So I’ve been in a rut lately and when that happens i tend to create purifying and cleansing spells. So here is another that I made. It feels quite nice once it is finished. Perhaps I shouldn’t call it a spell but more so a ritual? Either way, from my heart to yours.

All you need for this is Pink Himalayan salt or Tibetan Salt. It can be a salt lamp, or coarse, just place in a silver bowl, or an iron cauldron. It will be placed between your legs.

                             Lilac Flame Transmutation

Suggestions: You can also burn incense or oil, one that helps you just relax. You can also play music, I like using Binural Beats at 432Hz. That frequency is known as the healing frequency.  It can also be strengthen during a New Moon. 

So when you start this, you want to be in a secluded place. You do not want to be bothered for about an hour or so. It is okay if its shorter than that, there is no time restraint here. Please take your time and enjoy it. Feel the change.

Alright so you want to sit down with your legs crossed, back straight (I lean against a wall, mostly because my altar is a hanging one and I usually sit under it), with the salt on the floor, between your legs. Close your eyes and just breathe. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. Be aware of your breathing pattern. Be conscious how your lungs fill. Do your lungs fill from the bottom up, or from the top down? Simply take note. This will help you to calm down and to relax. Once you feel pretty relax start by visualizing a white light coming from the celestial skies. See it all around you. Let it fill your lungs through your nose, and as you exhale from your mouth see it as a black color. Do this several times until you start to see the black energy turn grey, or a dull white. Place your hands on or over the salt. Breathe in, then breathe out. Twirl all that black energy you have exhaled with your hands into the salt. **Note the black energy is yours, the goal is to not rid of it, but to transmute it.*** Now start visualizing the Sun and the color red. See it all around you. Let it fill your lungs as you breath. Once you have the feel of the Sun, do the same with the Moon as a blue color. Once you see and feel the Moon combine the colors together slowly in your mind, until you start to see a lilac color. See this lilac energy as a flame, one you can hold with your hands, please play with it. See how it feels, is there heat to it? How do you feel? This flame will transmute your energy. Next push this flame into your energy system. (Some people use chakras, some use Meridians, whatever you use, push the flame into it. So for example, your heart chakra, or maybe your palms.) You want to hit any major energy point you deem necessary. Let it be guided through you body. Feel it as you guide it. Keeping your breathing steady. Again take as long as you need. Once you feel you have finished, take the flame and let it cover the salt with the black energy. Let it burn away the impurities, it most likely will not turn pure white, however it will for sure lighten up. Once you think it has lighten the most it could, let the flame disappear. You can snap your fingers, you can clap, or you can blow it out. But let it go back to the universe as you show it gratitude. Next guide the newly cleansed energy from the salt back to yourself, again through your nose. However this time, try and to breathe from the bottom of your gut all the way to the top of your chest. Let your chest expand. Let the energy merge back with you. Then let out a big sigh! Sit there for a minute or so, to ground yourself. Then reflect on what you felt by writing it down, if you'd like.

So this week on February 15th there is a New Moon & Partial Solar Eclipse in Aquarius. This is a very amazing time to attune yourself with your beliefs, to re-affirm your beliefs as well as goals. So if you're having issues with motivation and such here is a ritual you can do to help with that. Aquarius is very powerful for spiritual knowledge, as well as higher conciouness work. With the New Moon being in Aquarius why wouldn't you want to fully use this moon's power?? So first up are items you can use. Anything is subject to change, these items help but not required. You can easily just use a white candle. Everything helps me with my visualization and intent. Alright so here y'all go: Purple Candle Black Candle Amethyst Sandalwood or Frankincense incense or oil. Anything that represents the elements. I'm using moon water, mint tea, sage and a white candle. That's all!! Like I said, you can change anything here or just use a candle. Whatever floats your boat ���� Alright so set the space up, if you can do it outside then by all means yes. Once you got the altar set up, and your circle cast it's time to start. Light your incense and have the black and purple candle in front of you. Keep the crystal by the purple candle. So you want to first balance your body with the elements. Start with Air, and im using sage, move the smoke around your body, let it cleanse your aura, and your mind. Focus on the element of wind. What do you like about wind? The breeze, the scents that the breeze can carry? As you do this vibrate the name "Saturn." Next move to fire. I use the white candle. I place my hands over the flame to feel the heat. Focus on fire, what keeps you warm in life? I'm not talking about just clothes, people, bonds, the sun and such. Vibrate the name "Mars." Next is water!!! With the moon water I annoit my forehead, then my wrist, my feet, my palms, and my chest. What emotions do you love? Which ones are hard for you? Vibrate the name "Venus." Next is earth, I simply drink the mint tea ha ha. What is keeping you sturdy? What gains in life so you wish to see? Vibrate the name "Mercury." This process is important. Not only are you showing gratitude but this is also a very deep and personal way to think about how the elements are so much a part of your everyday life. Take your time with this process. Once you feel you are ready start the next process. Light the black candle. This candle represents the moon. As it burns let it burn away your negativity along side your doubts. You are getting ready for a new start. Meditate on that for a bit. Then light the purple candle. This will link you to the energy of Aquarius (I carve the symbol into the candle as well). Place the crystal in your right hand for that is the receiving hand. Hold it up towards the sky, while your left hand is on your stomach. Take in the energy of the moon, envision the Aquarius constellation sending you it's light through your right hand to your left filling your body with power, a new flame within you. Focus your intentions and voice them out. Ask the universe to help you as you walk your path. Be thoughtful, be mindful. End with the phrase "Within me flames the pentagram. Above me the Sun, and below me the Moon. Within me is the eternal flame. I shall continue on my way, knowing I will accomplish my desires." Then end it how you like!! I personally will let the candles burn out as I either meditate or write in my journal. This is my personal spell, so please make it more personal for yourself if you need too. These things are set in stone. Just follow the basic layout. Good luck my little starseeds.

So this new moon is in Capricorn. Perfect for realizing any future goals. Here's a New Moon Manifestation ritual for everyone!! Items needed: 1. Burn safe bowl, or cauldron 2. Intentions/goals written down on brown paper or written in brown ink, black ink works as well. 3. 4 quartz or 4 items that represent elements. 4. Matches 5. Black or white candle (Note this candle can change based on moons zodiac. Black is for Capricorn in my own beliefs) So prepare your ritual site however you normally do. Myself I use a greater pentagram ritual. As a mark of my magic I also play my ocarina or sing before I start. It gets me in a nice head space. So you would want to do the same. Make a square using the quartz or items you are using to represent the four elements. Place the cauldron or bowl in the middle with your intentions inside. With the candle at the top between fire and earth, while wind and water are below. This is because of Capricorn being involved, you want to have that earth presence, and then you can choose which element you think would be a nice amplifier. For me I think fire suited my needs since I am making new goals myself for a career change. Arrange it however it fits your needs. Finally time to focus your intentions and to call down the moon, of course after you have casted your circle. This is the incantation I made " The time has come for a new beginning. For me to start anew. I light this cauldron with the lilac flame (light intentions). Mother moon, help guide and push me toward my desires. Capricorn wise star, I ask for your blessings as fuel to my own willpower and motivation. (Light candle) I am open, I am willing, and I am ready." Allow the candle to burn out and close it out by showing gratitude which can be done verbally, by singing, or offerings, there are so many ways. Well that's it for today. Don't forget once you manifest, take care if those intentions. Also strive for them!! And be careful what you wish for, you may never know what you could get.

Okay so here is the first of several post later to come. So for those of you who want to learn energy healer I will first explain basics for you here using this Reiki symbol. So I was taught under the Usui Reiki style. Since then I added my own variations but here I will do basics for everyone. Most teachers would start with a different symbol but this is a very important symbol. It's name is Raku and it is for attunement and grounding. First let me say this, when doing energy work it is important to not use your own energy. It sounds easy but it can be hard. During energy healing you are channeling Divine Light, or universal light. You, yourself are not doing the healing. The universe is. You are simply allowing the universe, or Divine light to use your body as a tool. You need to be open to this light. For me it is easiest to picture the top of my head as a hole that is pulling in white energy from above. To get use to this energy I suggest you practice with it. Channel the divine light. Then rub your hands together for a few minutes while envisioning the light move throughout your body. You may feel a tingling sensation in your hands. After rubbing them together pull your hands apart, feel the tension of the energy. Then push your hands together and feel the energy squeeze together. You can also do other pratices by seeing hoe far you can strech your hands or you can move this light around your body, letting it shine on your organs (Pay attention to the organ part for I use a different energy system apart from chakras since I am not hindu.) Do this several times a day to practice. Once you are done practicing use the symbol above. Simply trace the symbol with your power hands index and middle finger, or a wand if you like. Where the red arrow shows are starting point 1, you will actually start at the opposite end for yourself. When you practice it is important to ground yourself. Okay that's the first step. I'll most more to come. Also please note that most healers get attuned to heal. Okay, alright so here is a new introduction of yours truly. The main reason for the revamp is because my little healing hobby has become an important part of my life, even to the point of supporting me in more ways than just money. This is my calling! I am wanting to do so much. In order to do a lot of what I want i need people to just be aware of what's is happening. Alright so let me start.

My name is Joshua. I am 25 years old and have been a practicing witch since I dunno 10? It's been a long time. Even at that age I took it quite seriously. Now, it's even more serious. So some background story, went to college for teaching, hated it. Went back to school (currently) but in between graduating and starting back I got certified in reiki healing, crystal healing and have had many, many teachers. I was really able to explore my own spirituality. Being back in school I decided to go for anthropology. I figured it would be fun. Well with school I had to write a master thesis. Which I'm not sure if it will ever be completed. School takes a lot out of me. Anyways, this thesis started out about native Americans since the classes were about native Americans. I learned more and more and so much more. From one topic I branched off into several. In the end, I came into the realm of anthropological witchcraft. Very amazing stuff here. Further in my thesis became this: Ancestral truama and mental disorders. Learning the term ancestral trauma very much so intrigued me. So I read and read and read. I asked all sorts of questions from different people, Native Americans, soul healers, Brazilians, people pretty much all over the globe. This is a term that is everywhere! Even in this small south Georgia town ancestral trauma is being studied at behavioral health!!

Anyways I basically fell in love with the term and started researching all sorts of mental and behavioral disorders. Which then led me to figure out how people claim to heal souls. I've met so many people and learned a lot. For those of you who do not understand ancestral trauma it is a theory that states if your ancestors went through some sort of agonizing trauma for example genocide, child loss and the such, this trauma can be passed on through DNA. It gets even more precise in some fields to the point where even social issues like say Soviet Russia communism can cause trauma being passed down. So I have been working with various people, learning of their background and their disorders to help heal their trauma from their ancestors. Let me tell you!! The results are amazing. However I don't want to stop there. For me, I fully, personally believe I am meant to help guide people in someway. I easily can understand a person's thought process and emotions. Partly I'm sure cause of my empath abilities. Anyways, I want to go further and see what can be done. Humans are amazing creatures. We are socially connected, energetically connected and who knows what else?!? I am here to maybe help many people. At least i hope to. So let me guide you with my tarot, let me rebalance your energy system, let me help guide you through your own journey. I will post advice, spells, and other stuff to help everyone out. So I am revamping this blog here to mainly focus on healing. I do practice witchcraft and am also in school. I'll post a something longer later but everything in life is basically using my spellwork to help heal people.
