Color: Orange
Affirmation: "I feel" I feel strong connections to the beings around me. I feel deeply. I feel in control of my reactions. I feel an intuitive knowledge.
Essential Oils: Ylang ylang, patchouli, sandalwood
Yoga: Four limbed staff posture, downward facing dog, child's pose, crow face pose, happy baby, bound angle pose, and open angel pose.
Practice: Smell, place, and feel ylang ylang on the stomach with the intention of opening and connecting with the sacral plexus chakra. While listening to 417 Hz music flow through a sun salutations set, adding a crow face pose and ending with a relaxing happy baby. With each new movement I verbally expressed my intention to use the process as an opportunity to create a greater connection to my sacral plexus.

However, through the practice of meditation, we can awaken and restore the flow of energy within our solar plexus chakra.

A balanced solar plexus chakra empowers us to embrace life's challenges with clarity and determination.
