one another. they hadn't got married, and he seemed to have moved on. at least, everything indicated as such.

whatever she might've believed she'd stumbled into, she really did trust victor. which spoke volumes about what she felt about him. so, when he takes the lead, she happily follows. complies when he pulls a chair out for her, taking a seat. "thank you," she mouths, truly grateful for his kindness. it wasn't what she was used to and she was sure that were anyone to discover her origins, they wouldn't shy away from conveying how undeserving of a man like him, she was. yet she soaks it up right now, that dull ache in her chest dissipating slowly. maybe she'd need more reassurance, but that would come, she hoped, in time. when they were alone again.

EDWINA HADN'T BEEN PROUD OF that chapter in her life, but she hadn't completely concealed it from Oscar. She had been honest with him. Though their conversation hadn't been in-depth, but she had moved on from it. Renewing her ties with Victor is another thing. She doesn't think they'll ever restore their friendship the way it was, but they can at least stand each other in the same room and be civil. She relaxes as Oscar grasps her shoulder, the gesture assuaging her guilt. "I'm dandy," she answers with a titter. "Okay, a drink, but don't knock yourself out."

         "Whatever you all want. The world is your oyster. You're all welcome," Victor quips, attempting to lighten the mood. He turns to Chelsea, sensing her apprehension. She's good at keeping her composure, but he knows her tells and knows her well enough that it's not always the case. He wants to ask her, but maybe later, in the right place and the right time. He just hopes that his suggestion for them to get drinks together won't sour her mood. He takes her hand in his and meets her gaze, intertwining their fingers, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "Anything you want." He leads her to a table, and pulls a chair for her.

I started this illustration back in February after listening to the track The Liminal on Chelsea Wolfe’s new album. The lyrics made me think of Granger Taylor, a Canadian man who was never seen again after leaving a note for his family stating that he was going to leave his life on Earth behind and travel the stars with extraterrestrials. The concept also made me think of my late mother, who was fascinated by aliens and had a few anomalous light sightings herself! This drawing took me out of my comfort zone, but I really liked the idea and my mom has been on my mind lately, so I found the drawing process to be cathartic 🛸💚

Hermione Granger came out on a dreary Tuesday. It was a work night, and she was at the pub with her two best friends, Harry and Ron. She had broken up with Ron less than two months before. Shackled. (Hermione/Bellatrix) So excited for this one! The smut is going to be fire :D

The Lestrange Estate was a damp, shadowy place. Lily felt like a rat scurrying from room to room. She still didn’t know why she had been spared. Dark Hunger. (Lily/Severus) A strange sexy fic. The first time Draco saw Harry Potter after the war, he was in Mint and Magic, just trying to get himself a cup of tea and a gooey Chelsea bun. He was working in Flourish and Blotts of all places and he was on his lunch break. He was making do. He was happy, he supposed. What he wanted most in life was not money or affluence, but love. Big Love. Written for @ladderofyears. (Harry/Draco) It was wonderful to write this for a friend! Complete.

Draco had dreaded his first encounter with Ginny Weasley after his marriage to Harry. He didn’t hate her, oh no, but he was jealous of her. She was Harry’s first love after all, and his eyes still sparkled when he spoke of her. Claim Me on a Bed of Snow. (Harry/Draco) Love this! The jealousy/smut in this is so good. It's very fluffy too. Complete.

The snow fell heavily in London. Harry was on his way home in a red double-decker bus after doing a bit of last minute Christmas shopping. Harry liked riding the bus with Muggles. Outside his window was a sheet of whiteness. It was calming. Somewhere in My Memory. (Harry/Draco) This fic was a smashing hit and I know why. I still can't stop thinking about some of the scenes in it. Complete.

Draco was released from Azkaban on the first of October. He had spent two years in a damp, mouldy cell. They had done away with the Dementors but the leaks in the ceiling had been allowed to stay. Release. (Harry/Draco) Probably the best smut I've ever written? Character development + sizzling free use. Just fantastic. Complete.
