My biggest tip for binge eating!! ₊˚🕯️♱‧₊˚.

Hey, so i’m just over two weeks binge eating free :3

(my “I Am Sober”):

So, I’d like to tell you all my BIGGEST tip!

when i get binge urges, it’s usually after having to eat with parents. I’ll go “whatever, screw it, they already made me eat a calorie dense meal” or when i break my fast. When this happens, i’m at home, so here’s what i do!:

Go to the fridge, grab an apple, put the apple in the bathroom. Then go to your room, get some comfy clothes and a towel. Run the shower, i usually shower in the dark in this case. Sit/stand the shower and eat the apple.

Usually, doing this makes me SO full. I did this like 15 minutes ago and i’m actually so uncomfortably full that i feel sick, just from an apple. idk why it works, but it does 😭

obviously, not every binge will take place under the comfort of your own home, but for me they do.

make sure to avoid binge triggers, and don’t beat yourself up if this doesn’t work and you end up binge eating. You’re human and it’s not gonna be easy, i just thought i’d share what helps me in case it helps you.

Make sure to stay clean, stay hydrated and take your vitamins!!
