He used to keep a weighted blanket around for you, but after an instance where he tried to unfold it and got flattened like a pancake, you both have agreed to keep it put away.

He's very prepared, always having anything you need on hand. He seems to pull them out of thin air.

He never minds if you're too tired or burned out to speak. He's happy to do all the talking.

He's a pretty small fella, but he tries to hold you anyways.

He'll openly stim with you to make you feel more comfortable about it.

Hello, pumpkins! This is the second post in a thread of posts I'm making! You can find the first post here, I accidentally posted it to my alt account but the rest of the posts will be posted on this page. I also want to preface this by saying that not everything I'm saying here is going to apply to everyone and each and every person who regresses or dreams will follow these traits and stuff!

Okay, now to the post!

Traits and Behaviors!

☠︎︎This is about the time that babies start to get up and play around, small jumps, walking, bouncing and maybe even some small sprints

☠︎︎Babies this age are starting to like playing with other babies and parallel play could be really fun at this age, they may have trouble sharing though so make sure to have enough eye grabbing toys for all the babies

☠︎︎This is also the age where babies may start to throw more tantrums and have bigger feeling, they naturally want to test the boundaries at this age and they don't like being told no. They're also going to be a bit more bossy and want their way.

☠︎︎Since this is the time they're starting to have bigger mood swings and test the boundaries, that may result in having big reactions which may be aggressive, they may hit, yell, throw tantrums or even hurt themselves to try and cope with their big emotions

☠︎︎They may mostly use hand gestures but they're starting to babble a lot more and mimic language

Activities to do With Your Baby

☠︎︎This is a great age to play a lot of simple puzzle games and games to practice motor skills, patty cake is a great game to play with your baby and so is playing with toys like stacking blocks and ring-stack toys

☠︎︎Pretend play, these babies are growing up fast! They want to be just like cg. Playing dolls and stuffed animals, putting them to bed and feeding them is a great way to spend time with your baby

☠︎︎This is a great time for parallel play, though babies won't always feel interested or know how to play together, they still love to interact with each other and play together to some degree and parallel play is a great fun for babies this age

☠︎︎New textures and sounds are extremely interesting to babies in their two's! Playing with new textures like sand, slime, dirt and more can be super fun for these babies!

Foods and Recipes

These tinies are starting their food journey, they're starting to upgrade from baby foods and apple sauce to solid fruits and hard cereals!

This is one of those things that's very individualized to each regressor! I can tell you what this age range usually likes to snack on but you should ask your tiny what they like either way.

Babies in their two's are starting their palate expanding journey, usually it's best to stay away from super strong flavors and stick to mild and bland flavors. Younger taste buds are much stronger than adult taste buds so when your regressor was a bio baby, they most-likely had blander foods so giving them some mild and bland snacks can be a comforting factor t their baby space

Shows and Movies

Again, this is one of those things that are super individualized to each and every baby! So still be sure to ask your baby what they like to watch either way! Some shows and movies two-year-olds like to watch are

Though with some discourse involving Disney has come up, I know a lot of people have stopped using Disney plus. You can still find some amazing shows and mov.ies on places like Netflix, Pbs kids, nickelodeon, and more!

Potty Time for the Terrible Twos

Generally, kiddos are using the potty on their own anywhere from 1.5 - 3 years old but that doesn't mean that kiddos older or younger may deviate from that. There's good info Here about how to properly diaper someone and what products to use

This is also a great video on how to diaper yourself if you're a baby who does their own diapy changes.

Know Your Baby

You're going to want to know and talk to your regressor before they regress with you! The only way you'll be happy with each other is talking about boundaries and the best way to cat or to each other's needs beforehand. Having the awkward conversations are hard but necessary

Well yes Who Framed Roger Rabbit always fascinated me as a kid, what adaptions would our world have what would change if our characters really existed and lived beside us would Disney be as greedy as it is if Mickey Mouse was actually owner over it it instead of Bob Iger being CEO nd Investors having their claws in it? Would Bugs be the owner of Warner or would he be chilling as an A-list celebrity who is a known as a beloved LGBTQA Drag Queen and Genderfluid Veteran?

Mickey and Minnie married off screen and dating on screen?

Looney Tunes known as chaos incarnate but they're a giant family

Bugs and Daffy adopted the Animaniacs because they had no home

Are Bugs and Daffy together off screen?

What would shape each toon into their On Screen and off-screen selves creating that divide?

What would the huge differences be? Maybe some have kids others are married and some have entire seperate family?

How would humans react to these guys as a species that has a bad record of looking down upon people?

Mickey and Bob Iger having a I absolutely despise you but I have to tolerate you relationship

Off screen the Warner siblings are actually related to Oswald and Ortensia explaining the Animaniacs' strange unidentifiable appearances,

Like the possibilities are endless and vast, there's just so much unexplored due to the fact companies can't share at all anymore and they don't think live action hybrids are useful

Chip and Dale 2022 resparked it for me, a lot of ideas going a million miles, like if I had finances I'd be getting reference shots to use for test fan animation just for the fun of it, cause it fascinates me that much,

And while you call it metafiction it's actually just cartoons meeting our reality seriously go check out the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit that movie right there shows what exactly I'm talking about and here I'll even include some screenshots of a couple films that do this

Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers 2022

This is the adaption I was talking about earlier look at Ellie next to the apartment building for small toons. She's as tall as it, while Chip and Dale are the perfect size for it, unlike Who Framed Roger rabbit Chip and Dale takes place in the modern day that's what hooked me to create a modern AU it's all so fascinating,

You can't see it in that shot but Dale is driving a full-blown human sized car that has been adapted for Chipmunks I'm not joking, however their movie shows how wildly different everybody can look from each other especially in the modern day when CG is a thing. Chip is still clearly 1990s 2D animated while Dale decided to get a CGI redesign

Like if Mickey and Minnie are only two feet tall and if he's the big boss on set yeah it's really funny to me to imagine him running around Disney and trying to picture every single Studio adapting to these Toons and their various size differences

Again there is just so so much that has been untapped with this genre, because Studios cannot get along long enough to tap into it

Aaron walks through the house mentally checking to make sure they have everything. The girls are supposed to be home soon and he knows his daughter has had a rough day at therapy. After checking over for the third time, he waits by the front door for the two. He smiles as Emily comes in holding the blonde as she looks around.

“Let me have her.” He states to his wife as she nods.

“Come here baby girl.” Aaron smiles as the little girl whimpers being moved. She continues to whimper as Aaron walks through the house knowing the girl was probably uncomfortable in her daytime clothes.

“You want to put on your pjs? Afterwards we can curl up to watch Mickey Mouse as Mama prepares dinner.” He states softly as he reaches the nursery where he already has her clothes laying. He makes quick work for getting the young girl ready for the night before they get settled onto the couch. The family had the same routine every night during the week to help keep JJ’s meltdowns at the minimum. They get through two episodes before dinner is ready and Aaron can tell the blonde is fighting sleep but she has to eat.

“Pumpkin, you have to eat.” Emily speaks up after watching the young girl play with her food using her hands. JJ shakes her head not looking up.

“Jay that wasn’t a request, you have to eat.” Emily tries again still soft. JJ ignores as the parents sigh knowing there has to be consequences resulting in the father grabbing the young girl’s hands so Emily could feed her. JJ squirms as tears start to fall when she realizes she can’t move.

“Pumpkin it’s okay, mama is just going to help you out. You’re safe and not in trouble.” Aaron whispers as JJ resorts to biting his hand.

“Shit.” He cusses letting go as JJ fully starts sobbing and flinging herself backwards.

“JJ you know you aren’t allowed to bite people. Do you want a chew toy?” Emily pipes in as the girl whimpers reaching out. Emily quickly gets a toy handing it to the blonde before taking her into her arms.

“Baby girl you still need to eat a little bit but afterwards we can take our bubble bath.” Emily whispers brushing the girl’s blonde hair. The girl slowly calms down laying her head against the woman’s chest.

There was a time I used to like a Youtube channel called Clownfish TV. It USED to seem unbiased. It USED to be mostly discussing Disney and other fantasy (and scifi) entertainment. Then slowly... it became more and more conservative. The first time I noticed how extreme it had become was when the Disney Parks changed an old, antiquated rule that male employees couldn't have long hair and female employees couldn't have short hair. They did away with this old (and very outdated) rule relatively recently. This was around 2021. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/13/disney-parks-revamps-employee-policies-as-part-of-wider-inclusivity-goal.html Their Youtube video thumbnail about the change in the rule depicted Mickey Mouse with a purple mohawk haircut as if trying to act like the change was somehow extreme, weird, and ridiculous. Most other theme parks did away with rules like that in the 1960s and 1970s. And yet they acted like this was something new and extreme. Clownfish TV even made a big, angry, deal out of Disney changing "Welcome, Ladies and gentlemen." at certain shows to "Welcome Dreamers." Acting like this was some radical, and extreme attempt at "Woke agenda." Dreamers flows better, especially in a place like Disney. Then I started to notice they used buzz words a little too much like "Fans TRASH (insert random thing here)!" or "Star Wars RUINS legacy!" And it would be something extremely petty or some complaints about a thing over on Twitter. (You can find someone complaining about anything on Twitter). Somehow I never unfollowed them but their videos became less and less enjoyable. And I mostly just look at the now ridiculous and heavily exaggerated thumbnails on my Youtube subscription page. Usually of an upset or horrified looking Mickey Mouse with a ragebait headline.

They used to seem to know what they were talking about when it came to comics, scifi, and fantasy. But as they started to lean more and more to the right, it's like their own knowledge went down the toilet. For example, they joined the certain crowd that was angry about the change to Nightcrawler's origin, talking about how ridiculous it was that Mystique was now the father instead of his mother. And I could practically sense they were carefully avoiding that this is what the character's creator always wanted but it had been shot down back in the 80s by (at the time) homophobic executives at Marvel who didn't want it open that Mystique and Irene were a couple. I felt that they MUST have known this piece of trivia. Most comic fans that I know are aware of what was originally planned (but not allowed) for Nightcrawler. But they went out of their way to pretend not to know this, just to cater to their current (and very angry) audience. Last night they posted a video about how Disney is "ruining" Doctor Who. Not only do they obviously not like the new trans woman character but they went on a rant about the goblins and goblin song from the Christmas special. They acted as if Doctor Who villains never had a song number before. Surely they remember The Master prancing around to Voodoo Child and I can't Decide. But they called the goblins cringe. And before the goblins they called The Toymaker dancing to Spice Up your Life cringe. They also complained about the "Bad CG" on the practical effects Goblins... It feels like not only did they go more conservative and clickbaity but they also deliberately pretend not to know important facts about the things they talk about in order to maintain the bias and stir the rage. It's very irresponsible of them. There was a time they seemed to have integrity...

What is your opinion about other animation studios such as DreamWorks Animation, Blue Sky Studios, Illumination, Sony Animation, among others?

I think they're all practically on the same level of Disney they all have their merits they have their downsides like Illumination being the reason the Minions exist but I mean *points to Mickey Mouse* practically the same situation,

DreamWorks is great if you want a Down to Earth film with plenty of laughter. I mean, they literally handled Death as a character recently in Puss in Boots,

Also great meme moments many great meme moments have come from the studio and we forever thank them for that,

Illumination is great if you just want to get your mind off of things yes I actually enjoyed how stupid the minions are didn't care for all the fart jokes but you know what the little guys won me over with their humor and just being silly it's great if you're just trying to get your mind off of things and relax.

Sony is the up and coming Disney. I say Disney about a hundred years ago, Sony, we need to be paying attention to because they are the ones challenging Disney Warner Bros has completely dropped out of the challenging Disney game have we seen the fumble that was Coyote versus Acme that has now turned into Coyote versus Warner

Warner Bros I will bring up a little bit but they have practically dropped out of the game I'm surprised Bugs Bunny isn't wearing Mickey Mouse ears by now especially with them ending up blacklisted by half of Hollywood after their little stunt no I'm not joking after they tried canceling coyote versus Acme they had over 500 people reportedly calling and canceling right left and Center and Warner Bros is still doing damage control

However I will say I used to as a kid love the Looney Tunes films that they produced Space Jam back in Action which I still claim that is a baffy Reconciliation film there was no need for bugs to sound so affectionate at times with Daffy and Daffy also practically having husband energy throughout it the card trick situation with Elmer Fudd really shows how in tune these guys are with one another.

Even kid me was saying those two were married.

They have produced the Mario movie The Spiderverse movies they are the ones handling the Legend of Zelda. Sony is becoming a Powerhouse in themselves. They are what we think Disney should be right now, they are probably the reason why Disney has not completely slipped into being fully lazy.

Blue Sky rest in peace you must not know that they actually got shut down and is now part of Disney I have had fun with the Rio characters mixing with Jose Panchito and Donald because of this and yes I have made a few jokes about the Ice Age characters wreaking havoc in Disneyland. I loved Blue Sky they had their own uniqueness experimentation definitely but they made some very memorable films from Robots to Rio to Ice Age they were incredible themselves.

One that you didn't mention that I quite enjoy even though they are not an American studio is Studio Ghibli gorgeous stunning animation every single time waiting for their films is like waiting for a good meal you already know the chef you know the people serving it you know it's going to taste damn good and it hits almost always the only time they fumbled was when they handed it to miyazaki's son and he tried to pull the whole CG bullshit with it which completely floundered Earwig and the witch

But the rest of their films have been nothing but hard Heavy Hitters if you want films that will make you freaking think go sit down and watch a Studio Ghibli film there is one of theirs that I can never watch again and that is grave of the fireflies if you want to know how it was in Japan during the war Miyazaki and his crew tackled that hard topic and it does not end in a fairy tale ending it is hard it gets you crying but it also opens up your eyes

Each of these Studios that I mentioned have their merits. I love each and every one of them for either their quirkiness or just imagination, just like Disney.

Come January, I'm really going to need a little day.

I'm going to get my CGs and at least one sibby together. We're going to play dress up. I'm going to put my butterfly clips in my hair. I'm going to set out a blanket mat on the floor and we'll watch Bluey or Yo Gabba Gabba or Mickey Mouse or Barbie movies depending on how old we are feeling. I'll get out my Blues Clues cup maybe but if I'm really little it'll be my sippy or my bottle.

We'll go to the park and play games and maybe baba will push me on the swings. And maybe I'll get my big sister and cgs to play grocery store.
