alright i dicked around on youtube and reddit all night but i'm starting my morning semi-strong by having done all my exercises + walking. i used the internet to ID eight different birds and a few plants around my neighborhood & then read about them online & now i'm taking a super hot bath bc the chilly air set off my raynaud's Hard. i ate some breakfast and i'm gonna make myself a cup of coffee post-bath and then i'm gonna take rafi to work n run several adult errands n make several adult phone calls. and i'm going to be Fine. and Not Flare Horribly. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I think chicken breast is disgusting and I would rather blend it up into a shake than eat it with my teeth

It’s fast, it’s efficient, it’s nutritious if you add fruits and vegetables. It’s easy to prepare and you can drink it on the go. I need the protein but chicken breast tastes disgusting either way, and I’m tired of putting in so much effort to make the joyless rubbery meat taste good.

Microwaved warm & soft cereal is actually really nice

Who would eat something cold in the winter instead of something warm and comforting?? And you don't have to wait for your cereal to soften at all, you can get it to the perfect consistency without risking forgetting about it while you wait and ending up with overly-soggy cereal.
